MBT's - I LOVE my new MBT's. I was a non believer, but after spending several hours in my shoes my legs were noticeably more tired and I was sore the next day. My legs, butt and core all got a bit of a workout...AMAZING!!!

2nd Pair of MBTs - These shoes have been miracles for my knees. I own the sandals and I got these for colder weather. I also wear them on the treadmill. And they don't look nearly as dorky as I thought they would. I think these black ones look pretty cool. One problem, I have trouble going back to regular shoes when I have to. I ordered these a 1/2 size larger than the sandals and I have some room in the toe.

Love these shoes!! Ordered shoes 1/2 size bigger than I normally wear and they fit perfect. I love these shoes...My walks have me burning more calories than in normal shoes.

MBT ROCKS! CHUNG SHI? NO THANK YOU! A friend of mine has the M-Walk Silver in 8 1/2 and let me try it on a couple weeks ago as she is the same size as me. WOW! I never felt anything so comfortable and this MBT looks cool as well! Trying on this shoe made such an impression on me that I had to go get one for myself. I live just outside of Fort Lauderdale, Florida and quickly looked up where I could go to a store and buy these amazing MBTs. There are about five shoe stores in the area. I called one store and asked them if they had the MBT M-Walk Silver in 8 1/2. Well, they told me that they don't carry that style, but they had something even better called the Chung Shi. OK, I had to try this and went to the store - they seemed to have very few of the MBTs and a lot of the Chung Shi. Well, I tried on several pairs of Chung Shis and have to say I was extremely disappointed. Where was that amazing comfort and zest that I had experienced when I tried on my friend's MBTs? I later found out the Chung Shi does not have the "Masai Sensor" that really sets the MBT apart and in a footwear class of its own. Now even more determined to get an M-Walk in 8 1/2, I went home and called one of the other stores - and guess what? Same thing, "We don't carry the M-Walk, but we have something much better called the Chung Shi." NO THANK YOU. Long story short, until now I was very wary about ordering shoes online... but I figured I knew exactly what I wanted and what I wanted was not at those stores. I ordered the shoe on Zappos and you know the rest of the story! A day later I was in my very own MBTs - right size, right style, no hassle. THANK YOU.

Love these shoes - It took me 6 tries, but I finally found a pair that fit!!!!!! I have the sandals and love them. I really wanted something to wear during the fall and winter. I don't wear wide shoes but most of these proved too narrow for me, if I went up too much in size they were good width but way too big. I bought this pair one size bigger and they are perfect. They may be a bit chunky but then most walking shoes are now days I love the look and a size 11 don't look like banana boats on my feet, actually think they make me feet look smaller. I expect my legs to look smaller soon too. Wearing the sandals I feel that my legs are getting worked out. I know they help with my posture and my knees. The price is pretty steep but the quality of the shoes and the benefits are well worth it. Best advice is to follow the reviews do what others have done to avoid their mistakes. Even thought these shoes fit me great, from the little walking around I've done I totally understand about the blisters some have talked about and if I hadn't read about them I would be writing about them. I believe they would sneak up on you quickly if you don't at least try to break these shoes in a bit.

Great investment!! I did my research regarding this shoe. I was very impressed from the beginning on the information I received and decided to invest the money and I am glad I did! These shoes are extremely comfortable and what a great work out just walking in them!! Comfortable to wear around and when you are walking for exercise. They gave me a surprisingly good workout!!! They are all they are promoted to be. Also, I ordered a 7 since I can be 61/2 to a 7 and I should have listened to the other reviews and ordered the 71/2. I can still wear the 7 comfortably, but I probably would have liked the extra room, it's not by much, but it would have been even better. I am glad I invested in them and will definitely always own a pair of these!!!

Cool Shoes! These shoes take a little getting used to, but they are worth the effort. I can really feel them working the muscles in the back of my legs when I am wearing them. I was able to quickly work my way up to wearing them all day. It's great to get a work out just by wearing a pair of shoes. They cost more than I would normally pay for a pair of shoes, but I would buy them again. They run small, so buy a half size up.

Zappos takes the risk out - This is a great shoe and Zappos made it easy for me to try it before I committed to it. I already had the sandals (perfect in my regular size) and wanted to try sneakers... I ordered a half size up as recommended. I walked around them in my house for a few days before taking them out. They are fantastic! No problems at all. The key is to do your research and then wear them inside at least 2 or 3 times before wearing them outdoors. These shoes add a very easy, but important factor to my exercise routine.

