I loved the boots. I wore them almost every day during what we have for winter months. I noticed after 3 months however the leather separated from the rubber. Not really helpful in keeping the water out. I called Zappos to see about an exchange, because let’s be honest they look worn. And Zappos said they do not carry them anymore and they do not except worn items in return. Bummer. But then Zappos said let’s get you a full refund anyway. And amazon carries them if you’re interested in re-purchasing. And the boots are yours to keep if you wanted to see into getting them fixed. Oh. And here’s the customer service number for sorrel. Is there anything else I can do to help? Holy crap. Now that is customer service. I have never heard of a company that goes to that length for their customers. The shoes may not have lasted. But I will never buy my shoes, or purses from any where else but Zappos. Absolutely fabulous customer service.

Love these boots! They run big. I'm a 9/9.5 in shoes and these are big on me...with two pairs of socks, they're fine, so I guess they're sized for really cold weather and not just bumming around. I wouldn't get an 8; however, but if I were an 8.5/9, I would go down to an 8. Love that the laces go through holes on the side and you just tug to tighten. They never get super snug around the ankle, which is fine with me because I like to just slide them on, but they do sound a little "gallumphy" when you walk around, if that makes any difference!

What an excellent snow boot! It looks adorable and keeps my feet dry and comfy. However, when trekking through deep snow the top of my feet got wet through the leather upper. Other than that, five stars.

I love these boots! I have horrible luck with boots, between my large foot, and my fat ankles, most boots just don't feel very good on my feet, often giving me callouses or blisters. These are really comfy, and soft! My feet were extra tender from wearing my old boots the day before I got these, and it even felt good on my borderline blisters on the backs of my heels. Additionally, the laces are perfect, because it can be adjusted to fit nicely around my ankles, while still not hurting my feet. Five stars for sure.

I picked these boots after reading a ton of online reviews for different styles. The 5 star rating is completely accurate! These boots are weather-resistant, warm, cozy, and a bit cuter than other similar styles. I wear a 7.5 or 8 depending on the style. I chose 7.5 after reading the reviews, and my feet fit nicely in them with a thicker sock. The height of the boot is just right for me, as i don't wanna fuss too much over tucking a ton of pant into my boot. The fluffy lining is heavenly, completely lining the inside of the boot (except for the insole, of course), and giving this boot a more feminine look than many of the traditional styles! I am beyond impressed with my purchase!

I live in the Midwest, where having quality winter footwear is crucial. These boots are the best all-in-one package. Traction is fabulous; I haven't once slipped. The bottom portion is a solid piece of rubber, so there's no chance of leakage. The leather upper is also securely stitched to the lower portion. The faux fur fully lines the inside of the boot (except the sole). With the Thinsulate insulation, your feet stay warm and cozy. I found the fit to be right-on, and they didn't irritate my bunion (most shoes do). I am thrilled that these boots are functional, comfortable, and stylish. Yes, you can buy a cheaper pair of boots, but at this price these are an exceptional value.

Nice boots. I have worn them every day since I opened the box. Perfect for Colorado weather. These boots go on and off easily at the door, and stay on well enough for a small hike. They keep me warm and I have received compliments.

I bought these for myself and I love them. My 14 year old daughter wore them during the "surprise" October snowstorm in New England. She loved them two. Wanted the exact same boot, & color. Now both of us have boots we love!

I bought these boots for my girlfriend for Christmas because they looked so soft, comfortable, stylish, durable, and most of all warm! And guess what? They fulfilled all my wildest dreams, and hers! She said that she even wears them around the house with no socks sometimes as slippers they're so comfortable. She lives way up in New England, so I trust that they will keep you warm in most conditions. Sorel is a great company with great boots, these definitely fit that description. These boots are awesome!

The Snow Angel is an excellent snow boot, with great non-skid sole, and is very warm and comfy and keeps your feet dry. My first pair of Sorel snow boots lasted 15 years, and served me well. I expect to get the same wear, warmth and comfort from my new pair of Snow Angels. I ordered my usual size, and these fit just fine, with a bit a room to spare for my custom orthotics.

