Im not sure why yall quit making them here in America other than making a joke outta
yourself. I sent two pairs back for choppy build. The third pair had a snag after a week but they still worked so I took it and went on like a man.

Too large. I normally wear an 11.5 or 12 but these were too big and sloppy, even with thick socks underneath.

Sloppy fit. Feet don't stay in place on sole of slipper.

Poor quality. Loose threads and holes develop in less than a month of gentle wear. 2 stars because they're comfortable in the couple weeks before they come apart.

These are not the originals! I still have my first pair but wanted a backup pair. The new ones are inferior to say the least. Not real leather, stitching looks cheap, etc.

I was disappointed that this slipper sock seems to have been made with a tube sock. The lack of heel shaping means that the foot slithers around, and it generally feels insecure. It is warm, but not what I hoped. Perhaps a smaller size would improve things, but I doubt it. A foot-shaped sock plus the Acorn slip-on slipper is better.

Didn't work for me. A "hybrid" that doesn't do either thing well -- not warm enough, not cush enough, not sturdy enough. Really wanted to like this, but ... well, YMMV.

It felt sloppy and my foot slid around inside. No support at all.

Too high on leg. Insole too spongey. Too big. I returned them.

The large was quite large and I had to return them - I was able to order the medium. but still find them uncomfortable due to they slip to the side and I can't keep them straight on my feet.
If I were to order another size smaller I couldn't get them on.

Ordered my husband's size and they were too big. Had to send them back.

The older ones were better. The foot part was wool but the upper part was not so they did not have the itch factor

Made my feet sweat, the wool top and sides don't breath as well as I was hoping. Sole doesn't have enough side support and your foot slides around too much for me. Ended up nearly rolling my ankle a few times just making a normal 90 degree turn down a hallway as my foot would keep rolling to the outside. I'm 6'0" 175lb so it's not like I have a ton of momentum or anything. Overall kind of disappointed.

I don't wear this product. It is the right size but it simply is an awkward fit and does not feel good on my feet. I would not recommend it.

I have an old slipper sock that I am trying to find a replacement for. I thought for sure this would be it, but alas no. The sock part is too long, and I kept tripping over the toe. I wore them for a week, so I don't think you would take them back. I will continue searching! I did buy another type of slipper. I like it, but I love my old slipper sock.

Hi Thanks for asking. I'm disappointed in how quick the wool is unraveling on my latest pair. I've had a few over the decades but they seemed better wool / weaving.

Functionality is good but quality is nothing close to LL Bean version that was discontinued. Unfortunately will not order again unless quality improves,

The idea of the slipper is good but the durabilty has declined. The uppers wear out relatively quickly, particularly where they join the lower part.

These socks are so warm and made well. However, the sizing is way off. I normally wear a size 11.5 -12 M women's size and 10.5 D in Men's sizes. These slippers were over an inch longer than my foot and there's very little support because of the way they're constructed. This is a falling hazard for me. I'm afraid to order a size down fearing the slippers will be too small. If the company can come up with a solution, I'd be open to listening.

This slipper sock was larger than anticipated. I compared it to an old pair of acorn ankle length slipper socks, sized the same at 12-13M. It was clearly longer and wider. My narrow foot swam in it.

The original Slipper socks used fully fashioned socks: they had former heels. These from China use tube socks. That's why there are so many complaints about the way these now fit. Even the photo shows a deep pleated fold across the ankle to make it look as though they fit well across the ankle. They do not. They are hard to get on, and they bunch up across the ankle. This could be fixed if Acorn would revert back to fitted socks.

A nuisance to put on your feet with the oversized length of the sock! Returned.

Really wanted to like these, but they won't work for me. Much too tight on the ankle/leg, compared to the size of the foot part (especially for slippers, which you want to be on the loose, comfortable side). And the suede sole seems too slippery on wood floors, etc.

They're OK. However, your heel will constantly slip off the back and the material on the inside over the sole is nothing more than the same coarse sock material. Not comfortable at all. Acorn wouldn't allow my first negative review. They apparently screen out anything that's not stellar.
