GREAT CHOICE! I bought this shoe for my husband not being 100% sure how he'd like it. Turns out he loves this sneaker! Comfortable, sturdy, looks great... He didn't want to exchange it for any other shoe.

Baja made Simple - I purchased my sneakers before going to Mexico for the better part of a week to see the Baja 1000 race. We had to pack light for our plane trip so these were the only shoes I took. I never regretted my decision for a moment. They were comfortable through all the desert walking and also in the cramped compartment of our Cessna. Fantastic! These shoes are immortal! I got a pair when I entered high school, and wore them every day until I got to college. They are comfortable from day one through year 3.5, and never wear out or fall apart. I highly recomend them to anybody of any age or gender.

Best shoe ever - I had had a pair of these years ago that had finally fallen apart (mind you that's after a good five years). I missed them so much I just had to get another pair, and ended up buying two pairs. Plain and simple, I love these shoes!

BEST SHOE EVER - I've worn the O.S. 2050 since I got my first pair 8 years ago. I won't wear anything else. They've always held up, even during my tour in the USMC. The first time you put them on you'll fall in love with this shoe. I actually worry that they'll stop making this shoe one day.

Simple. The best way to go. Ah, yes. Simple shoes. The name speaks for its self. I want to write this to reach out to people in need. People in need of a shoe that is comfortable throughout their entire relationship with their shoe.Im sure you are on this website looking for a pair of shoes that are true to size, and a decently marked price. A walker's foot hits heel first and then rolls gradually from heel-to-toe. These shoes are not only attractive, but have comfortable, stable support for all feet. I first got my Simple (men's) OLD SCHOOL shoe when I was just a few years younger. I can even tell you that this shoe seems as though it stays particularly clean in comparison to other simple shoes. I have had them for about a year now, and they are still white on the outside rim, which a soft, cloud- like feeling on the outside. The laces are white, and flat. The laces are flat so they do not come untied, and for maximum security. So, please trust me on this one. Do not believe other brands that claim for security, comfort, and style. You can believe these reviews. I would not be taking my time to write this if I did not believe anyone with style will be truly satisfied. This shoe will fit me and many others for many years, because the shoe is made so accurately. I truly just want to motivate people to keep buying these shoes, so they will not go out of stock. Believe me when I say that you will be greatly satisfied, and I could not ask for more. Please help me and the "simple shoes community".

Simple is the best way to go - I'm not writing this review so more people will but the shoe, but simply to tell you how I feel about Simple Shoes. I would not take the time to write this unless I really loved these shoes. I am a runner, but I do not want to walk around all day in running shoes. I find them unattractive and I need variety. So, last Christmas, I got a pair of Simple Shoes in blue. I not only find them extremely comfortable, but they go with anything I wear. I'm a pretty simple person; I do not feel the need to get any high tech shoe that claims more for comfort. I think a totally simple looking, comfortable show is all that I really want, and I don't know why these shoes aren't more popular. I guess they are pretty old, and I'm worried I should buy a few pairs now in case they go out of stock. So, in conclusion, I seriously think your shoe is the best shoe in the world. They are the best looking, most comforable, simple shoe. thats all there is to them. I think they are truly great and I hope you never stop selling this brand.

The best sneaker ever! This is the perfect shoe. Comfortable, fashionable, and it lasts forever! I've never had a pair wear out on me and I'm going on about my fifth or sixth pair. Eventually they just get so dirty from wearing them all the time, that I have to buy a new pair! They always feel a touch narrow the first couple of days, but after that the suede stretches perfectly around your foot. I recommend everone to get a pair of these, the perfect sneaker.

Not only for men - I bought a pair of these in navy back in the mid-90s. Yes I am a girl, but I loved them and had to have them. I wore them so much that my mother threw them out and I am so happy to find them again. I like these better than the cloth ones that are for women.

One Flew over a CuKoos Nest - I just got a job at a psych hospital for kids and decided to get a new pair of shoes. I can dodge chairs in style and perform flying tackles with athletic ease thanks to these shoes. really, they are way cool, comfortable and classic.

My favorite sneakers - These shoes are just great, classic sneakers. Up there with Converse all stars and one stars. They're really durable and never going to go out of style. I've got a couple pairs of Simple OS's and totally love them.

Bow to the Old School Sneaker - I've repeatedly returned to the Old School Sneaker. All of mine have disintegrated after about 20,000 miles, but they're still the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. (I'm on my third pair in 6 years.) Go Old School and you'll never go back.

My favorite shoe, ever - Most comfortable thing (not counting socks and sandals) I've ever put on my feet. I discovered this shoe about six years ago and have hardly worn anything else since. I have four pairs (different colors) that I wear all the time. The only problem I have with them is that the canvas (the white part) wears out after a couple of years.

Best shoes ever. Period. I've been buying these shoes, same model, Simple OS, for 4 years and I've never gotten tired of them or dissapointed. I know I need to buy new ones when they're torn to shreds, my soles are worn out, and they start to smell. There's nothing wrong with these shoes. Everyone should own a pair. They're comfortable and stylish. I wear 'em to school and when I'm jumping around with my band and I always look good.

A classic - After months of looking, I found it. Exactly what I was looking for. I wear 1 pair of Simples 100% of the time. Darn tough shoes & great looking to double and triple stitched. Going on my second year... probaly last another 6 mo in decent shape ... thinking of gettin' another pair..

Wonderful sneakers - The Simple sneakers are the best casual shoes I've ever worn. They're extremely comfortable, long lasting (the heel liner wears out quickly, but there is a plastic part to the heel that keeps going). The rest of the shoe is industructible and looks good on the feet. These are the shoes I wear 90% of the time, even at work!

All around great. I adored my first pair of Simples (sand-colored Simple Johnnys, slipper-like comfort) until the back wore through all around the sole. Then I got my second pair, sand Simple O.S., and they struck just the right balance between comfort and durability; completely recommend. After several years they're finally starting to wear out (again around the heel, though now it's reinforced with plastic), so I'm adding a pair of Juniors to my mix. I don't doubt they'll also be great.

Best Skate Shoes on the Market! I've been through many pairs of skate shoes and wore holes in them within months. Grip tape is brutal on your shoes. I've had different types of simple shoes and they all lasted longer than anything I've ever had before. Great style and great quality!

most favorite sneakers ever I read the other reviews, and agree on several points: -very comfortable! -great design; nothing crazy going on here -each pair has lasted me 3-4 years, which seems like a good bargain, since they are cheaper than most "name brand" sneakers. I will buy the same pair over and over (so long as they keep lasting me at least 3 years a pair); I can't imagine anyone will ever make a pair of shoes I like better than these... I hope Simple never stops making them!

Wore out canvas heel in two years I have had three pairs over the last 6-8 years, but I wear out the canvas heel before anything else. But still... that takes about two years. I am going for all leather simple sneaks now, hopefully with better heel durability.

Long lost love, found! The last time I had a pair of these was in 6th grade. Since then I have never seen them in stores. Recently I have been shopping for that perfect shoe, but to my disapointment I could find no shoes that fit my taste. I am now in the 12th grade and just ordered a new pair of Simples, the same style I had in 6th grade. I'm so excited and can't wait for them to be shipped. What a great shoe!!!

Best shoes ever. I have owned my Simple OS's for 7 years and just now have to replace them. These shoes have to be the most durable pair of sneakers ever made.
