I purchased the North Face Padda Womens amphibious shoe which ended up hurting my pinky toe, requiring me to return them. I called the 800 number to return them and was extremely pleased with the customer service and process! I received the Salomon Karma the very next day. I LOVE these shoes!!! I have worn the shoes on long walks with NO discomfort. I plan to wear them on long hikes and white water rafting and canyoneering in the next month or so. I would definitely recommend these shoes to anyone. I ordered the same size I wear and feel they are true to size. Thanks zappos!!! I will most definitely be ordering again.

Been Around the World - Honestly, I ordered the shoes because of the color, originally. I have the "pink" ones and have worn them for every outdoor excursion for over three years now. They've been rafting in rolling rivers in Texas, through rainforests in Hawaii, jungles and caves on Guam and all along the rocky beaches of Africa. Finally, I have worn the insole out and it has come loose. I don't want to try to replace it so I'm buying another pair!

Great water aerobics and swimming shoe - Perfect for water aerobics--very comfortable. I've just ordered my second pair for water aerobics. Plenty of water drainage--even in the soles. Can swim as well with these shoes on as with them off, and they give good support and protection for my feet. This style was recommended to me for this purpose by someone who fits shoes, and I've been happy with them.

Excellent purchase - These shoes are great for outdoor activities: running or walking in all types of weather. Very comfortable.

Not what I'd hoped - I got this shoe because I liked the Salomon Techamphibian. But this shoe just didn't fit my foot right. My toenails got caught against the seam where the mesh and the solid strip of toe fabric meet. Maybe it was the wrong size. I'll get the techamphibian again instead.

Best Vacation Shoes Ever - I'm normally not a "sensible shoe" person but realized that I couldn't wear regular sandals backpacking through the Greek islands. I bought these on a whim and packed them, figuring I'd just return them if I didn't wear them. Well, they came out on my second day, after my "all terrain" sandals left my feet covered in blisters. Not only were they comfortable even on blistered feet, but they took me everywhere: climbing stone steps for hours at a time, on pavement and sand, and even right into the ocean. You can rinse them clean, and they dry overnight. Also look cute with skirts. The only activity I wouldn't recommend them for is serious hiking over sharp/uneven rocks.

Awesome water shoes!!! These shoes are fantastic! They fit perfectly, they work incredibly well. The only thing that got in was fine sand. I love these shoes!!!

Salomon's Karma - the feel good shoe! Awesome shoe for fit, comfort, function AND style. I get loads of compliments every time I wear them. From club kids to soccer moms. They run a little large; I took a full size smaller. Highly recommend them for walking the city streets or a weekend of kayaking and camping.

Good shoe - This shoe went from the Pacific Ocean (without socks) to muddy forest trails and the sandy Haleakala crater (with socks) and was good in all situations -- as a water shoe or for light hiking. The only place it was a little annoying was on the beach but out of the water -- then they filled up with sand faster than it could clear out! But, they were great overall and lots of other hikers asked me about them.

Most Excellent - This is the best pair of water shoes I have ever owned, definitely worth the money. They are so nice for canoeing, rafting and so comfortable sometimes I wear them as sneakers. Nice and cool for your feet. I ordered a 9 and had to send back for 8.5, run a little large.

Truly Karma - I ordered these shoes for support and to protect the soles of my feet during water aerobics. They do the job and feel great besides! I will be another pair. Isn't that the best recommendation. And, Zappos, what can I say??? I ordered the shoes on Monday night and they were on the porch when I got home Tuesday afternoon. Much easier than going to a store and what a selection!!

Love this shoe - I love this shoe, but I don't understand the comments from people who said it felt "true to size". I normally wear a 7 1/2, but in this shoe I went down to a 6.

The Very Best Water Shoe Ever!!! I was looking for a very comfortable shoe that could be worn while enjoying outdoor activities. The Salomon Karma is the one! It is very comfortable and can be adjusted to fit more snug or looser if you choose to wear socks. The shoe feels like a tennis shoe in support, however breathes like you're wearing a sandal. They dry out quickly when going from water to land activities. I would HIGHLY recommend this shoe and plan on buying more in other colors!

Great water shoe - I am a guy with a large(10.5) narrow foot. This fits great!! Much better than Keen or Teva Raptor. Excellent technical aspects - drainage thru footbed, traction when wet, ventilation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Little red runner - This seems to be a great little shoe. I chose red. I didn't keep it, even though it felt great, because I knew that I would have trouble with sand entering the venting material. I live in FL near the water and, although there are sidewalks to walk on, I still get the odd grain of sand in my regular New Balance shoe. I didn't want to chance trying this shoe, due to my reservations. It is really a neat shoe because it has a terrific tread and is easy to adjust the fit to the foot. It's cute, too. Once again, Zappos is the best!!!

Salomon shoes rock! I already had a pair of the quick lace trail runners that I use pretty much every day. When I needed a pair of water shoes for kayaking, walking on beaches covered with shells or rocks, etc. I immediately knew these were the ones. Excellent stability, well ventilated, good arch support (and I have very high arches), true to fit.

Summertime Lifesaver! I work for the Postal Service and we are required to wear a full shoe while working. These are wonderful because they are so well ventilated. My feet get so hot on the route, and these keep me nice and cool. I have moderately wide feet and they work just fine for me.

No regrets - Super lightweight, comfortable, flexible. Love 'em. I shop in them. I ride my bike in them. I kick around in them. They're the perfect shoe for summer.

Great shoe - I have been looking for a comfortable pair of shoes to take on a trip to Disney World with my granddaughter and I believe I have found just the ones. They are airy, the cushioning seems just right. I am looking forward to walking in comfort to keep up with her on the trip. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Traveling Grandma.

Great, great, great- I have posterior ankle tendon problems in my ankle. I was headed for Florida and could not walk in a sandal. I needed something light and airy but still needed support. I wore these everywhere. They are light but provide excellent arch support. The first couple of times you wear them they may feel a little rough so plan on wearing them a couple of hours for the first couple of times. Then you’re off and running.

These are adorable shoes! You will not be disappointed - the coral/pink ones are really cute and somehow match a lot of things that are pink or orange or coral. And they look great with khaki or white, too. The mesh is nice because it is stretchy and accommodates a little wider foot (like mine). The elastic laces make the shoes feel custom fit.

Unrivalled comfort! I bought these shoes in preparation for a trip to Disney. I wore them for 4 straight days of walking around and didn't have one complaint. They are light and airy. I love the way the heel adjusts to your foot (by pulling on the tab). The toe box is wide enough to provide wiggle room. At first I thought they were too wide (I wear a medium width) but now realize that the extra room adds to the comfort and allows you to wear them for an extended period of time, to say the least. I cannot say enough good things about them!
