While using the little loop on the back to pull the shoe on to my foot I heard something rip. The seam in the back ripped. When I finally got my foot inside, the sheepskin on the inside was comfortable but the boot was super tight and I didn't even tie them up! It says it's a medium width, but it sure doesn't feel like it. I would do an exchange for a bigger size but alas, they're all sold out.

I was very disappointed in this boot. I own two pairs of the classic Uggs, so I expected these to fit the same way, or at least a similar way. But they run kind of small whereas the classic Uggs run huge. They also fit kind of weird, and didn't conform to my feet like Uggs normally do. I usually don't need to break in the Uggs, but I felt like these did need a breaking in period. I almost always wear an 8 or an 8 1/2, and I ordered an 8 which is my normal Ugg size. The 8s didn't fit like I thought. The shearling inside was very soft and comfortable. However, the leather and suede on the outside did not look like it would last me at all because it was soft and didn't look waterproof. I think that there are better snow boots out there for better prices.

I would use these in cold/snow/slush,etc. Love the style, size and weight, but Ugg has spoiled me not to wear socks. Living in the NorCal Coast these were great. Now the're even warm enough in Chicago, still w/o socks. If I have to wear socks I might as well stay with my Sorel's. Don't worry I'll keep checking back until you get it right. I'm about on my 16th pair, 5 still in rotation. Just love 'em.

I take a size 7.5. The 7 is too short and the 8 is huge. Ugg simply does not really size for people who have less than an even size. With fleece it makes no sense to spend this kind of money and have to wear socks in order to have the boot fit because the company doesn't make half sizes.

Very disappointed with this purchase. My expectations may have been to high after reading the reviews. The area where the upper & lower part of the boot meets "collapse" toward my ankle & rubs the entire back portion of my ankles. I wear these boots to walk my dog on a pebble trail & can feel the pebbles through the foot bed of these boots. I live in a moderate climate & am not impressed with the warmth! On the plus side they handle wet weather very well & are cute!

Bought these for a trip to Iceland due to the fact they were lined, comfy and waterproof. They were anything but!!! My feet were so wet I had to wring my socks and the liners out and use a hairdryer to try and dry the insides for the next day of sightseeing. I tried twice to reach out to UGG with no response. They get 1 star because when my feet were dry, the boots were warm and comfy. Being dry was super important though and they were not. Please don't advertise waterproof, when in fact they are not. People look at that for important reasons.

I'm so disappointed with these very expensive boots. I wore them for one winter and now this winter I step in the snow and my socks and feet are wet inside the boot. I try to contact them to get an exchange and they don't answer. Very disappointed in the boot and this company.

I would NOT BUY again. This is not a "snow boot, let alone a winter boot" this is strictly a fashion boot. Do not expect your feet to stay warm, or dry if you are wearing in a colder climate or wearing in snow..3 inches of snow and 12 degrees? Don't expect to feel your toes. The only thing that helped is my heavy knit socks. I wish I would have saved the packaging so I could have returned. 160 dollars down the drain.

I bought these boots thinking a dream come true (WARM AND DRY IN ONE). I wore them riding my horse in the winter and my feet were freezing the whole tine.. I had to call home and have my daughter bring me me old regular Ugg boots to warm me up.. Not worth the money!! They now just sit in the tack room all alone..

Good boots if you want them to last one winter. I've taken care of them just like I was told, the seems are tearing and water/snow gets in them, then they take days to dry on the inside. Super disappointed. They were really comfy. Only lasted about 3 months. Maybe the Canada winters are to harsh for them.

I bought this shoe about a year and half ago and I have only worn 4-5 times because it does not get very cold in Texas; why is the rubber at the front of the pulling apart from the toe. When I noticed I was out of town and did not have any other boots. I had to use super glue to try hold the shoe together until I got back home. I have contacted Ugg even though it has been more than a year they will address as they can see by the pictures no wear and tear on the boots.

I've owned 2 pairs of these Adirondack boots and found them to be very practical, stylish and comfortable for where I live in snow country Wyoming.
However my last pair split all the way across the back on the upper suede part. I had used them about 5 time. I took them into the shoe repair guy and he said the suede back on that particular boot was so thin that it was only going to rip again if he repaired it. I sent these back to Ugg, at my own expense, so they could see how faulty this was, and that they were practically brand new boots. However, they just sent them right on back to me with a curt "sorry, out of warranty" note, not even an offer for a discount on a new pair.
I have purchased Uggs since they were a tiny little shop in Melbourne, Australia, but they have lost my loyalty. They no longer care about good customer service, which is a shame.

I bought these boots because I thought I would have it all in one boot.. When working in the barn, warm and dry sounded perfect.. Well, the first winter horseback ride I went on, my feet were so cold, I had to call my mom to bring me my basic Uggs.. So my feet stayed warm but not dry in the snow that day. Dont believe the -20 because my feet are cold in them In the 30s with socks! To me they are just a real expensive boot to wear to the barn when muddy but warm.. I could of saved $200 and bought muck boots instead..

I was very excited to get these boots because they are very comfortable and aren't clunky like most snow boots, but I was really disappointed to find out that the traction is terrible. The ground was slightly snowy with small amounts of ice and I had to walk so slow and was terrified of falling because the traction is so poor. Total waste of money for me because now I'm out of $200+ and still need snow boots. I can't speak to any of the other features because they were only worn once.

Every time over 10mins. Had nobody picked up the phone once. Tried to write an email ,auto replied says someone will contact me ,that's a lie!i would never recommend anyone to buy their boots. Cuz you failed your size. You can never return it. Horrible!

Although these were warm, comfortable, and kept my feet dry, the fact that one upper ripped in the ankle area (in a place where no obvious seam exists) simply from pulling it on one day makes this a terrible value. I owned them for about 2 1/2 years before this happened, and they are not my only winter boot, so i don't wear them every day (and obviously only some months of the year). I expected to get many more years out of these boots, especially for the price. Unfortunately, UGG doesn't stand by their products past the first year, so customer service basically said that was too bad and didn't offer any assistance. Although I can respect a warranty cannot be indefinite, I have had companies in the past repair or replace an item, even past their normal warranty, when there was a clear issue with quality. In this case I did really enjoy the boots while they were wearable, but I do consider this a huge issue with quality and am disappointed in the company's response. Most reviews are very good, and this pair may have been an exception, but I would warn you to consider other brands, especially those that have good reputations for standing by their product.

I expected this product but I am totally upset with the quality and service now.
I have sent an email to the service center asking why I have received this so disappointing product. However, there is not any response for 8 days.
When I opened the box, I've found out a black hair coming out from the inside of the shoe. Even the hair root is there. The hair is not just "on" the shoe, it has been "stitched" with the fur during the manufacturing process. I feel really uncomfortable because even I decide to get rid of it, the hair will be still inside the shoe.
Also, the finishing of the leather near the shoelace is terrible. If you just look at it it's an apparently defective product.
I really want to know why you sent this product and why you aren't answering my request.

I'm a true size 9.5 and after reading many reviews I took everyones advice and ordered 1/2 a size up. The size 10 is still much too short even with no socks. There doesn't seem to be any 10.5. The next size up is 11 which I think will be like canoes. Sadly, these are going back. My advice is go up a full size if you can, especially if you want to wear thicker socks. Style and design is great otherwise.
