Great, versatile shoe for an urban/worker look. Super cute cuffed with straight or skinny jeans. Wide toe box, narrow heel to hold foot in place but let toes spread as your foot strikes the ground. If you have high arches, there's not much support and the shoe has a short vertical rise, so you might be uncomfortable. I wear a women's 10.5 to 11 (41-42), depending on the style, and I took a US men's 8. Fit is comfortably snug but I've had other Clarks classics and the leather will break in perfectly. Zappos shipping is so fast it's scary. Ordered these from my laptop on the couch last night during prime time, and they were on my porch before 10 AM!

Ordered 9.5M I normally wear. Shoe was half size too big so I returned them and asked for a 9M which was at my doorstep the next day! Fit is just right. Very stylish shoes but they are not Skecher comfortable by any means. That said, I still like them, I just won’t be walking many city blocks in them or doing much standing in them.

I have been wearing these shoes for over 15 years now, and they are still my favorite. I own an everyday pair, and a dress-up pair... this is all you need, plus a pair of sneakers for running, and a pair of really dressy shoes for those twice a year occasions. They are extremely comfortable, and look good with anything but running shorts. Try'em and you'll love them!

I've wore Desert Treks for the past decade, in almost every color (leather or suede) they've made, but I had to return these based on the color. The pics online are very deceiving, these are much more of a greenish/moss color than a khaki color...especially with dark blue or black denim.

The fit is perfect. I would go so far as to say they are the most comfortable shoes I’ve purchased in a long time. Ample room in the toe box and the classic Clark’s cushioning make for a positive “all-day-wear” experience. Materials and build of shoe seem to be of high quality. I’d recommend these if you’re looking for a brown classy-casual shoe that dares to look a little different. I’m a fan.

I love these shoes! I had a pair back in the 70s that I thoroughly wore out. I am a woman with wide feet and usually wear Born shoes/boots. I am so glad I ran into these shoes again; they fit well and I can even insert my orthotics comfortably!

I bought these for my husband, he loves the look. He has a pair of Clark boots in a size 11.5, so I got these in a size 11.5 as well; however I had to return them for a size 11. His normal size is 11, but when buying boots he goes up a 1/2 size. The 11 fit perfectly.

These are great! Well built, super rugged, and simple. I’m not sure what’s going on with some newer pairs of Clark’s I’ve seen with a different, harder sole, but these are the old-school squishy crêpe soles, and I love that. Just a word of wisdom, they can be super slippery when it’s rainy out.

My husband says that he almost forgets he has these on! An old favorite he can't do without! And, as always, Zappos is the greatest!

This shoe is an essential for any man who doesn't want to have to spend too much time thinking about what to wear and still wants to look better than decent. I'm not outrageously stylish so getting dressed is mostly slim fitting jeans and shirts...canvas jacket or casual blazer (I live in Southern California), so this shoe is perfect for walking around, casual parties, or date night with the wife (we don't really go to places that are super-fancy...decent restaurant and bars, movies, etc.). One of the ultimate go-to shoes in my closet!

Good quality construction, but seemed to be smaller than I expected compared to Desert Trek size 11. i have tried on Desert Trek beeswax color size 11. In other words, the size difference between 11 and 10.5 in this shoe was larger than I expected.

No arch support or cushion.

I bought the Clark’s Desert Trek 3 years ago, my husband loved them and wore them out. I purchased the exact same shoe, however they didn’t fit. He needed to go up in size. Very strange and disappointing. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the bigger size. Had to return.

Excellent shoe. Well crafted and beautifully designed. A true classic! Feels fine albeit a little on the small side. Just a little snug on the toes but the leather is somewhat soft and should give a little with wear. Not at all a deal breaker. I've owned these in the past and they have held up well over time. Very happy with this purchase.

Probably my favorite style and most comfortable shoe from Clarks!! Feels like you’re wearing slippers!! They feel like they’re kinda stiff when u first get them, but they break-in in no time.

Every pair of Clarks Desert Trek I own (over 30) have always fit perrrrfectly. The style, good looks and comfort of the Desert Trek mesh well with my cool and casual demeanor.

Outstanding

long story short...circa 1978 was stock clerking for Publix in N. Jax so on my feet and hustling happened upon a haberdashery selling Levis shoes. Spent more money than prudent for a shoe exactly like this one thinking "Levis" are cool. They soon wear-adjusted into the most comfortable shoe I'd ever worn. Turns out they were Clarks/branded Levis or I just thought so. 40+ years later noodling on the net I found them at Zappos. Once the 1st pair ordered arrived and I confirmed were pleasing....I immediately ordered another pair for spare. I am ecstatic!!!!

Ordered for the first time and I was happy with the whole process, I paid extra to get product expedited and it came quicker than I expected.... true to size, price was acceptable, ordering process A+
