what happened with the original shoe? the bottom of shoe is different, hardly any fur inside for comfort and the material has gotten thin.

It's hard as a rock on the inside floor of tge slipper, but the outside suede is buttery soft and plush. Expected more from the inside.

This is my second pair of uggs. I loved the first pair. In less than a month the lining is flat. And they squeak very loud with each step. I'm a very unhappy person. I'm in the process returning them

I absolutely love Ugg boots with the soft insides. Unfortunately these slippers are too large in the front. The only way they stay on my narrow feet is with socks. I really wish you could make the slippers and sandals smaller around the foot like the boots. They would be perfect if you don't have narrow skinny feet.

Very pretty color but runs big and not very comfy! Not as expected, based on previous purchases. Would need to size down but will be returning instead. Oh well...

Size down! I have size 11 feet and these slippers are at least an inch last my foot... they practically fall off my feet when I walk even a little fast.

I like the slipper except spots/dirt is very visible. Another color would have been better. But, outside of that, I love the shoe.

The inner sole is so hard that I can't wear them every day. It takes awhile to find out problems like this, so of course, I cannot return them. I like the color, and they are warm, otherwise a terrible buy for me.

This is my third pair of Uggs - exact same style each time. They seemed to have changed the fuzzy lining inside, and while it is super soft, it is going to wear down MUCH faster than their previous "fur". I usually only need to replace them because I wear the heel part totally down to the base insole - no more fur, but that has taken many years to happen. I have had these for a few weeks and am hesitant to wear them because it seems the fur lining is going to wear down in no time. For the price you pay, I am disappointed. I love Ugg slippers, the thick soles that are good for outdoor wear, and the overall comfort, but depending on how these wear I am not sure if I will buy another pair for the price!

I wouldn't get them again, they are a bit too wide and don't seem to be as comfortable as your other slippers

It's very clunky

after only 6 months the fur was completely gone from the heal . Really disappointing for cost. Ugg boots don't do that.

I own so many pairs of UGG slippers some have lasted over 6+ years. However, I believe they are using different material these days because these slippers were so fluffy on the inside and flattened after less than a week of wearing. Also the fur is totally not the same
