Great Walking Socks - I have worn Thorlos in the past and these socks are giving me the same comfort.

I usually love Thorlos and will occasionally splurge on some. I got these for fall hiking and they are a little thinner than ones I've gotten in the past. They don't have very much cushioning. I think maybe I just ordered the wrong style.

These socks are comfortable, although not as cushioned as I had hoped. The weave is a bit loose, so I wonder if they will be warm enough when cold weather arrives.

Very nice, cushy socks. I bought them because I have a pair of shoes that are a bit too large, and they help fill the gap. It was a nice surprise that I really like wearing these socks with other boots and shoes. It is best to use liquid fabric softener when you wash them.

Very comfortable socks - soft, stay up, look great. Haven't had them long enough to comment on durability. Only negative is that they are a bit too heavy for summer wear, but will be great this winter!

These socks are very comfortable. I have only worn them when I was at work. I brought them for when I do my walking. Even so, the socks are very breathable. My feet feel very cool no matter what kind of shoe I'm wearing. I have washed the socks several times and the comfort of the sock is still there. I brought both the black and white socks.

Comfort socks - The padding on the bottom is great - I have several pair already of the Thorlo socks. Seems only the black ones have the less-effective thin string of elastic at the top. The others have ribbed elastic all down to the ankle which makes for longer lifetime of sock and more comfortable feel.

For years I wore Norm Thompson brand thick moisture wick socks just around the house instead of house shoes. They were plush, thick and comfy but they wore out quickly - the heel and ball of foot would quickly get holes in them so bad I'd just throw away because they were beyond repair. Norm Thompson went out of business a few years ago. I'd just about given up my search for a suitable replacement when I found these. These socks are a bit spendy but they are well worth the money. They are just as warm and thick as the other brand, with the added plus they don't wear out like the other brand did so well worth the money. These are also comfortable with walking shoes unlike previous brand. Very pleased with the quality. They fit well (I'm a size 8 US womens shoe) and they stay in place, don't slide down around your ankles.

My husband won’t wear any other kind of sock!

These are the closest thing I've found to socks I used to buy from Norm Thompson site - soft, cushioning and fluffy but not too hot on my feet. Am ordering more!

Have worn Thorlos longer than I can remember. Walking & hiking crew socks are very comfortable, have extra padding in the heel & toe, are slightly fitted in the arch (no wrinkling!) and the top of the sock remains snug throughout the life of the sock. These crew socks are very absorbent and “breathe.” Even though my feet sweat, I’ve never ever had a blister or chafing. They are pricey but wear for many years and always wash/dry nicely. I only find it necessary to replace Thorlos when the big toe area becomes threadbare after many years of wear….while the rest of the sock remains perfect! Love these socks. Have been wearing them for many years. I'm prone to blisters and these prevent them better than any other socks I have found. They stay up well without leaving marks on my calves. They last a decent amount of time despite the fact that I average 6-7 miles of walking a day and frequently wear them around the house without shoes.

Expensive, but extremely comfortable! Been wearing them exclusively for over 20 years.

Great socks if you stand a lot at work. They also stay in place very well. They are my new favs!

THORLOS socks are a must for daily comfort while I do my chores. I have worn them for 15+ years and while some do look more worn due to age, I still use all that I have purchased. For work, before retirement, I wore the walking socks every 10+ hour shift. I was on my feet usually 75% of that time. Also great for walking my dogs. The hiking socks I wore whenever I needed to wear my boots, especially when visiting family in Colorado. Just for my personal use, I like to weave a strand of colored thread loosely across the toe of each sock when new. That way I can match the pairs more quickly, keeping the older socks separate from the new batch. I wear the older socks with tennies during summer and save the new ones for winter.

Perfect socks for ankle support, not too thick or too thin. They look professional.

I've been wearing these socks for years. They are the best all round every day sock. A very good value.

Love this brand. Comfortable sock. Fit is nice. Washes nicely. No shrinkage. Also have their ankle socks for walking.

These are great socks. They have just the right amount of cushion. They keep my feet comfortable and warm.

These are excellent socks. I have been wearing them for years. So comfortable. These are the only socks I wear daily. My feet feel like I am wearing cashmere. They wick moisture away from my feet. Whether walking or running...comfortable and...no blisters. They have the properties of wool but no itching. They're expensive but worth it. They price has seemed to increase by 40% over the last 5 years, nevertheless, and once again, they are worth it.

This is the best brand of sox I've ever purchased. Period.

Love these socks! I have been wearing these socks for over 15 years and they've never let me down. Very comfortable and go great with my walking/athletic shoes. I wouldn't wear anything else. I highly recommend!

I wear a size 7 shoe. These socks fit perfectly. They are padded in the right places and not bulky. I have diabetes and have to be careful with my socks and shoes. These socks are soft, comfortable, and fit just right. I love them.
