WOW! This runs INCREDIBLY small...and if you have a high instep, watch out! I could barely get my foot in this boot. So sad.

I am sending these back. They are too stiff and heavy. They are also tighter boots. Not your comfortable Ugg boots. I do love the coloring and overall look of these, though.

For the first winter after getting the pair, they were awesome. Everything I wanted in a pair of winter boots. However, they only lasted two lightly worn winters. During the second winter, I noticed cracks on the tip of the boots. It was alright, I thought, until I was in NYC and it was pouring. Wet socks and vacations just do not mix. I am hesitant to get a second pair, looking into other options.

I have many pairs of Uggs and love them all. That is why I bought this pair, I knew the quality would be fantastic. I opened them took them out of the box and threw everything else away until I was ready to wear my new snow boots. Well the right boot squeaks like crazy. You can hear me coming a mile away...not cute. I wish I can send them back for another pair, but looks like I am stuck with this squeaky pair

Hope you have small feet. I ordered a size 8.5 - I wear an 8 shoe. While I do have a wider foot than normal, it's not "that" wide. This boot was not only tight around the toes, but also hurt the back of my ankles. Not worth exchanging for a larger size as that would create more space between the ankle area, creating further pain.

This product was very disappointing. Ugg claims that they ate great winter boots and to be used in the snow however my socks always are soaked when I take the boots off! The site shouldn't make claims that are not true. Maybe I got a faulty pair? I am a huge ugg consume and have purchased atleast 10 pairs in the past. I will not be purchasing any more ugg products unless I get a new pair that is working or reimbursement.

The boots are stylish but I have not found good use with them. Ugg claims they are waterproof and great for walking in snow, however my sock always end up soaked when I take the boots off. I definitely won't be buying a new pair unless something is done. I normally love all ugh products. Maybe I have a faulty pair?

A gift and I wore them around the house wanting to make sure they fit. Thought they did until I wore them ONCE outside, they're one size or maybe a half too small. But have worn them outside so now stuck with boots that don't fit. Good on flat surface. But once walking down the driveway, toe is running into front of boot. Ouch. Very disappointing as I love them. But can't wear.

Whoever said their feet were warm in these boots probably were paid to say it. Sure, indoors it is warm, but from the hotel door to the car, the bottom of my feet were frozen. These are supposed to be winter waterproof boots but I walked on snow to the car and it the only way my feet would be frozen is if snow got in. I tied the short shoelaces tightly so there is no way snow got in that way. Plus, the bottom of my feet was cold so it got in from the soles somehow. Crappy shoes but I can't return it. I thought because of the review, price and brand it would be great but obviously not. You would also think that the shoelaces would be long enough but they aren't and there are black stains on the laces too. Not what I expected at this price level. I would return it but it's already used. There was no way I could find out how good these are without wearing it outside.

I've worn these boots about 10 times... and my feet hurt after I've been wearing them. I expected, because of the Vibram sole, that this would be one Ugg with some structure and support but there is absolutely none. I've tried lots of combination of different support inserts etc. but the proplem they create is that my heel starts slipping out of the heel cup and rubbing on the seam which is uncomfortable because of compromised support as well as friction. These boots are pretty awful. I can't stomach paying this much just for a little shearling! I can easily pay less for warmth AND support elsewhere -- BTW: Myfeet do tend to get cold in these, too, in our single digit weather because there is very little fleece in the toe. :( Bad Uggs.

I wasted my money buying these boots. These boots are not for someone who works outside in the cold. I had to buy foot warmers to keep my feet warm.

After going into a UGG shop to try these boots on in various colours, I decided to go with the white ones -a big mistake. I live in Canada, where it's often snow, ice and slush. These boots got dirty in less than a week especially the area where the laces rubbed against the tongue, and are quite difficult to clean as well. The major difference between the white ones and the other colours is that the toe and heel protection area is white instead of black. My friend owns a grey pair with the black protection areas, and the feel of the material is noticeably different than the one on my boots -it's rougher, more textured and more resistant. I've had the white boots for just over a month now, and already the white toe area has been scuffed to show areas of the brown base.

There are quality control issues on the pair I received in terms of the cut of the leather. It is hard to explain but the visible trim at the top of the tongue was jagged and uneven - sticking out at times a quarter inch cream color visible, then down to a millimeter. The color looked almost purple tinged. There is also visible glue.

I ordered the cornsilk color, and in person they are much more an off-white color than they appear in the picture (in the picture I thought they looked much more white) also they are much more clunkier when I tried them on as compared to what I expected. I'm not sure exactly how I feel about them being so clunky. In the "classic" UGG boot, I wear a 9, but in these I ordered a 10, and they fit perfectly.

I love the way they look and they have kept my feet very warm this winter when the boots are dry. They are not waterproof and leak everytime I go through water or snow.

While using the little loop on the back to pull the shoe on to my foot I heard something rip. The seam in the back ripped. When I finally got my foot inside, the sheepskin on the inside was comfortable but the boot was super tight and I didn't even tie them up! It says it's a medium width, but it sure doesn't feel like it. I would do an exchange for a bigger size but alas, they're all sold out.

I was very disappointed in this boot. I own two pairs of the classic Uggs, so I expected these to fit the same way, or at least a similar way. But they run kind of small whereas the classic Uggs run huge. They also fit kind of weird, and didn't conform to my feet like Uggs normally do. I usually don't need to break in the Uggs, but I felt like these did need a breaking in period. I almost always wear an 8 or an 8 1/2, and I ordered an 8 which is my normal Ugg size. The 8s didn't fit like I thought. The shearling inside was very soft and comfortable. However, the leather and suede on the outside did not look like it would last me at all because it was soft and didn't look waterproof. I think that there are better snow boots out there for better prices.
I'd also recommend:

I would use these in cold/snow/slush,etc. Love the style, size and weight, but Ugg has spoiled me not to wear socks. Living in the NorCal Coast these were great. Now the're even warm enough in Chicago, still w/o socks. If I have to wear socks I might as well stay with my Sorel's. Don't worry I'll keep checking back until you get it right. I'm about on my 16th pair, 5 still in rotation. Just love 'em.

I take a size 7.5. The 7 is too short and the 8 is huge. Ugg simply does not really size for people who have less than an even size. With fleece it makes no sense to spend this kind of money and have to wear socks in order to have the boot fit because the company doesn't make half sizes.

Very disappointed with this purchase. My expectations may have been to high after reading the reviews. The area where the upper & lower part of the boot meets "collapse" toward my ankle & rubs the entire back portion of my ankles. I wear these boots to walk my dog on a pebble trail & can feel the pebbles through the foot bed of these boots. I live in a moderate climate & am not impressed with the warmth! On the plus side they handle wet weather very well & are cute!

Bought these for a trip to Iceland due to the fact they were lined, comfy and waterproof. They were anything but!!! My feet were so wet I had to wring my socks and the liners out and use a hairdryer to try and dry the insides for the next day of sightseeing. I tried twice to reach out to UGG with no response. They get 1 star because when my feet were dry, the boots were warm and comfy. Being dry was super important though and they were not. Please don't advertise waterproof, when in fact they are not. People look at that for important reasons.
