I was asked to look for some overshoes for my son-in-law on line by my daughter. I found them on your website. I believe he is wearing them and likes them because with Michigan weather they protect his shoes.

Nothing Like Dry, Warm Feet! The great depression wasn't great at all. As children, we would often walk on wet ground in shoes that had huge holes in the bottoms of them. Our feet were wet and cold. That memory still haunts me, and I'll do almost anything to keep my feet dry and warm. Do you know it's almost impossible to find "overshoes" in California? In department stores young clerks look at you as though you've just come from another planet, when you ask if the store has "overshoes." (When we were kids, we used to call them "rubbers." I guess there are reasons I don't like to call them that now.) Absolutely no stores in four large towns near my home carried anything like overshoes. I went on line. My first contact was Zappos. Zappos had exactly what I wanted...and in my size, too. Two days after my overshoes arrived, torrential rains came to the whole state of California...record-breaking storms. I was out in downpours, my feet were warm and dry. The compliments, mixed with envy, that I received for style, fit and appearance were rather amazing. If I had the time, I'd go back to all the department and specialty stores I originally visited and show those young, inexperienced clerks what overshoes are. Thanks Zappos for remembering!

Too Small - These were worn one day and my husband decided they were too small. They were ordered by size per your recommendation. Other than being too small, they were fine.
I'd also recommend:

Zappos Rules - Having driven all over town looking for overshoes with NO luck, I finally resorted to the internet. Should have done that first. These shoes were exactly what I was looking for; very high quality, reasonably priced, and sized perfectly to fit over even bulky shoes. This is a great investment that will protect my quality leather shoes and save me having to resole them at $75 a copy. Zappos got the order right; they processed it very quickly; AND they upgraded the delivery at no charge so I got my purchase quicker than expected. Definitely a good deal all around.

Great so far. Would love a thin lining for ease on and off, but otherwise they do the trick.

Fit shoes well, although I wish they covered just a bit more of the top of the shoes.

Overshoes - These overshoes have the conservative look I wanted. I did not want to necessarily call attention to my "rubbers", while protecting expensive shoes, while traveling to the salty, sloppy northern winter weather.

These were a great improvement over the bulky overshoes (with a sole) that I had before. The slip on nicely and stretch over different shapes of shoe. The tread provides plenty of grip on snow and ice. I'm not any young hip type either. I just need to keep snow and salt off of my dress shoes and not slip and fall on the ice. Unfortunately, they only lasted less than two full winters before one tore open on the side due to what looks like a molding defect. I'll shop around before buying another pair of these.

Be careful... Great concept, poor design. I wear a size 14 and bought the Tingley size that is SUPPOSED to fit sizes 13-15. On the first day that I used the overshoe, it tore along the side. I also found the fit to be extremely tight, to the point that my normally comfortable dress shoe felt tight on my foot. Hmmmm.... I may try another version of the Tingley, but I'm not sure...

I bought these to wear over my dress shoes which are size 10. they fit great and give good coverage. If your shoes are black they are hardly noticeable at all.

This is my husband's second pair of these. He had the first pair so long that they dry-rotted and he wanted the exact same thing again. Pleased with quality and price!

These are MUCH smaller than the advertised size.. My shoe is 9.5 and I ordered the 8 - 10 version... They are probably 2 sizes small. Not even a close fit.

My partner, John, likes the rain overshoes very much. The fit well and are easy to put on and remove. They were a big help during a recent snow storm.

I like the simple look. Solidly constructed. I purchased the Large size which is borderline small for my size 11 dress shoes...getting by with them for now, but am considering giving them to my teenage son who wears size 10 and getting a pair in Extra Large for myself.

So far, these overshoes have been great. I have peripheral neuropathy and need to have my feet as close to the ground as possible and these thin soles allow that. I am wearing them over house shoes or even with just two pair of socks. The rubber is tough yet the sides do not cut into my feet. I wear them to play golf in the morning dew and they keep my feet warm and dry. These shoes are also very light which is important.

I bought these for my husband to protect his shoes from the rain and snow and they are awesome. They are still in great condition despite being used regularly for a few years now. They cover most of his shoe which is nice and so far he has not experienced any leaks. They are a great buy!

I bought these wear at a golf tournament (over tennis shoes) in England. They're not the easiest to get on (works best if shoes are not on your feet at the time) but once there, they're great. I bought a men's small and they fit (nearly) perfectly over my (women's) 7.5 running shoes. They would be too big to wear over smaller, more regular women's shoes, however. My husband fit his size 10 (he wears a 9.5) over his dress shoes and they were equally perfect. They're reasonable enough to just keep around and a whole lot simpler than packing boots to any destination.

I needed something to protect my work shoes during the winter. These fit the bill. While overshoes never look stylish, it's not completely obvious you're wearing them with these. I usually wear a size 11.5 or 12, and wasn't sure if I should get the XL. It was a good decision. They fit my shoes with just a little room to spare, so not sure how they might fit on a size 14.

I just received them, and will be taking them with me to Eastern Europe. My shoe size (leather uppers) are a size 8M. The Tingly box indicated 8 to 9 1/2. It was a good thing I am an 8, because it took much effort to get them to stretch onto those shoes. I have the feeling a large will be too large, so I plan on using them since I cannot take the time to play mail tag. Once installed on those shoes, they will stay on for the winter/fall season. If you are larger than a 8 1/2, good luck, you will need very strong fingers to stretch them on. Otherwise, they look serviceable for a season or two. I would recommend them except with the caveat to warn about sizing. Perhaps Zappos should try to slide them on to some of their shoes of different sizes so people could gauge which style of shoes they fit. It would save buyers and Zappos time and money.

These ran so small that I could not fit them over my sneakers . I returned them . I guess a larger size would have been good , but I ended up getting waterproof shoes instead .
