Quality seems high, but didn't wear them since I could barely put them on due to the tight fit over the calf. I am female but ordered the men's after having read that other women sometimes found the calf tight, and I'd hoped that the larger calf width on men's sizes would be enough, but didn't work for me.

A nightmare for wide feet. I wear a size 15 in Nike Air Max (2010-2014) because I have wide feet. Other shoes a 14 wide will do me just fine. I wear a size 14 2E in New Balance 1540. Air Jordan Retros a size 15 always. I'm a big guy, 5'11", 345 lbs. I ride a Townie bike (to lose weight) and need a boot for wet weather. All things considered, this fits the bill except it doesn't fit. With a thin ankle sock, I put one boot on. The bridge of my foot was way too snug. Standing up, I could tell that the width was super narrow. It took me 17-20 minutes, and 4-6 different leverage positions to finally get that thing off. My foot was dry so that wasn't the issue. I have never felt so claustrophobic in my life (other than in an MRI machine). I don't think a size 18 would've been wide enough either. Felt it was unfair to give less than 3 stars because I don't know much else about the boot. Materials were nice. Neoprene felt like a quality wetsuit. But if that boot was wet on the outside, there's no way I would've gotten it off without calling 911.

MY feet are a little different is size - my left is larger than my right - most shoes I buy are a 17 - when I tree these on my left foot fit fine but my right foot is swimming - I like the boots overall - Jeff

I walk for the most part of my work day. I was hoping my feet would stay drier. I wasn't expecting wet feet. They do keep my feet warm for the most part. They are holding up so far too the walking I am putting them through.

I bought these boots mainly for snow shoveling and snow-play with my kids here in COLO; I wear a size 11.5 shoe in every brand, I bought a size 12 mens from you to have a bit of room in them for heavy socks, they feel too tight (it is like I ordered an 11). I will keep them but your sizes seem off!

All our family members have had Bogs for many years, and we all dearly love them. So when it was time for a new pair for my husband, I happily ordered a replacement. But this new pair is nothing like the old pair - the new boots are much stiffer, heavier, and don't fit nearly as well. We will be promptly returning them. Why, oh why, did Bogs mess with what used to be a great product?

Size 10 feels more like size 12 in the back. The front part of the boot fits ok around the bridge of my foot, , but even with 2 layers of thick socks, my heel slides up and down. Now I have blisters.
I am impressed with the solid, waterproof construction, but the sizing is WAY off.

The boot does not fit inside the pant leg. They should have made them less bulky. They don't hug your calf.

Clunky and heavy. These boots do not compare favorably to other Bogs we have worn and we all wear them, men, women, children.

I bought an 11 and with thick hunting socks they are too tight. My Muck boots are an 11 so I thought they would fit. Looks to be a good boot, just small in size.

These boots look well made - extremely nice. I wear a 17 2E - 4E on most shoes. Ordered a size 17 and a size 18. I could get neither size boot over my ankle to even get them on my foot. My wife, watching me struggle, said "don't those boots have a side zipper? You'll never get them on without it." She was right. I was so disappointed. Looked like they would have been extremely nice, had I been able to get them over my ankles. VERY LITTLE FLEX at all, which might be nice ... if you can get them on your feet. Sadly had to send both pairs back.

The look nice, for what they are, but they rub the back of my heel with every step. I bought these a size larger hoping that the width would be acceptable but it is still way to narrow for me. As far as standing goes I think that if they fit properly they'd be quite comfortable.
I bought the to wear for the few days I'm working at the Stock Show & Rodeo... Wish I could return them.

These seemed to be excellent quality, but they weren't comfortable for my son, who is on the edge between kids-size shoes and men's shoes. He found that the way that the boots narrow towards the ankle was putting a lot of pressure on his ankle at that spot and they were very rigid, so they were too uncomfortable to wear. He has been fine with Bogs boots in the past, as well as with a recent purchase of rainboots, so I think it is the design of these that isn't good for him.

I have narrow feet and very low arches. The primary reason that I purchased these boots was because of the FLEX WIDTH premium footbed feature listed in the Classic High product description above. When I received my boots yesterday I was very disappointed to find that they did not have FLEX WIDTH footbeds. They came with something called a BLOOM footbed which is just a basic/generic footbed that cannot be adjusted. So now I'm going to have to do some work to find a way to get them to fit me correctly.
BTW- I contacted Customer Service and they were not helpful at all. They told me that I should have purchased something else. I hope they at least make an effort to fix the product description.

They are ok 4th pair I have bought for work in a slaughter house. These boots are very slick. I also bought the heavy duty rancher ones and the legs shrink in at the top makinging them very tight. I basically keep buying because I have to for size 17 water proof boots

Bought these for outdoor power washing, specifically for the winter season. Positive is that my feet stayed completely dry during one of our "biggest" winter storms with over 2 inches rain before the sleet started. Negative is that after 10hrs in +40 to 30 degree weather is that my feet started to get cold. Bought these to stay WARM and dry because these are supposedly rated to negative 40 degrees

I wear these everyday. They are my work and Hunting boots. The soles pick up all kinds of small gravel as well as mud. Have to take off and use a hose and heavy brush to clean.

The assertion that these are "comfort rated to -40 degrees" is a joke. I bought these to replace my heavier U.S. Army vapor barrier boots. But my feet were cold at +44. Certainly at +34. These boots also feel very stiff and I walk heel-first, which I don't notice as much in other boots. I haven't worn them much, though, so they may break in beyond that. But I don't think I'll be keeping them because my Lacrosse insulated rubber boots for the mud are warmer.

Sizing was way off after reading your description on your side. I have a large calf and the description let me to believe that this boot would work. Well I couldn't even get my whole foot in the boot.

I wear these boots for ranch work. They are great for keeping feet dry, however they are not very supportive or comfortable. I wore them to work cattle one day (involves lots of running back and forth through alleyway to squeeze chute etc) and at the end of the day, my knees, ankles and feet were in pain and swollen. These boots are like irrigating boots: fine to wear part of the day but tough to wear for an extended period (esp if you have arthritis or joint problems). Would not recommend them for everyday use except for a couple hours at most/day.

Durability is the issue here. These boots are beautiful, warm in the winter, even better in the summer (even when you think an insulated boot would cook your feet). I own a farm where we work outside a lot. Even though I gave these boots two stars, I love them dearly.
My issue with them is simply durability. Scarpe up against a limb while walking, and touch a piece of wire, and you'll rip holes in them very very easily, especially in the soft, neoprene section on the shaft of the boot. Even the area where the foot rests has been punctured by limbs. Mine are less than a year old and full of holes that I have tried to patch, but patching neoprene isn't as easy as I would like it to be.
Overall, I love these boots, but I'll have to find another substitute, as they simply don't hold up to the rigors of really being outdoors. Beautiful, comfortable, warm, dry, stable, are all words I would use to describe these boots. Unfortunately, durable is not one of them.

these boots were presented to me as being warm into the negative temperatures but my feet have never been warm wearing these boots. they are also stated to be 100% waterproof but the 2nd yr of hunting they were leaking. i have never been to pleased with them except that they are comfortable and easy to walk in.
