I recently (last week) ordered a pair of Chickaree slippers and the wool lining was so sparse that I ordered a pair of insoles right away to either replace the current insoles or place on top of them for more fill. When the insoles arrived today, I was shocked. They are not soft and plush like the ones I ordered a couple years ago, but thin and sparse. I wish I could post pics with the review; the new insoles' pile is half the thickness of the ones I bought a couple years ago and feels 'rough' in comparison. Let me say that I'm not difficult to please, either. I bought a different pair of Dakotas a week or two ago, and the pile is nice and thick, the way you expect Uggs to be. The difference in feel is ah-mazing. I LOVE my plush Dakotas, but the struggle to find Uggs of comparable quality is real; even the insoles are pathetic, or at least these are. I'm thinking of taking this up with Ugg directly; Zappos shouldn't have to pay return shipping for Ugg's poor quality.

I love my UGG slippers, and the innersoles wore down to a shiny bare surface. So I ordered these replacements to re-line the slippers. There didn't seem to be a way to remove the original innersoles, so I slipped these in on top. As a result of both pair in the shoe, the slippers became so tight that they are unwearable, even as I tried to "pack down" the new innersoles. If I can't find a shoe repair person who can pry out the original innersoles, then I'm afraid the slippers are lost to an un-fixable place. So if you are planning to replace the innersoles, look first to see if the original innersoles are removeable, or else you may be better off buying a new pair of UGGs. (My old pair of UGGs look pristine--just like new--and it will be sad if I have to discard them for lack of a fix.) These Uggs insoles are probably wonderful if you need an arch support. These didn't work for replacing the insoles in my Uggs motorcycle boots. I had to return these and I found an insole from another company that was flat sheepskin.

Not happy with these. Right one thinner than left. Makes shoe feel off balance. Had to underline it with 2 innersoles to make it comfortable. Since I have the Ugg slippers, I thought they would be of better quality.

I was excited to find these replacement inserts for my Ugg slippers. I slipped them in and they were warm and comfy! However when you walk around in them they little by little start coming out of the slipper. I put them back in and the same thing happens. Very annoying! Maybe I need to glue them in place?

I bought this insole to replace one that my dog decided to chew. I loved these Ugg slippers and they don't make this style any more. I was thrilled to find a replacement insole but it was narrower than the original so I felt like I was not secure in the slippers any more. Since I use a walker to get around the insecurity of the slipper made it unusable for me.

I ordered this to replace the insoles in my Ugg Brooks boot. When it arrived, I removed the sticker on the bottom of the insole, because I don't want to walk on a sticker, and it removed a portion of the insole. Perhaps a sticker should not be placed there. Additionally, there was a large barcoded sticker placed across the product descriptive information on the packaging, obscuring most of the information there. Finally, this product is much thicker than the original insoles of my boots. They made the boots too tight to wear. I love Uggs for comfort, but this product significantly changed the fit of my boots. The packaging issues seem easy to fix.

I got these insole replacements because the insoles of my Uggs boots were really matted down and flat. Big mistake -- these insoles were stiff and had a very high and uncomfortable arch -- I could not even wear them as far as my front door. My feet felt crippled and I took them out and felt much better. Do not buy!

I have had my Ugg boots for nine years, and the insoles are pretty worn down. I was excited to purchase these new ones and pleased with reasonable price. However, the foam-type base of the new product is noticeably thicker than that of the original insoles. I thought I could make them work, but have now gone back to my old, beaten-down ones since my feet are so cramped for room and uncomfortable with the new ones. Although these appear to be well-made, that doesn't do much good if I can't fit my feet in my boots. I must say I am disappointed with this purchase.

Thought I could replace my old insoles to my older Ugg boots but I couldn't remove them and it is too tight to put them over the old insoles. Had to return.

I received these insole replacements and was rather disappointed. The material does not resemble the insoles I have on my other Uggs. I frankly doubt whether these were produced by Ugg. Still for $15, I'm not going to cry too much over them. They will do.

These were way too tight to fit into my boots comfortably & pinched my feet terribly. Also, the quality is nowhere near as good as the original fleece in boots/slippers.