Best ugly shoe - These shoes are THE BEST for walking. I've trashed my feet in the past. No more. MBT'S are the most expensive ugly shoe. But, my feet are worth it!

Love them! I have had these (white ones) for about a month now, I started out slow short walking for about a week. Since then I walk about 5-6 miles a day. These are great! I'm feeling muscles I didn't know I had! I like the added 1" height, makes my legs feel longer and my posture has improved. Zappos is great! These are pricey, I would like to buy the sandals too but...I think these will last a long time. I wear 6.5 to 7 and ordered these in 7.5 perfect!

CORRECTLY FITTING MBTS ONLINE - These are just great! MBT's 5 layer sole with its unique "Masai Sensor" reestablishes natural rolling motion of walking & standing, improving posture, toning muscles, reducing stress on knees, hips & back and increasing circulation and respiration. If you want to buy MBT shoes online, just like going to a shoe store it is very important that you are fitted correctly with the MBT. Ideally you want some room for your toes since the construction of the MBT shoe is exaggerating your toe-off movement. At the same time you want both of your feet to be securely locked into your MBT shoes. Since the function of the MBT is to enhance and smoothen transition within your entire foot-strike activity, this causes more movement (and need for precise fitting) than in most regular shoes. If you are interested in trying MBTs, but have nowhere to go to try them on, the first challenge is to get an accurate measurement of your feet in "European Size" and always use this as your standard for fitting MBTs. For accuracy it is always best to use the sizing of the country of origin (MBT's are engineered and were developed in Switzerland).

MBT shoes are great - I walk 5 miles a day and for the first time no blisters on my heels. I would recommend MBT shoes for people that walk a lot. I will purchase another pair as soon as possible.

I love my MBT's! I can feel my legs and back getting stronger and supporting me better all the time. I power walk between 2.5 and 5.5 miles every morning. Talk about comfortable! I have been telling everyone I know about them, whether I know them or not.

My husband loves these shoes. His feet do not hurt, his back does not hurt. They took a bit to get used to but are fantastic.

Great as advertised! I stand a lot doing workshops and have lower back problems, as well as heel pain. A friend recommended this shoe and it has made a world of difference! I broke them in slowly and now walk 2-3 miles a day as well as wear them when doing activity workshops! I got the shoe in white; friends comment how nice they look!

MBT M WALK - I followed the advice I read on your site and bought them a 1/2 size larger and they fit perfectly. You really do need to work up to wearing them a full day. I wore them 8 hours on the 2nd day and my legs were very tired. But shortly thereafter, I could wear them for hours. They are extremely comfortable.

Very comfortable! These shoes are so comfortable to wear. They are like a cushion of air, and your normal shoes won't feel the same. The only recommendations that I would have would be to order a 1/2 size larger like the page suggests. Also, don't wear really short socks! With all of the pivoting and steps you're taking you could get blisters! Otherwise... FANTASTIC!

I loved these shoes! I normally wear a 6.5 or 7 in women's. I had to purchase these in an 8 though.

MBT M. Walk - I am thrilled with my MBT's. I have noticed a definite lessening of tightness in my back and knees. What a great way to work out and look good at the same time!

First timer - I just got these (Thanks Zappos for the quick delivery!) at about 2pm and put them right on, it’s now 5 and I love them even more than 3 hours ago! I really researched them and although pricy, I think I'm going to really like these and wear them every day! Now I want the sandals! (I ordered 1/2 size larger)

MBT Walk - I love MBT's. I have this one, high sport and sandals. I am new to MBT's, about a month. I love them and hate walking in anything else. It did take a few returns to get the right size in each shoe. Read the reviews carefully regarding size. I did feel my muscles ache the first few days and feel I am getting a work out.

MBT M. Walk - The MBT - M. Walk Black W is the finest sport shoe that I have ever owned. I heard about this shoe and have now ordered two pair of M. Walks for myself plus the hiking boots. I also ordered the M. Walk Black for my husband as well as the sandals. He loves them. I previously had foot pain associated with wearing any flat shoe due to years of wearing high heels. After two days of wearing this shoe my foot pain is completely gone. The M. Walk Black is also a fantastic looking shoe and adds the height that I have always wanted in an athletic shoe. I have received so many compliments from men and women. My husband and I travel extensively around the world and these shoes will always be with me. Did I mention that you also get a great workout and it does not get any better than this for comfort? I ordered them on Saturday late in the day and to my delight they arrived on Monday.
