Avia - Found the shoes to be very comfortable and relaxing with good support. I would recommend to anyone.

Comfortable fit - These shoes are very comfortable for walking & everyday wear.

Helpful with stabilizing weakened foot - I have worn Avia since 1985. After an injury I was walking on the side of my foot. My first pair of Avia shoes corrected my foot, by making the bottom of my foot touch the ground again. I have tried other brands recently; the foot started having weird pains. I got Avia shoes again...the weird foot pains went away. I have told many people about Avia over the years. If you have foot-knee-or leg, problems...try a pair of Avia's just around your home for two days and you probably will feel a difference...God Bless YOU. Amen!!! Sandy W.

Excellent Shoe - I have heel pain and arch support problems. Avia does a better job properly supporting both the heel and the arch than any shoe brand I've tried (and that's a lot)...better than New Balance. I wear them to work daily on concrete and granite floors. Black shoes can get by with everything.

Good Looking AND Comfortable - We've been looking for some good looking walking shoes for my husband for a long time and these are it. We bought the white/gray and they're very sporty and super comfy. He had worn Avia’s before, but he kept trying to save money by buying cheaper shoes. I managed to convince him to go back to the Avia’s. After this last experience with aching feet, he relented. Now he says he'll never buy anything but Avia’s. Why do some 'guys' take so long to learn?

Avia A352M Comfort - I was extremely surprised at how comfortable this shoe was. I always wear an ankle and heel support to work because of problems with my heel and standing on my feet all day. I have NOT had to wear anything but these shoes since the first day I got them.

Great comfort and support - My husband bought these and liked them immediately with no "breaking in" period. He wears size 13 which is difficult to find and these give him the support and comfort he needs. Would definitely buy another pair. Thanks for the great selections Zappos offers and excellent service. Beats going store to store trying to find something!!

Classic Avia - Long time Avia customer. So far I am satisfied with this model (2 months wearing). This is my second pair of this model that I am keeping in reserve. It seems like when Avia designs a winner, they discontinue it.

I am happy with the A352M - I put the AV352M on when I received them and wore them around the house for a couple of hours while I did some chores. They felt great the first time I put tem and they fit well and were comfortable. I wish all my shoes fit and felt as good as these do.

Great for walking and running! These shoes are excellent for work. They are very durable so I wear them when I work on the roofs of the houses every morning. I find them very comfortable. Thanks Zappos!

Excellent walking shoe - After many different shoes purchased for work as a sales clerk, I finally have found one that is true to size when ordered, and oh so comfortable.

Amend my review of April 16 - When I sent my first review, I was so excited by your incredible service that I didn't take the time to really test the shoe. Now I have and it wins out over my other sometimes expensive ones. I used to buy Avias when I could find them but they came in only one size -- medium. This one style in EE is a good start, and if you are going to forward my words to Avia please ask for more wide ones, and even wider: EEEE would be festive.

Incredible service! I ordered mine on Saturday afternoon and they were here in my mountain town on Monday. Incredible! Haven't had time to really check them out but they seem a little small (11-EE). Usually an 11 is kind of big for me.

A Great shoe - I actually purchased these for my boyfriend, who was having major joint problems. He couldn't get most of his shoes on his feet. When these arrived he was very, very happy. Not only could he get them on, he loved the way they felt.

Superb Walking Shoe - A+++ Very comfortable. Wear them to and from work and during the day. I've been looking for a good pair of general sneakers for a while. Order your actual size! I'm usually a 9 1/2 but a 10 with some shoes. These are perfect at 9 1/2 for me.

Good work shoes - I have low arches so it took about a week to "break them in," and all the "Avia" decals have fallen off. Good shoe for work while standing and walking all day.

Very comfortable right out of the box. Size was exactly what I ordered and they walk very well. Over all I think I made a good choice.

Good Looking Shoe - I am very pleased with the shoes. They fit and are quite comfortable.

Great shoe but would prefer in leather - I like almost everything about this shoe. Of course the cantilever heel works incredibly well as advertised. This model is inexpensive; however I would rather pay more and have this shoe in leather instead of the synthetic uppers which is my only complaint with this model.

JUST WORK SHOES - Very comfortable, nice break from steel toe EMS boots. With summer comes the chance to get a little more relaxed in the down time at the firehouse and these are great and fit the Regs.

Too hot for all day comfort - This shoe does well for stability and shock cushioning. I have always loved the cantilever heel design it aligns my heel strike better than any other shoe I have tried. This model though gets extremely uncomfortable after worn for more than two hours. I have to wear black shoes for work and I do a lot of walking all day. I wish Avia made more shoes in black for men.

Nice Shoes - These were for my husband--a man of few words, "Nice shoes, comfortable, especially for the amount of money spent". I guess 'nough said--if you're a man! (I had to actually pry the words out of his mouth just to get these).
