Boots do not last! I love these boots for the fit, the look, and comfort but they have not worn well! My first pair I had for 2 months and they split along the seam- Zappos was nice enough to replace them (thank you!) but my second pair has only lasted 5 months! I only wear them on wet days for about 20 minutes while I take dogs for walk. Both pairs split along the top edge of white rubber, meaning they leak when at all wet.

These worked really well for the first 6 months or so. They did not withstand a Wisconsin winter and cracked by February. I had to send them back and will try a different brand.

I bought these shoes in winter of 2007-2008. Shoes felt true to size and width. However, I bought these shoes for winter in Chicago. I would wear these boots to class and wait for public transportation, but the boots did not keep my feel warm. The shoes were uncomfortable to walk in. There is not much inner support for walking. Shoes worked for taking the dog for a quick walk but nothing else. I bought the shoes because of the price, style and reviews. I would not recommend these shoes for a winter boot

I purchased this Tretorn boot after a great investment in time searching for a PVC free rubber boot. Within about 6 months or 150 hours of moderate use they developed crack patterns and holes in the upper at flexing points that appear due to rubber fatigue. This appears to be a materials specifying or manufacturing defect. I see the boot as a very poor value for people who need to keep their feet active in wet conditions.

This boot was NOT waterproof. From the very first day it arrived. But Zappos wouldn't exchange them because they had already given them to me for free for messing up another order. Then I wore them anyways, within 2 months the body of the boot ripped off of the soles creating actual HOLES in the boot. Just because they are cute and expensive doesn't mean they are funtional. This boots sucks!

I bought these boots last fall and, like a previous reviewer, they ripped at the seam between the sole and the upper within 6 wearings. My feet have become soaked several times as I have tried various repairs on these boots. I live in Washington state and these were my commute boots between home and the office; they were not used in any rugged fashion. Not even a year old and they're going to the dumpster. I do not recommend these boots, however cute they are.

These boots are cute and comfortable but self destructed after only a couple of months of wear.

What a terrible disappointment! I purchased these boots about a year and a half ago to wear on a trip to Scotland. I wore them lots on the trip, but recently I noticed my feet getting wet when I wore these boots. The rubber had split open near where the white part meets the green on both boots. Tretorn would not replace because I bought them over a year ago. Don't buy these boots if you are looking for boots that will last!

Tretorn boots are really waste of money. After I wore them only 4 times, one of them torn apart.

I love these boots! I bought them in the happy yellow, and have gotten several comments from friends as to how cute they are. They are flat inside, with no real support but flip flops don't have any either and are so comfortable...these are cushiony and springy to walk in, and really protect my feet during some of the torrential rain I have experienced since I got them. I like the height, since I am short and they cover me mid calf. Definite thumbs up on these!

These boots seem well-made and sturdy. Love the bright yellow - definitely cheers up a rainy day. There are little reflective stripes too. The inside lining makes them more comfortable though not as warm as I thought it might be. I wouldn't want to hike several miles in these but they are plenty comfortable for short distances. I have wide calves and these fit with enough room to tuck in my pants. Overall happy with this purchase.

Design and experience is great, but only thing - water gets inside when you step in it. Hope it's factory problem.

Very basic, felt lined. Mid calf. A good rubber boot for slushy weather not for fashion.

Great boots! I live in NYC and we've recently had a lot of snow fall, I can walk through the snow and slushy puddles without having wet socks! Must have boots and really nice looking!

Bought these just a day late after the rain had ended, but I'm still glad I have them for next time. It's tough for me to find affordable and half way decent looking rain boots. Most of rain boot options cost a lot, while women can spend less at target on a colorful selection of choices. These are super comfy and low maintenance.

Now that I have used these boots a couple of times, I figured it is now time to put in my reviews. These are the best! First, the feel inside, so velvety, the "sole" pressure, so cushioned, much like the tenderness of a Croc clog. I consider myself with large calves and I was concerned whether this was going to be a problem, but not at all. The mid-calf length is perfect, it makes my legs appear longer giving the illusion of height (I am 5'3"). And the sleek white striped reflector adds to the coolness factor. The only con I would state is the seam back-area seem to tear off easy. I remedied by gluing it.

I love these boots! I tromp around in wet grass a lot, playing ball with my dog... they keep my feet totally dry. Any mud rinses off in seconds in the sink so they stay clean. they have a little bit of arch support, which I like.. not totally flat inside. I am short with big calves, and these come up just below the largest part of my calf, so I can tuck in my jeans easily they they don't get soaked. Buy these boots!

I love these boots. I wear them to walk my puppy in the cold, wet grass. I was looking for an easy to clean rubber boot in case I stepped in anything my puppy left. My feet stay warm because there is a very thin, soft layer of fabric inside. I wish they were available in a tall size for winter because they only go up to my lower shin. I love the color pink that I purchased. Bright and Cherry. I wear a 5 1/2 and I ordered the 5. They just fit. Really cute - may be one of my favorite Zappos purchase!

I love these boots! They are my favorite! I wish they lasted longer than a year. I'm not sure if it's the way I walk or the material, but the boots always crack and tear in the same places. My two previous pairs are damaged in the same spots. I'm still a huge fan of Tretorn and will continue to purchase their products.

Love these! They are super cute (which I didn't think was possible for rain boots) and super comfortable (again, unexpected). I walk 45 minutes to work and back and am happy with these.

I have had many problems with rubber boots in the past mostly because of how thick my calves are and my friends will disagree that they are thick but I know better. These boots are not only roomy enough to fit my legs AND to walk around all over London and its many museums for days on end. These were bought because I was going on vacation to London where it rains a lot. I literally have given away all my other boots, Hunter and Aigle because I simply don't need them anymore. These Tretorn ones are what I will stick with for the rest of my life when it comes to rain boots.

These are great rain boots! They're the only pair I've been able to find that still look and function as a rain boot should; but aren't neon, printed, shiny, and knee high. They fall between ankle and mid-calf for me. Tall enough to be practical, without being 'in your face.' I've had them submerged ankle deep in puddles, and my socks have stayed completely dry each time. I do recommend buying a half size down, just so they fit snugly rather than flopping around when you walk. All in all, 5/5 stars because they look and function exactly as I expected.

These are great boots! I went back and forth as to what size to get. I am a 6 in men's, but an 8 in women's. I took a chance and got the 6M/7W hoping it would fit and it does. As with most rain boots, there is little to no arch support, so I would suggest an insole if needed. I got them in yellow which will brighten up any rainy day. Thanks, Zappos!
