Keen Newport H2 - I love my new Newport H2 shoes. They are so comfortable, my husband asked if I was trying to break them in and I said NO! I just love to wear them because they are so comfortable. The only problem I have is how long it takes them to dry. I bought my husband a pair and his has a leather-like material and they dry much quicker than mine. Other than that there great.

Keen Newport H2 - Well made and comfortable but felt 1/2 size smaller than marked. I like them for long walks and work-much more comfortable than regular hard soled sandals .

Yes it is worth the money - I LOVE this shoe, it is funtional as a water shoe, a camping shoe, and stylish enough as a city shoe. A sandal I can ride my bike in and not squash my toes or worry that it will get scuffed. Also--it fits my very very wide feet great! which is rare. I have a hard time finding sandals because of my wide small feet but these fit like they were made for me.

tried them on at end of day when foot is bigger, I need to wear insert and my foot felt too squished. Length good but felt really sweaty and left strap marks on my feet. they said Keen is small in size but even 1/2 size larger didn't feel comfortable. I like the idea of closed toe and the strap back but just felt squished. In hot weather, it wouldn't work...

This felt a half to a full size smaller than the 6.5 I ordered. I may try a 7.

They were too heavy for what I wanted, and not the beautiful emerald green color of the photos, more like a "park ranger green" (not that there's anything wrong with that), but I chose them because the color looked so cool.

Returned. Different than previous versions of this shoe and not as comfortable as were in past. I returned them.

The Keen Newport H2 sandal has changed so much the last 5-7 years -- for the worse, then improved this year in the footbed. It's at least softer/cushier than the last couple years, but still running short in length & not as wide as before. But, the sizing is so inconsistent! The green color fits wider then the blue tie dye, etc. My biggest issue is the heel area - my heels (fairly average) feel the "bumps" where the back straps are inserted into the base. I had to return my order, hoping the Newport Slide feels better.

I was excited when I first got these because I wanted them to be a shoe replacement for a hot climate. However, when I wore them around my house for awhile my feet felt very hot. They felt as hot as if I was wearing a shoe outside in hot weather, which defeated the purpose of having a sandal. I thought maybe it was me but I continued to try them on at different times and it felt the same, very hot. I did some internet searching and some people said that after wearing these shoes it made their feet smell bad and another person mentioned it was the rubber design. So with having hot feet and seeing those reviews, I've decided not to take a chance and to return these sandals. It is unfortunate, because I don't know if other people had this problem, but I need something with better air circulation, which is the point of having sandals.

I’ve had several pair of Keene Whisper that were very comfortable. This pair fit differently. Length was ok but shoes were too narrow. Returning.

These shoes fit fine but I was surprised by the weight - very heavy - and the materials - very stiff and inflexible. Ok for a rugged mountain hike perhaps, but not for anything else. I wanted sandals! I have hiking boots!

I have been wearing Keen Sandals for years -- mostly Ravine Venice or Ravine H2. Neither was available in my size when I ordered the Newport H2. While the Newport H2 is similar in looks to the Ravine, it is much heavier and not as flexible. Also the backstrap fits in a way that it will cause blisters. I am hoping Keen will produce the Ravine again. The Newport H2 has to go back, unfortunately.

UGH! I bought the gorgeous Ddye 8, which reminds me of the colors in VanGogh's "Starry Night". So pretty! Unfortunately they were too small. I bought 8.5 which is the size of my last 2 pairs of Newport H2s, so I'm really confused as to why this pair is to tight and also about 3/4 of an inch shorter than my others. And now the next size up is out of stock, as is this color/size combo in every other store on the world wide web! I'm kind of annoyed that Zappos marks these as "true to size". I don't know what's happened to Keen...their quality has gone way down, but I see no advantage to them or customers of shrinking their shoes....that's just going to cause unnecessary returns and headaches. Dang, these were so pretty, but they hurt and that's not gonna work.

I am always a 10 in most shoes, including Keens. The size 10 was too small, so I ordered a 10.5, which was also too small. Also I have very flat feet, and even the 10.5 felt too tight vertically. Sad, but returning.

Hard to get off and on, not good support in the arch

I have worn keens sandals for a decade or more now...my Newports had better arch support, so I was a tad disappointed with this Newport "H2"..meaning the NEWER version of the Newport...so guess I'll go down saying I liked the original better, and now I can't find it....may look at another brand...sad

Love my Keens both Venice and Newport lots of colors to wear year round. However, this recent purchase was slighting smaller than my comfort level. Sometimes, you have to try a few different pairs for the ideal fit. If the shoe fits buy it!

Beware: if you have been buying Newports in the past and are buying a new pair, you will want to size up "another" half size than you usually do. I have been wearing Newports for a dozen years. I have more than 30 pairs of this very shoe. My foot is a 9.5 ... I wear a size 10 in women's Newport (and a size 8 in men's Newport). Over the last couple of weeks I have bought two pairs, one women's and one men's. I had to return both of them and size up to 10.5 and 8.5. This is a very discouraging trend that I have noticed with Keen over the past couple of years. Their quality is going down, the shoes aren't nearly as roomy as they used to be, and now, they aren't even sizing them the same way. So, my suggestion would be to take advantage of Zappos free return shipping and order your regular size and and half size up and try them both and return the "too small" pair.

Hot and I don't mean good looking (which they are). My feet never sweat, but in these shoes they are overheated and soaked within minutes of putting them on. This means washing them more often than wearing them. But it seems others don't have this problem. Try them on at store first and see if your feet start to boil - if not, then they are very comfortable and otherwise the perfect shoe.

I own one of these Keen shoes they are very comfortable and (I do have troubled feet). The problem is I would have to struggle to get in the shoes because of the elastic laces. I wish they would bring back the backless style.

I have owned Keens before, but never this style. The 'whisper' I tried was too narrow. This felt very snug and my feet ached after a full day of wearing, not to mention they made my feet perspire! I've bought Teva's and Reefs as well this month, and had no problems with them. Disappointed in these.

These shoes felt very nice at first, but after a couple of months of wear (not too often, on week-ends) somehow the arch support doesn't feel very good. Will not buy again.
