Air Mover is one of the best I have a collection of clarks, Caribou, Ranger, Ascend. I confess the air mover is the most comfortable one. I have a sore knee, it comes back when I do not wear my "Air Mover". The price is high but it worth it.

Excellent shoes. This was my one and only shoe when I took my trip "around the world". I was gone for 10 months and never missed any other shoe that I owned. The only thing I would like to see on these shoes is for them to be available as ankle high shoes. Other than that, these are just what you need to keep you moving in all countries from Morocco to Mexico.
I'd also recommend:
Some of the Mephisto shoes. Mephisto is not consistent in quality like Clark is.

Wonder shoes. I went from 180 lbs. to 250 lbs. after discontinuing my usage of tobacco. At that time,I was buying Reebok shoes at the rate of a pair every six weeks. My feet were killing me as a result, no doubt,of my added weight. My local shoe store encouraged me to try a pair if Clarks. I have been wearing them since then and am very happywith them. This model is my latest one and as all of my previous pairs were, proved to be very comfortable. The only place these don't work well is driving my British sports car. I am unable to find a comfortable foot angle while driving my MGB. Would this prevent me from purchasing another pair? Absolutely not as I no longer experience ANY foot pain since wearing Clarks. The negative information given is simply part and parcel of a balanced review.

An Administrator's Dream. I'm a middle school principal and have been wearing Clarks Air Movers since 1994. Back then, I was looking for a shoe that had comfort and support and, believe me, this shoe is everything they say it is. I'm on my feet from 5 a.m. until late in the evening and my feet feel great at the end of a long day. I enjoy these shoes so much that I own 6 pairs! You can not purchase a better made made walking shoe anywhere for the price. My son is a chef and is on his feet 12 hours a day. I bought him a pair and he swears by them. Clarks Air Movers are the only shoes he wears at the restaurant.

Best damn shoe money can buy! Like the title says, this is my third pair of Clarks and, by far, these are the greatest. I'm on my feet all day at work and words can not describe how wonderful they feel, like walking on air. My wife who is a hairdresser also swears by Clarks. 'Would select same shoe if cost was twice as much....

A Godsend. For years I've had problems with my damaged arches and toes. A doctor told me that I should never have been in the service with these kind of feet. In short, my feet suffer. I've tried all kinds of expensive shoes with little luck. Then, a year ago I happened to buy a pair of Clark's Airmovers. Even a year later, they're wonderful. I forget I have bad feet. Yes, at first glance they're expensive. On the other hand, all of the nearly-new shoes in my closet that I can't wear are much more expensive. For me, this is an example of the adage: Quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten.

Stodgy, but like clouds for your feet! These are, without doubt, the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Even after a full day on your feet, walking, standing -whatever- you'll still feel the incredible support and cushioning of the generously padded soles. The uppers are sturdy, if not terribly fashionable. If your priority is comfort rather than fashion, and you can afford the high price (which is well justified!), then your search it over.

Awesome. I don't have a pair, but my friend does and I tried them on one time and they were very comfortable. I would buy some but they are way too expensive.

Air comforters. I bought my first pair about 2 years ago and, from the first day I put them on, they were as comfortable as slippers around the house. I have been so happy with them, even though they are not cheap. They're the best shoes I have ever had in my life. I've put them in every kind of situation you could think of, from climbing rocks to wading in water, and they still come out very comfortable and with a little polish they still look great. I just wish they would go down in price so maybe other people can afford them. Thank you for a great product. Sincerely, Eugene Bratvold

Much preferred the City Movers (slip-on) As far as I can tell, Clarks doesn't make this sole (super cushion) in any other shoe. Years ago I purchased the slip on version of these called the City Mover (I think) which were uniquely stylish, and single color (black or brown not mixed like these). I was so sad they're not made anymore even though I still own them.

