I bought these sneakers for Zumba. I'll be honest, I wasn't a big fan of the look of these shoes, but they got such rave reviews! I'm an overweight girl, and all other sneakers were hurting my feet and cutting off the circulation to my toes. I needed a wider shoe with room in the toe box. I LOVE THESE!!! I feel like I am putting slippers on my feet, and they offer support in all the right places! I had tried a few different "dance" sneakers with a look that I liked better, but these Blochs are the way to go! HIGHLY recommended. They do run very small. I normally wear a 8.5-9, and I ordered these in a 10, and they fit great.

Good support in a dance sneaker - I have foot and ankle problems--cartilage damage in the ankle, plantar faciatis, a very high arch, and that aging metatarsal lack of padding. This means I need a shoe that gives me good support, good arch support and padding under the ball of the foot. The Bloch dance sneaker does better than any other dance sneaker I tried. I don't really need my orthotics in them, tho they will allow me to use them if I choose. I use them for ballroom dancing - practice mostly but also for social dancing if I'm dressed casually or if my feet really hurt. My only complaint is that they do slip a bit. They fit snugly, but a dance shoe needs to fit snugly. You don't want your foot to slop around in a dance shoe - the shoe needs to be a precise extension of the foot, but not cause pain. There is a difference in dancing in a sneaker compared to a true ballroom dance shoe. for as long as my feet can take it, I dance more precisely in a ballroom shoe with the suede sole, but I can last all day in the Blochs.

Too bad, the shoes are nice but way too small for the average foot. The sizes posted are at least 1 to 1.5 smaller than indicated. They should indicate in product layout that they run really small. Why waste time for people having to return them because they are so small?

I love, love, love these shoes for Zumba; as an instructor, balls of feet quite distressed. These sneakers give the support and agility much better than Nike Musique's or the Capezio look-alikes. I've tried cross trainers, used Spenco inserts, nothing beats these Blochs. Run small, I normally take an 8 so ordered a 9 and fits great with my half sock. The added cushion in the heel is great, too though I don't have any heel issues. I'm just waiting for Bloch to come out with a different color style, say black sneaker with hot pink or neon lime highlights to go with all the cool dance wear out there!

You don't need to be a dancer to want this shoe! It is the best walking shoe I ever have bought. The arch fits wonderfully and the mesh makes it very cool. I do not wear them in the rain. It is light and stylish. I usually wear a 12 but read the reviews and bought a 13 for a perfect fit.

I love these shoes, they are super comfortable. I am writing this review because it is hard to shop for shoes online and the reviews helped me. One thing that helped a lot is that fact that I read to buy them 2 sizes bigger, I wear a 9½ and bought them in an 11½. I think I might be able to wear an 11 but 11½ works fine too. They provide great support!

Like the shoe, but what is up with the bogus sizing? I normally wear an 8. I ordered a 9. I'm sending them back. The 9 felt like a 7! Order at least 2 full sizes bigger!

Great dance shoe- This is a great dance shoe I am using it for Argentine Tango. The shoe is comfortable and has a lot of padding, which I need right now because I have an injury under the ball of my foot and can't wear high heels. You need to buy it several sizes bigger though, it is very tight, and I ended up with a 10.5 and normally have an 8.5/9. The shoe looks bulky, but that is unavoidable with this style and comfort. There is a sweet spot under the ball of the foot for turns and spins and that works well. Zappos gave great service by lowering their price to compete with another online store. I rather buy from Zappos and they gave great service, as always!

These are very small; order 2 sizes larger.

I got these in pink (SO cute), always get compliments! I heeded the advice of others regarding the sizing. I'm normally about a 7.5, so I ordered a 9 (I'm never a 9). They fit but are snug even at that. If in doubt, order 2 full sizes up, you won't be sorry. Dance shoes are sized differently!

