Quite possibly the perfect pump. I have them in black, navy and red. I have stood happily for hours at receptions in them. Elegant with business wear and okay with evening wear when you know you will standing for long periods. Highly recommend.

Purchased for teenager to attend a business conference. It was perfect, completely business appropriate and comfortable enough.

The pump that I ordered fit my AA foot perfectly.The cushioned insole was comfortable and the shoe was exactly what I was searching for. Zappos' free return policy was the only place I had ever seen such courteous treatment. I will return to shop again.

Love these - cute and relatively comfortable for high heels. It is still much more comfortable to wear flats, but when heels are necessary these are a good option.

You don't have to wear high heels to look great. Comfort and style all in one. Reasonably priced, too.

I very seldom wear high heel shoes, but bought these for a special event. My shoe size is EE width, so it was especially welcome to find a nice looking pair of heels that fit comfortably.

These are the best basic pumps for work. They're attractive, comfortable and reasonably priced. I ordered a pair in black and wore it 2-3 times a week for a year. When I ordered a new pair to replace those I also ordered a pair in navy. Great shoes!

These are very classy and extremely comfortable shoes! I had to walk around all day and I was totally fine in them. They offer even more support than my Naturalizer pumps. I love these shoes!

I love this shoe! It is stylish and has a comfortable heel. This a great work shoe and can go on into the evening. The fact that it comes in a width of slim is great.

This is a lovely shoe, but I would need a wide to accommodate my bunion, and then the heel would slip. It's not for me, but I'd recommend it for a normal footed person. It has a classic, go anywhere look.

I have a job where I must stand in heels for hours on end, including walking in grass and pavement. These are the only heels I have ever worn where I can do that without my feet hurting, even after hours of standing in them. I wish the shoe came in more colors for matching with more outfits. I hope they never stop making them.

I bought these shoes in a 9N and they fit perfectly. The heel is just the right height and the leather is beautiful.

I love these shoes. They are classic. The leather is soft and supple. The heel is a little higher than I thought but looked great. They are very comfortable. As always dealing with Zappos is so easy. I would recommend it to everyone.

This is a nice, basic pump. It fits my AA width well and has an okay, not great, arch support.

Finally I found a shoe that fits. Not having a Cinderalla foot presents a problem in buying any shoe. It couldn\'t be easier.

The shoes felt very good as soon as I put them on. I like the style even though its a plain looking shoe. It goes great with jeans also. Heel is perfect height since I have lower back pain if I wear anything higher.

I needed a dress pump for a work conference that required me to be on my feet all day. I went with the Ros Hommerson Viva pump and am so glad I did. My shoes were stylish and professional, my feet held up great, and even my bunions didn\'t start aching like they normally would. I\'d highly recommend these pumps.

Very comfortable in size 12 based on the overall style, fit and heel. However, my heels slipped out a bit when walking and the shoes have an internal seam (where heel lining meets midsole lining) that rubbed my feet uncomfortably. I\'ll try another size.

Size true. Very comfortable! I had never bought a Ros Hommerson shoe, but I will buy their shoes again!

I have a hard time finding pumps that are wide enough. These feel true to size.
