Run large - I wear a 10.5 and got a 10, which was plenty big even before the insulated liners compressed (which happened after a week). Bearing this in mind, I might have been better with a 9, though if you like wearing double socks, the 10 (for a 10.5 foot) is probably fine. Compression of the liners is my biggest complaint, as they're not as warm now as when they were brand new (the even bulkier Kamik Goliath comes with a 13 mm liner vs. 6 mm for the Icebreaker). Still, they're comfortable - I hiked 4 hours in the White Mountains with no problems. Rubber does not get stiff in the cold. The tread could be more aggressive - I had to turn back when I encountered ice-covered rocks. They have a bulky look - as do all rubber boots.

I ordered my true size and it was too big, my for was swimming around. I also went one size smaller and it felt too tight as around my ankle but it was still was a better fit. However, this boot does not keep your foot warm at all. After being outside in 20 degree weather for 10 minutes my foot was cold. I can't tell you how angry I am about this BS product. Right now in Buffalo, NY I can't wear this boot because it's 7 degrees and feet won't stay warm on a ride to work. DO NOT BUY THIS BOOT! I repeat DO NOT BUY THIS BOOT. I wasted seventy dollars on this crape when I could've used that money towards a better pair boots. I will say that my feet did stay dry but what's the good in that if my feet can't warm longer than 10 minutes

My normal shoe size is 8.5. I tried the Kamik Hunter in a neighborhood store. Asked for an 8 but it was too small. Asked for a 9 and it felt better. I decided to order the Kamik Icebreaker online for better price. I ordered the 9 and it felt bigger than store size. I returned it for size 8. The Icebreaker size 8 fits great, not as tight as Hunter size 8...although these boots are very similar. Maybe one boot was from older stock and one from newer and the sizing changed at some point. I reccomend ordering a size smaller or simply ordering two boot sizes since zappos is great with returns.

Thank so much for the fastest shipment and best service. The boots are very comfortable. I can walk with tranquility and comfort in the rain and in the snow without those events bothering my feet.

Like many have stated here and I followed their advice, order a full size smaller, Im a 12 usually and the 11 was perfect. I have narrow feet and the fit is snug in a good way in the heel/ankle area with medium thickness socks. I put an old footbed in to add a bit of arch support. Arrived just in time as I had to do some yard work today in the slushy snow and water and they were great; warm with good tread on the sole. Cant beat them for $65!

I'm cautious writing this review and jinxing my boots. I had little expectations for these boots as most boots I purchase only last me a few months and then I wear torn boots until I gather enough cash to buy again. I work in unusual conditions that are inside, outside, in the cold and heat, up trees, over slipper rocks, and through fairly deep water. These boots have rocked it! There's just enough insulation to provide comfort but not so much your feet are sweating. I could use a little more cushion and tread but it has lasted longer than any other boot.

I have loved this boot! I bought them initially for cycling to work in rain and snow. And they are perfect for that. They always keep feet warm and dry, and aren't too bulky. But, I've found that I wear them all the time in the winter. For walking the dog, they are easy to slip into. And they are very warm, too. Great value!! I even get compliments on them (in Montana). I'm normally a size 11 or 11.5 and the size 10 fit me perfectly. So definitely buy a size down.

Bought These for my 18yr old son- He wears a size 15 in Redwing work boots, He wears a 15 in Supra High tops. I ordered a 14 due to all the reviews regarding sizing. Turns out the 14 is perfect.

These are great boots, they feature good construction, and are rugged yet flexible enough. I purchased from this company after getting a pair for my 16 month old daughter which became her go-to shoes when headed outside or to the park. I will be getting more of the same for her. One small issue I had with the boots for me is that I had to return the first pair because they fit a size too big; I am a size 12, but needed an 11 in these boots. They fit great now.

Perfect winter/snow boot! Comfortable, not a hiking boot, but great for snow and ice! Great value for the price. I bought strictly for snow removal chores around the house and for putting in my vehicle when I travel. Were a little larger than marked, but that's okay.

I hunt in Ohio for Deer gun season and bought the Icebreaker for for a warm waterproof boot (that is not made in China). The boots performed very good. I have a long walk to my stand & boots were comfortable, good traction & even in temps at 23 deg. F., had no problem staying in the stand for long periods .

These are great boots! I normally wear a size 10.5 and these fit like a glove, even with heavy socks. The size 11 in these boots were much too big! I tried the Baffin Hunter in a size 10, and they were too big. I tried a Baffin Hunter size 9, and it was too small. Also, the Kamik shoe felt much more comfy then the Baffin boots. They are pretty light weight with decent arch support for a rubber boot. My feet were sweaty in these after wearing them in the cold (but not freezing) day. So I am looking forward to using these in pure snow. They are made in Canada also, so you avoid sweat shop labor.

I tried the Baffin Hunter and did NOT like it.

Got these for my father for Christmas and he loved them. They have a manly, rugged look, and are great quality and durability. He will no longer be wearing sneakers when he shovels snow here in NJ!

Good value if you want a no nonsense snow boot. The liner works great and keeps your feet warm and dry. You can also take out the liner and wear them as rain or gardening boots but I haven't tried that.

My husband wasn’t sure about me spending more than we’d spend at the local big box store for rubber boots for our boys, but when he saw them, he changed his mind and wanted a pair of his own! He usually wears a 10.5 and a wide shoe with some styles. I ordered him a 10 and they fit great, so maybe they run a little wide for someone with a narrow foot. He’s got some sexy, muscular calves and they fit great there, too. Two thumbs up for this boot! ????

Bought these for my teenage son. Happy with the fit. They seem extremely sturdy and should hold up well to New England winter.

My husband wasn’t sure the boots would fit as he has historically had narrow feet. However when he used the liners, he said the boots fit well.

ran large, foot sloppy, which leads to blisters, socks being destroyed and the inside of the boot heel area wearing away

I ordered a size down based on the reviews, but unfortunately had to return for my normal size. The size of these boots was right on, so not sure if they changed recently. Otherwise, nice and warm boots, basic, but get the job done. I like that they're easy to get on and off and so far pretty comfortable.
