Nice Shoes - Great Service!!! A well made, nice looking shoe. Great for just about any business occasion. You can wear it with a suit or biz casual and you'll be fine. Great value for the money! I use a third party insert for extra support as I have high arches, I find they work well in this shoe.

Nice Shoe! I found these to be quite comfortable shoes for how dressy they are. They offer good support for the whole foot, which is good because I primarily bought them for ballroom and swing dancing. The leather sole was a definite selling point for me. Beyond performance and comfort, these also look great with a suit, esp. a zoot suit or a tuxedo! They are my first pair of Bostonians, but I don't think they'll be my last.

Bostonian Andover - Ordered these shoes after returning the Bostonian Akron. My husband loved them and can't say enough good things about them! Thanks Zappos - WE LOVE YOU!

Bostonian Andover - This shoe is very comfortable and just what I needed for dressy occasions. However, the shoe was not quite as wide as some 4E's that I have purchased.

I will buy Bostonians for the rest of my life.... I am a first time buyer of Bostonians. I called because a hole was worn in the sole of the Andovers I bought. I called them up to ask what can be done, and with no questions asked, they said they'd send me a new pair. Didn’t even have to return the defective ones. As a new young professional, this is the type of customer service that establishes a lifetime of brand loyalty. I work at a powerhouse public relations firm, and I mean it when I say that I am so beyond impressed with this level of service that I see no reason why I wouldn't buy Bostonians for the next 20-30 years. The nuances of the shoes are meaningless to me...I’ve been treated like a valued customer, and because of this, will continue to purchase these simple yet stylish shoes for years and years to come. I don't care if this even gets put on the website. Read this in the corporate boardroom to the CEO's of the company and give a promotion to the person who implemented this company policy. I will buy Bostonians until my feet fall off.

Bostonian's Andover - I got these shoes for my dad to wear at my wedding. He was not sure about ordering shoes on the web, but once he tired them on he loved them. He said they are very comfortable and they look great. Just what I was looking for.

A Classic - Fall or Anytime - You can't go wrong with shoes in the Bostonian line - and this is no exception. You can spend a whole lot more money, but you won't get a whole lot more shoe.

Good shoe, but... Good shoe, but a bit harsh on the process to break in. Once you get there, though nice and comfy. Just a bear getting there. Nice and solid build. Real quality for the price. Dressier than I expected or the picture made me think. Not great for business casual apparel, too dressy and looks out of place. Much better for suit or dress slacks and shirt setup. All in all, damn nice shoe for dressy events.

Andover v. Akron- The Andover is a fine shoe, but it doesn't breathe as well as the Akron. The Andover has some sort of cushioned inner sole with non-leather materials inside and maybe some outer coating that diminishes the advantages of leather. However, I predict that the Andover will break in nicely over time. It has better support than the Akron.

This is the second pair of the same shoe I have ordered. Both times, they fit perfectly. However, I believe that Bostonian must be cutting back on the quality of their leather since the second pair didn't hold up nearly as well as the first. Heels, I can understand. But the soles already have holes in them. I nurse these shoes too. Just wear them at work and barely wear them outside. Not nearly as comfortable as the first pair. This is not a reflections on Zappos. Their customer service has always been excellent.

Exceeded Expectation - I received my shoes ahead of expected delivery. Zappos upgraded my order to two day shipping. I received the shoes, they fit well and I am quite satisfied with the shopping experience

Great Service!!!! It is so great that you have the bigger sizes. My son takes a size 16 shoe. You cannot find that size in dress shoes. We ordered the shoes and had them within 2 days. Thank you!!!

Great shoe - It is great to find a dress shoe for my son, because he is in between men's and boy's sizes. These shoes are great because they are classic and comfortable. My son actually wears a 7 and we had to go a size down. He does have a rather narrow foot.

Although the shoe looked nice, it was not to the same level of quality I am looking for in a Bostonian shoe. Previous versions I have purchased have had real leather soles and come in EEE/E vs XW. There's nothing wrong with the shoe; I'm just looking for a more Premium version.

They look and feel great. One warning though, it may just be my walking pattern, but I got a blister on the top of my foot the first time I wore them. Still nice shoes, there's just a break-in period.

I had purchased another style of Bostonians (wingtip) that squeaked when I walked. Zappos exchange them for these shoes no questions asked. Great service and good shoes.

Very pleased but minor flaws... The shoes are absolutely amazing. Only problem is that the sole will squeak if it gets wet. It seems as if it is real loose and water gets in it. The only other mentionable thing is that they are loud shoes.

They Actually Fit - I ordered these shoes for my husband to wear in the police academy. It was hard to find size 16 shoes, but these are actually stylish AND the right size. The price was a little high for our needs, but when you're looking for shoes in such a rare size, even that wasn't so bad.