Excellent shoes, feel so much freedom for any dance style, great arch support, the color is beautiful , hope never stop selling these shoes. Im size 9 in Nike shoes is this im 10 1/2 , my feet are wide and theres plenty of space for them , they feel truly comfortable , the fact that the shoes bend easily when I need it let me dance so much better, most flexible shoes Ive Ever had!!

I have been doing Zumba for over two years now and Bloch is the only company I would buy from for Zumba shoes. I tried on other dance shoes from other companies but this black Bloch was the only one which felt comfortable on my feet. The mesh design on the top of this shoe doesn't bother my bunions. I normally wear an 8 or 8-1/2 but the 9 fit me fine.

I have the Black Rockitt Dance Sneaker and now I want to order the pink ones, just so I know they are the new ones. I have really enjoyed these Capezio's for my Zumba class. My feet love them, as they are not even tired after an hour of continuous dance. Love them, and several people have purchased them, as they trust my 'expertise'. Thank-you for making such a great dance shoe!

Love the shoes. They are great for zumba. Should order a size and a half bigger than what you normally wear.

I love these shoes for my Jazzercise work outs! They have excellent support in the arch and make my feet feel so much more comfortable than normal trainers! I won't do my Jazzercise class without them now. :)

Bought these to replace a worn out pair of the same dance sneaker in the same size. I like them because I have a wider foot and these have a good toe box. I normally wear a size 7.5 street shoe but wear anywhere from a 7 - 8.5 in a dance shoe depending on style and manufacturer. So in this shoe I wear a 8.5. These dance sneakers also have a good flexible support in the arch.

Sometimes the only way you can figure out what you like and what's working in a shoe is to pay attention to what you choose every day. After trying Naot and Mephisto and sending all (many styles and sizes) back, I bought these and with an orthotic insert or without, they feel right on my narrow, high-arched foot. I walk a mile and a half a day to my office in them, no twisted ankles when I take the short cut down the hill and encounter gullies, no sore back at the end of the day, and they look good with straight leg and boot cut pants. I'm obviously not using them for dance although as a former dancer I do feel that my foot needs the security of a high arched shoe that also has respect for the care of the ankle.

Very comfortable pair of shoes. My daughter and I are Zumba instructors, and find the Bloch Boost DRT Mesh Sneaker to be excellent...it dances with each move, not against it...Great buy..thank you very much.

Again great shoes and service- These sneakers make dancing more fun than ever. I read all the reviews and advice to get 1 ½ sizes larger (I'm an 8 1/2 and ordered a 10) and they fit perfectly. The speed in which they were shipped was great. I had them 3 days earlier. UPS did a wonderful job again. It is so easy to browse on Zappos, easy to order and very reliable reviews.

Works well for wide width feet - This shoe provides superior support and fits well, even tho' it's not designated for wide feet. I did order up a size and a half from my street shoe size and that worked well. The arch support is especially welcome for me as I have high arches.

I read the past reviews and ordered a size up from my normal sneaker size and the fit is perfect.

Shoes work great for Zumba dancing. Zappos was awesome at getting to me very fast! Will order from them again! Order this style shoe 1 size larger than your normal size.

Love these shoes. I went with one size larger and the fit is amazing. I took 3 Zumba classes this week and the shoes performed as promised. No achy knees from being attached to the floor with the wrong kind of shoes. This is my first purchase from Zappos, but it won't be my last. Perfect delivery time and condition of product.

As a former ballet dancer, I knew Bloch's reputation for well made pointe shoes. Their DRT Mesh Sneaker is fabulous for my Zumba class! I can't recommended this shoe high enough. Great stability and cushioning too. The sole is made for pivot turns without torturing one's knees. I won't even consider another shoe! Buy it if you want quality in a well made and comfortable dance shoe!

I can't say enough good things about these shoes. If you do Zumba and have high arches, this shoe is perfect. It helps you pivot and slide easily and makes a world of difference in Zumba and dancing. They do run small, so size up.
