Best sport/casual wear sock ever - I have been wearing Wrightsock’s for a number of years to the exclusion of all other socks. I wear them hiking, rollerblading, skiing, cycling, with jeans, casual slacks, to business meetings... everywhere, all the time. In black they adapt to every use. This is the only sock I need.

Best Running Socks ever!!!!! Double layer and soft, these make all the difference in my marathon training and races (I've completed 3). I won't use anything else. No blisters, no problem.

A must for hiking. I love the socks. Worth the price. And as usual, I ordered them late in the afternoon and they arrived early the next morning. Incredible service.

Socks fit for a fireman - These are great socks. I got a dozen a great price and they hold up to heavy use. Thanx.

They actually improved them! ...for those of us with sensitive toes, these socks are wonderful ... I had a couple of old white ones from my running days so I knew about Wrightsock ... I was hoping to find something similar in black when I found these at Zappos - these are the only socks I wear now...

Not just for running - I wear these as everyday socks. The most comfortable socks, I've ever worn. The crew style socks are hard to find. Happy Zappos carried them. I preferred Wrightsock over Thorlos.

Great running socks - These are excellent. I haven't had any blisters since I started using them.

A six pack is not enough - I bought the white ones for running/hiking and I am thinking seriously of buying the black ones for dress. They feel that good and have that nice a finish. Amazing socks!

Best socks ever!! These are the best socks I have ever bought. They are a little pricy. I don't think I will ever buy anything else.

Wright Socks Running Socks - These socks are not just for running. I am a baseball umpire. I have to wear black socks with my uniform. These socks are the best I've ever worn for comfort, wicking away moisture, and preventing blisters. I move around a lot in my sport and as far as I'm concerned these are the best socks around and well worth the money!

Comfort and fit- Due to extremely long work weeks combined with the not always comfortable steel toe safety footwear, for the first time in my life I found myself searching for something beyond the normal bargain socks that I normally purchase. Consequently I bought a pack of these, and a pack of the Thorlos Safety Toe. I tried the Thorlos first and they were definitely more comfortable that what I normally get, but once I tried these socks I was hooked. They are thin enough that you can wear them just as you would normal socks, and yet the double layer protects your feet from annoying and uncomfortable rubbing. Suffice to say that I will become a repeat buyer for these great socks!

These great socks are tight! I would love these socks completely if I were thinner. The sock part fits exceptionally well, but on my ankles - not so great. I can wear them for short periods (i.e. while exercising) but need to change them as soon as I am done due to the tight legs. If they had a strechier ankle I would give them five stars across the board.

Good Buy - I bought 4 pairs of these socks and I have been very happy with the comfort part of them, except that once you wash them they don’t look at great!... I don’t remember seeing any special washing instructions. Looks like it will last long, and will feel the same till they last, just that it does not look at good as it feels.

Wrightsock Running Crew Double Layer Socks - My only complaint about these socks is Zappos has them sized wrong. I ordered size medium, which was supposed to fit up to women's size 10. Well, the actual labels on each pair indicated the socks would fit up to women's size 9. Since I wear size 9.5, the fit is a bit tight. Now I wish I’d sent them back for the next size larger. Otherwise, the socks offer excellent cushioning and seem to prevent blisters. If I order these socks again, I will try one size larger. Am hoping that the large size wouldn't be too big. Not sure I would bother since they are expensive socks.

Inconsistent sizing; hot - These run a little large as compared to other Wrights I have ordered from Zappos. They are white on the inside and black on the outside -in case you are interested. I'd say they fit snuggly around the foot and are hot. Wright should stick with the double layer sock (a great idea) but the outer layer should always be mesh or a looser weave. I'd send these back if I thought I could get a refund, but since you have to actually wash and wear a pair of socks before you know if they'll fit, that's not gonna happen. I wear combat boots in Iraq and am fairly discriminating.

Not sure why folks like these so much. They just feel like you're wearing two pairs of thin synthetic socks. Not uncomfortable, but also not the luxury comfort that I was expecting for the price.

Thin and cheesy - When I opened the box, I couldn't believe how thin and cheap these socks looked. No I didn't try them on; I didn't even want them in my house. I expected for this price, thick socks, as it said double layer. Well, I learned in this case, double layer meant no more than maybe placing two pieces of newspaper on top of each other.

Causing pain on the bottom of my feet due to rubbing - These are not non-shearing. They rub the bottom of my feet terribly.
