I have wide feet, but it stretched to fit my feet, due to leather uppers. I do have size 11 shoes and length was perfect fit. I used them for TaiChi practice and exhibition and worked out well. Light and stylish. Have been using them on carpet and indoors only so should last me for years/years. Zappos has best price for these shoes. Was hesitant to get at first, but the return policy made it easier to get and try out.

These shoes fit a little big, but they're still great looking. Many compliments. Even though there's no arch support, my feet don't get tired and I can still wear them all day long. I am seriously thinking about getting another pair!

I am looking for a shoe to train in for martial arts. Although this shoe is comfortable and made of very soft pliable leather the tread got in the way of pivots that are necessary for my practice.

For Tai Chi these shoes rock. Very soft leather, comfortable, and hug well to give just enough stability so you can feel your moves with confidence. Does that make sense? I just can't say enough

I love the Tai Chi shoe, but I wish it came in black with white strip.

I have had these for almost a year, and use them for minimalist running when the weather is too cold to wear my favorite shoes ever--Vibram Five Fingers. Though not designed for running, these Asics are perfect for the minimal running style because they have a very thin flexible sole. It's not the most attractive shoe for running, but as you can imagine, if I'm running in Fiver Fingers a lot of the time, I probably don't care how my feet look. Functionality on these is the draw for me.

These are great shoes for frequent travelers looking for a light non bulky sports shoe that packs well in a small overnighter. They are great for hotel workout rooms. They provide enough stability for free weights, treadmills and ellipticals. I walked several miles when I first got them and found them to be comfortable and adequate. I have been wearing Asics running shoes for years, and these remain true to Asics' out of the box comfort. They are true to size. I would not recommend these for serious running, however. They look great with jeans for street wear. I received several compliments on their looks and questions about the brand. Apparently they are difficult to get. I will buy them in other colors if they become available. I ordered them from Zappos at 4:00 PM and was wearing them the following day which is pretty amazing service from Zappos, and cannot argue about the price! I would give these five stars across the board because they met all of my requirements and expectations.

I have had these Tai Chi's for over a year and they are some of my favorite shoes! They do not have any arch support but if you buy arch supports they are fine. I do not recommend padded insoles for these shoes! In the photos these shoes look fairly rigid, specifically around the toe area however in reality you can faintly see where your toes are because the material is not very thick. For this reason I do not recommend getting the padded insoles. Size wise I normally wear a women's 8½ and have a thinner foot and an 8 fits perfect. I would not recommend these shoes to someone with wide feet. After wearing these shoes for a year they have held up great. The only downside is the back of the heel and the side of my outer toes gets dirty. But for white shoes they are still looking awesome! They are stylish, have a great grip, and are durable. They do not provide any arch support, and the material is not thick.

Well, they killed Bill. It looks the same on the outside, but the February 2013 version of this shoe added 9-10mm of heel wedge inside the shoe. What used to be the most stylish zero-drop shoe on the market is now just another uncomfortable, faux-retro wedge. As of this writing you can still get the classic flat style in white (identifiable by the perforated insole), but it looks like the mass market monster has finally killed the Tai Chi. Not that it will do any good, but everyone who loved the minimalist classic version should write Asics and let them know that The Bride is not happy about what they did to her shoes.

Best minimalist shoe I've found! I wore mine out then shopped around for a while before I ordered another pair. I can't find anything else as comfortable.

My daughter in law loved the shoes and they fit well. The delivery service was great. Would certainly order from Zappos again.

I've been wearing these several days a week for a month or so now. I really think they're great. I like my shoes to have no support and thin soles.

These simply rock! Possibly the most comfortable things I've ever put on my feet, including socks. They feel more comfortable than barefoot. Total foot luxury. A lot of reviews said they were narrow. I am Med width and I bought Med width, had no probs, so I can't advise on that, just put another experience into the mix. Regardless, if u haven't guessed yet, I love them and highly recommend them.

These are great shoes! They are flexible enough in uppers and soles to allow great freedom of movement. I love the fact that there's no arch support because it allows the foot muscles to do their jobs, and they're really comfortable overall! Also, they're a classic style which gets noticed!

Amazing shoes with more arch support than what you would expect from such a light and flexible shoe. Really nice just to walk around the house but super nice to work out in. I liked them so much a bought a 2nd pair of Onitsuka Serrano just to walk around outside and drive. I'm a big man size 14 shoe and these are just the best shoes I'm my 48 year memory. My daughter liked them and she bought the green Mexico 66 pair. I'm hooked. Forget Nike and New Balance. I found a shoe for life.

These I would wear every day as they place us back into our normal walking alignment. They are comfortable, flexible, and light on your feet while griping the floor very well. They are perfect for my Tai Chi practice. I would make one comment/suggestion and that would be, if Zappos could offer a wide width as well as medium.

This was a gift for my husband so I cannot first hand review the comfort of the shoe. I can say that the Zappos shopping experience was uneventful -- which is good -- and my hubby seems to love the shoes, which is also good.

I'm on my third pair of these, and while I don't wear them every day anymore I definitely did at one point. There so thin that your basically barefoot, so if you're looking for something with support look elsewhere. I did, however, walk the circumference of the Aurelian walls multiple times in these and they were still comfortable 12 miles in!

These shoes are quite thin and minimalistic. They are excellent thin sole shoes. I gave found them very comfortable, well fitting and extremely sleek. People notice when I put these on.

Excellent thin sole shoe. I've found it very comfortable, well fitting and extremely sleek. People notice when I put these on. They're surprisingly comfortable for riding on SPD bike pedals too. Don't think that there's no sole whatsoever. One thing is that the leather is relatively thin, so you will get a big toe bump -- but it looks totally normal.
