It's About Time! I have used ceadar shoe trees for years, but I require wide shoes. The ordinary shoe tree really doesn't work that well for wide shoes as the wet leather shrinks onto it's comparitively smaller frame eventually rendering the shoes unwearable. It's almost futile to continue using them. However, these wide sized shoe trees are a rare find and I strongly urge Zappos to continue to carry them. There are lots of customers the world over who wear wide shoes and really could use some shoe trees.
I'd also recommend:
The reality is, either buy wide shoe trees, or shoe stretch by the gallon!

Great quality shoe trees that make your shoes look fantastic after putting them in. I got both these Ultra shoe trees and also the Woodlore Combination shoe trees, and much prefer these ones despite the high price. The heel part of the Ultras is wider and better resemble a foot, giving the shoe a more natural fill, whereas the the combination trees have a narrow heel part and makes me feel like it's stressing the heel of my shoes a little.

These run bigger than expected. I wear a men's 9, which suggested a "medium" tree (for sizes 8.5-10), and it is definitely a little too big for my fit. I love the construction and shape, with a nice wide heel to minimize pinching. Definitely worth the price, but I recommend ordering one size smaller.

Branded as Zappos, not Woodlore, however still made by Woodlore. Purchased as a gift but can't gift now since it's branded Zappos. The design has issues. Toe box is too tight. Might work better for boots. Spring tension is too tight. Heel counter is much better than the full toe or combination design.