Great shoe- These shoes wear like iron!! I have 2 different size feet and these are the only shoe I have ever worn that I do not run over on the small foot. The only criticism I might offer is the upper eyelets seem to cut the laces fairly quickly. Also the laces are not standard size. I live 50 miles from the shoe store that carries your product. This is a hassle when a shoe string breaks. Without a doubt these are the finest shoes I have ever owned. Thank you for your product. This is the first time I have ever offered an evaluation. I feel that strongly about your shoe.

Concerned re : quality - The middle of the sole at the ball of the foot split acrossed the entire shoe. Other than that they are great shoes. Would like to get another pair but I am concerned re : the quality of sole. Please advise. Thanks

Size Matters - I find this shoe to be the best shoe on the market. However the lack of choice in widths is a draw back. People with Diabetis and a wide foot should not buy this shoe. Before I had Diabetis I could suffer a few blisters while I streched the width out. I am on my feet 12-15 hours a day and once they were broken in they were the most comfortable shoes in the world. The last pair I bought almost cost me my feet. The blisters I got from the shoes being too narrow did not heal and the feet became infected. It was more expensive to fix my feet than all the Clarks I have owned for the past 30 years but I would still recommend them to anyone that does not have diabetis.

Too small? I had been wearing this style for years, with a perfect fit. They're not perfect any more (did my left foot grow?). I would say they are a shade smaller...but still wearable for 1/2 day.

Air Movers - I really like my Air Movers, but wish they were offered in Wide. Extremely comfortable to wear, like walking on marshmallows. Only thing more comfortable are my Ecco Trackers.

Very soft shoes - I own all types of shoes. This shoe has the sofest feel of any shoe I own. At times too soft. Feels like walking on air. When doing a lot of walking you might consider a stiffer feel. This shoe is very comfortable and a pleasure to wear during work.

Used to be good shoes... I've worn Clarks for twenty years now. Old Clarks were great shoes, these are just okay. The China Clarks are too narrow and fit tight. They take a few months to stretch and break in, almost unbearable for the first few weeks! I've had mine for a year and a half, wearing them around three days a week and they are almost worn out. The leather isn't as nice as the English Clarks. They don't last as long. The comfort is just average. The price is higher than what I used to pay. Ahh, I love the global economy ;) I don't recommend these especially if you have an average to wide foot. Try the Natureveldt instead or another brand. I won't be buying Clarks anymore.

I bought a pair of these shoes in 2001 and wore them for a better part of 5 years. They were wonderful! I have wide feet and wearing them at a Clark's store for the first time was fabulous! I wore the pair for the better part of a every day for the past 5 years and loved them. But alas, the sole split and so I happily went back to Clark's and bought the same pair in the same size. But it didn't fit as well. I thought that maybe I needed to break it in - but over the past few months, I've pretty much given up. The toe portion is really narrow (especially on the Left foot) and feels like it is compressing a nerve as I can't wear it more than 4 or 5 hours before some of my toes go numb!! I thought it was just me but reading some of the other reviews, it looks like it is the shoe that has changed. Pity, this was the best shoe I had ever worn.

Air Mover - It is a good shoe which I bought for the comfort it provides more than anything. The only exception to the shoe is that it squeaks loudly when I walk. Other Air Movers I have purchased did not have this problem.

New releases not as comfortable - I bought a pair about 6 years ago which were the most comfortable shoes ever. I bought new ones last month but they just don't feel the same...Too narrow and the cushioning is noticeably harder now. I was quite disappointed.

A painful love/hate relationship. These are very fine quality shoes. Construction is well done- fine materials, and all that jazz. I have very good luck with Zappos, they're a great retailer. I have great luck with Clarks' shoes, too, but I can't wear these Air Movers for more than a couple of hours before the pain is so bad I can hardly walk.

These used to be good shoes - I have been wearing this style for many years, I needed a pair about 9 months ago and bought my 3rd pair. They are not the same quality as when they were made in England or Portugal they feel too stiff as if the material isn't as natural. They are made in China now and the quality isn't there anymore, but they are priced as high as they used to be - no savings with the cheaper labor - a pity. I will not buy anymore Clarks and will be buying Ecco or SAS....
