I absolutely love these boots! To me, these are the classic work boot as well as the clear answer to all the current wantabes style-wise. They fit like a dream (true to size) with plenty of toe room and tons of support. The arch support in them feels better to me than my orthotic, and the laces actually work to custom fit your foot, unlike some of the shoes/boots currently available, whose laces are for looks only and not adjustable. You will have to put some effort into adjusting the laces the first time because the boots will be a little stiff at first (expected of real boots) and these laces grab, so just start at the bottom and work up. After that first adjustment, they will pretty well stay where you put them. The sole is nice and thick to protect your foot from rocks, hard surfaces, etc. The collar of the boots are also a bit stiff at first but just wear them around the house for a while, and they will loosen up. I love these boots, and I have looked at them for a long time before buying. I wish I had made the leap much sooner. These are going to be my go-to shoes for outdoor activities, hiking, and just general wear. Besides that, they look terrific. You will not be sorry you got these boots.

These are very nice work boots but a little narrow. I ordered a wide and they fit perfectly. Zappos has the best customer service!

Wow, what a disappointment. I was so looking forward to wearing this, but when they arrived, they were way too narrow. It's odd and I ordered Wide, but these are clearly not Wide or at least not what I would consider Wide. They look phenomenal, but they just don't fit. Returning them today. Zappos rocks though! Love the next day delivery.

I love these boots. These are the 2nd pair I have ordered. They are an easy break in for me.

When I first ordered these boots, Zappos mixed up the sizes and gave me a 7.5 instead of the 8 I requested. I was extremely pleased when I gave them a call and they offered me a next day delivery with the correct size. The product itself is great but a little stiff at the start. I wasn't sure that the size I ordered were correct but after wearing them around the house, they do loosen up and it felt comfy and snug. They look great and I could not be happier with this buy.

Great Boot - These boots are great! I needed something sturdy and comfortable, but still on the feminine side. I ride a motorcycle, so waterproof was a plus! Awesome boots and terrific service from Zappos...I'll definitely order again!

Oh, my, PINK Nellie's - I love these boots! A bit stiff at first, however they have broken in quite nicely, (within the first day). The fit is perfect. And, needless to say, I was delighted with the speedy delivery. I'm sure I am just one of many satisfied customers.

Overwhelmingly Happy - First of all, I was more than amazed when the Timberland Boots were at my door in 24 hours after I had placed the order. When I tried them on, they fit so well, just like they were custom made.

Exactly what I was looking for! I bought about 10 pairs of boots from all different places (and returned them all) and LOVE Zappos’s convenience the best! And these boots are awesome! They are so comfortable and look nice, even with dressier pant outfits. They're a little more narrow then I'm used to but I bought the 11 and they worked fine (I'm a 10 1/2 usually). Another great feature is they didn't have 11's in stock, but their email notified me that it was in a few weeks later. I had them 2 days after that! Great shoe and great service - thanks!

Love it! The perfect all-purpose shoe--sturdy, comfortable, waterproof, lightweight, looks great with jeans. I have them in black and wear them everywhere. If I could only have one pair of shoes, this would be it.

Very good shoe for the money - I was very happy with my purchase. I needed a shoe with good support and high sides for working outside in the yard and garden. These definitely met my expectation.

Timberland Nellie Premium W - I love these boots! I chose the black smooth leather & like the style very much! We went on a trip up to the Great Smoky Mountains. I had ordered a pair of similar boots from a different well known store chain. Their was a mix-up in my order & by the time I called & realized that they were not coming & that it would take way over a week to re-order them, I was so upset that I wasn't going to get them in time for our trip. So I found Zappos on the internet & was impressed at how quickly I would be able to receive them & that it was free shipping!! I also chose these boots because we live in S.W. Fl. and the warmer boots are way too warm for our winters. These are perfect for our coldest days. They had great traction for the snow & icy conditions on our vacation & helped to make for a wonderful vacation!! Thank you Zappos! I highly recommend these boots!

They ARE waterproof! And warm. Very cute, comfortable shoe with a soft lining. I chose bubblegum pink and I get positive comments all the time. I love this shoe!

Great boots - These boots are comfortable, stylish and sturdy. Look great with jeans, cargo pants or whatever else you throw at them. They're not the lightest but then again that should be obvious from the photo & the fact that they're Timberland.

Great boot - I did find that the shoe did stretch out so it was all right. But I would like it just a little wider.

Great winter boot - I was very pleased with my Timberland boots. They are great with jeans on a cold wet day. I haven't yet "broken them in," which is why they feel a slight bit narrow on my feet. Otherwise, they are a great buy! Thanks Zappos.

For my girlie - I bought them for my girlfriend and she really loves them. They came very fast. The price was better than everywhere else I looked.

Support with Style - I have this shoe in two colors! It accommodates an orthopedic insert which allows me to wear a more stylish shoe which comes in numerous colors.

Really great boots! Timberland makes REALLY good boots; this is my fourth pair. They are comfortable out of the box, provide great support and look good, too.
