Love These...Like Orthopedic Shoes But Cute - I bought the silver distressed and am now trying to get a black (out of stock), but may do rust since reviewer below thought the rust looked black. I have a very bad groin injury and am in a walker around the house. These shoes are more comfortable and give me such good support I feel they are helping my injury. Plus they are really nice looking so if I go somewhere I will look dressy while wearing comfortable flats. I figure it will be awhile before I can wear heels again. Love them.

It feels about half a size smaller. In the beginning it also felt a little too narrow and the straps gave me blisters after wearing it all day. I have been wearing it now for several weeks and it really feels comfortable. I guess either the straps stretched slightly or my foot got used to it. Zappos customer service is wonderful. Their shipping is prompt and fast and at times standard shipping is upgraded to overnight shipping for free. Returns are painless and refund is also prompt. Thank you Zappos.

Stylish, pretty comfortable - I have awful feet, so I love Pliners' support. I am always a 9.5 in Pliner sandals, but for some reason the 9.5s in these were a touch too small. The soles have a lip on the front, sides, and back, so you can't wear them too small or the edges dig in. I tried again and ordered them in a 10 and they are a little on the big side but overall fit well. The Rust color is fantastic - I ordered them as a second choice but ended up liking them better than the black - too bad they aren't available in a 10!

These are so great looking, right on trend! I took 1/2 size smaller than I usually do.

This shoe would have been a perfect buy. I feel the length runs very short. I normally wear a size 41 (womens 10). Unfortunately the size 11 is out of stock. Returning shoe.

Fiona - I bought these in the rust metallic (looks black) several months ago while there was still snow on the ground. I wore them around the house to be sure they were OK and then put them away to wait for summer. They are adorable and very comfortable with great arch support and amazing lateral support for a sandal. I like them so much that I just got them in the silver. The sandal has great lines without looking trendy and are perfect with anything. The straps hit in just the right spots and even cover my little toe. Once again, Donald Pliner gets it right for those of us that can't wear a heel anymore. I usually wear a 7.5 or 8 and find the 8 in Pliner sandals to be perfect. Love you Zappos!

Great Sandals - Fantastic, comfortable and love the Rust Metallic color!! They are definitely more on the black side but will go with almost anything. The service was phenomenal, too. I ordered at 5pm and received the next day.

Rust Fiona, Very Comfortable, Looks Great - This is the second pair of Fionas I bought because they are so comfortable, almost orthopedic, and look great. I currently have a leg injury so I have to have flat sandals that can go dressy. I needed black but the black metallic was sold out, I ordered the black patent but returned them, patent is just not me. Another reviewer here said the rust looks black so I got them and they are black with slight reddish metallic glints. I'm really happy with them. I wear an 8.5 shoe size but in sandals I usually wear 8. Pliner 8s fit me perfectly in sandals. I have lots of his shoes and all are comfortable.

Donald Pliner Best Shoe on Earth - Shoes are very comfortable, I love Donald Pliner shoes. They never wear out; I sell them in garage sales so I can buy new styles!!

Color not clear - Comfortable from the first - I am keeping this sandal, but the color looks much more black than as listed as "rust metallic". I actually like to color, but don't buy as RUST. Rust sparkles in sun.

Not sure about these... These shoes, which I bought in metallic, look exactly like they do in the picture. On, they look slightly orthopedic. They also run small (about half a size). Width was ok. In the end, I just didn't love how they looked and returned them.

D. Pliner - Fiona - Nice leather shoe but nothing really special in style. I returned it for the Sifi which I found to be a better looking shoe.

Comfortable but Too Much Flop - I love Donald Pliner shoes and while I found this pair to have a nice height and footbed, the straps were placed too high on the foot which caused the sandal to flop too much when I walked. Darn! If that type of thing doesn't bother you, these shoes are probably worth a look.
