I have diabetes, The kink that can be treated by diet. One of the side affects of my diabetes is neuropathy in my feet (stinging) . Sometimes it feels like my socks are made of sandpaper because of this side affect. These diabetic walker socks are the perfect thing for neuropathy of the feet, not to tight, not to loose, feel good on my feet, and they don't shrink up after you wash them as many socks do.

I have large/wide feet and finding socks that fit is a always a challenge. But these worked great. I'd highly recommend them.

Very comfortable sock. Fit my size 15 feet/shoes perfectly.

I am very pleased with these diabetic socks. They are very lightweight, perfect for the summer. The tops stay in place when up, but I often fold them down in the warm weather. I have washed them several times and they still look like new and fit comfortably. I recommend them to everyone.

I've read some other reviews and feel compelled to add my own. I've tried several other brands. These are my faves for comfort. No contest. They never bind or lose their fit after many washings. Strangely, the foot bottoms don't get as white-clean as some others. They are fairly thin. Heavier than dress socks. But they are definitely not a heavy sport sock. I find them a perfect cushion in my Merrell shoes. They stay up fine for me. They don't slip under a shoe. They aren't anything special in style. Just a basic sock. I'm a comfort freak and I love them.

Ordered six pair of diabetic socks which I am finding wear very well & fit good material in the socks is strong they hold their form after washing excellent product will continue to use & purchase/

I recently purchased the Wigwam Diabetic Socks. They are extremely comfortable, & don't bind my ankles at all. The weight of the socks is perfect. It's not too light & not too heavy. I would definitely buy these again. I love the Zappos site. I love everything about Zappos. I have been a customer for quite some time, & intend to stay with Zappos.

My husband has had trouble with his feet for a while, all the socks we could find were too tight at the ankle, these were wonderful and he said "such a relief" so I ordered him some more.

Best sock you could ever buy if you are a diabetic. Comfortable, great fit, will buy again.

My dad loves these - I bought these for my dad, who's diabetic, and he is completely delighted with them. He says they keep his feet cool and dry when he walks.

Finally a sock my husband loves! My husband has diabetes and has a huge problem finding socks that he can wear comfortably. I've bought socks for him in the past and have had to return them, but he loved these so much, he had me buy four more sets! I'm sure we will need to buy more soon.

Great! The socks are so comfortable and so easy to slip on over my ankles which are swollen with arthritis. Wonderful product.

Returned these. After trying on a few pairs of shoes with these, the most minimal strain in my book, these showed pilling on the whole back of the heel. Not only pilling, though, but white pilling on these blackest of socks. Strange. Must be the interspersed stretch material used for that "diabetic effect". Glad to have returned them.

These are great socks! Very comfortable, but best of all, the tops don't shrink in the dryer!

Wigwam Diabetic Walker Socks - My husband has neuropathy in his size 13 feet. Finding socks that don't make his feet feel like they are on fire has been a challenge, especially since appropriately sized socks are difficult to find. What a pleasure to discover these Wigwam socks. He has not had foot pain since he started wearing them!!! Wigwam Diabetic Walker 6-pack - My mom, who is a Type I diabetic, just ordered her second six-pack of these socks. VERY COMFORTABLE SOCKS FOR DIABETICS WITH NEUROPATHY - I bought 12 pairs of these socks for my husband who has severe Diabetic Neuropathy. He loves these socks. They are soft, comfortable, great fit with room for when his feet and legs swell and have no seams to irritate his toes or feet. This kind of comfort is a must for him and he really likes the product! Highly recommend these socks for problem feet.

Mighty fine socks. I bought these for my ultra-picky son, and he said they were too thin. So I passed them on to my mother who is diabetic but hasn't really had trouble with her feet. Ahhh. I put them on her little old toes and she thanked me kindly and laughed a little. Then she decided to take them all and was very very pleased. My mother didn't know what she was missing before, but these socks are worth it to her. Sure they're not cheap, but the cheap ones she was wearing sure didn't feel like these, she said.

Great Socks! These are great socks for anyone, not just diabetics. They are smooth fitting, with the flat toe seam on the outside top of the toe so it doesn't rub or cause blisters. They are great for people with sensitive feet and unlike the therapeutic sock, don't have those annoying threads inside that mat up when washed. In addition they did not shrink or pill when laundered.
