Bought these for my husband, who is on his feet all day in the summer for his job as captain of a tourist cruise ship on an Adirondack lake. He has not had a chance to wear them for work yet, but said they fit well and seemed comfortable. For this job he needs black shoes that look like dress shoes, but have a soft sole for comfort. These should work.

My podiatrist recommended these shoes for relief of foot pain. They worked! This is my third time purchasing these shoes in four years.

If they would make this a slip-resistant sole they would have a excellent shoes. Especially with Zappos being in a super high hospitality town. There is an untapped market here for restaurant shoes, specifically in wide width.

These shoes were purchased to replace a similar style that my podiatrist suggested. The look and tread are mostly the same. On my first day of wearing the right arch was a little uncomfortable when I was dancing in them but normal walking was perfectly fine. They do feel slightly larger than size.

I've had a pair of these shoes before, wore them daily to my volunteer job in a local hospital, where I spent alot of time on my feet, standing, walking. I've found that they run a little "big", maybe about a half-size - not a problem. The older pair (which looked brand-new when I retired them to the local Vets charity pick-up) were a size 10 and about 7-8 yrs old, I now have to wear a size 11 4E width (or 10.5 Extra Wide in this particular shoe) because I have a problem with my left foot & ankle, need the extra room for a lightweight brace that I now wear on that leg. These shoes aren't super stylish by any standard, but they ARE attractive enough, very lightweight, and super comfortable. I didn't buy them for any particular job (or volunteer) type work, I bought them because they're well-made and comfortable dress shoes. For those rare occasions when I do have to get "dressed up", they work just perfectly.....

Very comfortable and light weight. Nice compromise between casual and dressy. Well made. Good value. Nice to see a reliable shoe manufacturer who is still in business. Have worn Hush Puppies for over fifty years and have not been disappointed.

These Hush Puppies are fantastic. Needed a formal look shoe but something comfortable for potentially standing in several hours at s memorial. These Hush Puppie Glens looked fabulous and felt great during the entire five hour event. I actually bought two different less expensive brands prior to these Hush Puppies but returned them because they were just too uncomfortable. Let’s face it, you get what you pay for. I am very happy with these shoes, they were worth every penny!

These shoes changed my life. I've since purchased countless numbers of these Hush Puppies Men's Glen Oxford,Black,11 W US. I've been wearing these since 2009, when I was working at the airport. During my first working day, at my second airport assignment, I was wearing a nice looking pear of dress shoes. I was on my feet all day and in terrible pain. My feet hurt so bad after a full day of work. An elderly co-worker (I was in my twenties at the time) told me to try Hush Puppies shoes. I left work with my feet in so much pain that I walked in my socks. I went to a Hush Puppies store in the mall near the airport and met up with an extremely attractive Latina. She had me stand on a machine that tested my feet. She then showed me the shoes that the machine recommended including these. I've been wearing them everyday since. I no longer work at an airport but I still walk quite a bit at work. These dress shoes / dress causal shoes are the perfect balance of dressy, comfortable and casual. My only complaints are that they are normally priced quite high at $95.00 and also the insole seems to have a short life due to my heavy daily use. I usually buy new pairs and donate my old pair to charity every 3-4 months. I usually buy multiple pairs when I can find them on sale somewhere with a coupon. The best price I've ever gotten is around $50 + Tax, when lucky. I have other Hush Puppies Shoes, but this is by far my favorite when it comes to comfort. I hope they make this shoe forever, because the day they stop manufacturing them should be decades after I die. I plan to buy these for life!!!

These shoes are very comfortable. Wear them to work every day and so far, I love them.