I’ve had the heavy duty Caribou boots for close to a decade and they’re finally falling apart so I opted for a lighter boot that was easy to slip but still waterproof. I’m a true 7 but the Caribou’s from long ago are 6.5 and yet they were always too large, like an 8. The sizing panel on my old Caribous match the current sizing table for sorel which is confusing because it just doesn’t make sense. Anyway, the reviews that I read online say the Snow ANGELES also runs large but they do not. If anything, they’re a pinch short in length and accommodate a very narrow foot. If this model came in half sizes, I would have opted for 7.5. Instead, I opted for the Carnival which is the same weight as Snow Angel but has higher coverage up the calf and it has a wider sole.

I finally found a winter boot I can love. I have a wide foot and was hesitant in ordering a standard width but it worked. It really keeps my feet warm during the cold colorado winters. Wish they had other colors, I’d buy them all

These boots are so comfortable and warm! There was a seam inside of the right boot that was sewn folded over and it rubbed funny on my toes, but I returned this pair for the exact same boot.

The best buy I have made in ages and comfortable, warm, and easy to get on and off and not cumbersome when driving. Great for the snow belt I live in! Love them!

I ordered these boots, and before they came I found an old pair that still fit me, so I planned to return these immediately upon receiving them. However, I slipped them on out of curiosity and now I'm having a hard time convincing myself to do so! They are so warm and soft and comfy. I ordered my regular size, and they fit perfectly. They are very cute and girly for a sturdy snowboot, and they look great with my skinny jeans. The traction on the bottom will be great in the snow. I think I'll just have to keep them!

So cute! These shoes have a full insert for extra warmth. I read on all the reviews that they ran a size big and having a slender foot. I thought they would be extra big, but I think they run true to size or even slightly smaller than marked.

I like the look of these but the way they hit on the leg felt uncomfortable to me. I also felt like for the price point the quality wasn't there. Maybe they just weren't for me, but this is why I returned them.

I bought these a half size larger (I usually wear a 7 1/2 and bought an 8) To accommodate heavy socks- I love the look, and they are so warm and comfortable- I love these- would buy again- but seem to be built to last forever!

After reading reviews of this boot being true to size, I decided to order my usual size 9 but also ordered a 10 “just in case” because I’m a 9 wide and boots never fit me in my size 9. I don’t have a narrow foot and petite ankles. I’m very glad that I went up a size. The 10 fit my wider foot, high instep, high arch, wide ankle and foot length perfectly! The 9 hurt the side of my ankle and had no room for socks. These boots are verrrry warm in 50• temperature. I have yet to test them in freezing temps. I wore them for many hours (on my feet shopping) right out of the box. They did not hurt my feet at all. They are super cute and seem well constructed. I have yet to wear them in snowy conditions. I’m reluctant to think they would keep me dry for long periods of time in snow that is deep enough to surround the upper shaft, due to the design of the boot tongue being outside the shaft. Perhaps the furry lining around the edge of the tongue will be enough barrier to keep the deep snow out for brief deep snow treks. If the fur was actually “real” wool then I wouldn’t be concerned. I think they’d be perfect for snow otherwise. You will more than likely feel very cozy & comfortable in cold temperatures or rainy, windy days! They are easy to put on and take off. And again... super cute!

I have a confession: I only purchased these boots because I could not find my "real" winter boots, and these were on sale. As soon as I hit "purchase" (of course), I found my boots, Sorel "Joan of Arctics" that I've had for 4 years. I planned to return these as soon as they arrived. Then it was the holidays, things got busy, and I was just counting on Zappos' awesome customer service to deal with it later. All in all, I didn't try them on until just now. Wow! There is now way I am returning these boots! They are so light so soft and fluffy and just plain yummy... my feet are so happy right now-- it's like Christmas all over again! Too delicious-- they are keepers for sure! And cute to boot (pun intended) so why not treat yourself? Your feet will thank you!

The Sorel Snow Angel is great true to size fur all the way to your toes. Shopping with Zappos is a pleasure free shipping. Most shoes I've order come the next day. Zappos is a little on the expensive side but I've never been disappointed with quality. The website is a breeze.

Just received this boot. I have an average foot. Based on the reviews for this boot, I ordered down a half size and found the boot to be a little snug...I definitely would not be able to wear a heavy sock. I did not find this boot to be too wide either. Very cute, stylish and warm. I will be returning the 9.5 for the 10. Thank God for free shipping. Also, I placed my order on Wednesday and received it on Thursday. Also ordered the Keen Delta. Very pleased with this rugged boot at well and it runs true to size. Has better arch support than the Sorel boot. I plan to keep both as each boot serves a different purpose.
