Careful with this Stuff! My fiancé and I cleaned both of ours together and the dye on his ran to the bottom of the boot. Mine were completely fine. Although the boots are clean afterwards, the suede doesn’t feel as soft. If you have a suede brush, it helps perk up the suede and some-what look new, but they don't feel as soft as the original condition. I would recommend buying the repellant in addition to the cleaner.

Fixing up stained Ugg's boots - The product does a good job in removing stains, although I had to do it twice (the first time I didn't scrub hard enough-the directions made me nervous to do so). You have to be very careful to scrub evenly on all surfaces of the boots, even the non dirty parts. Otherwise, the boots will be uneven in color when they dry. Also, you need to rinse the boots in cold water. When I rinsed them, the color started to bleed profusely, but they dried nicely overnight. You also need to buy a suede brush to bring back the softness of the sheepskin. Not only do you have to buy the boots, but you have to buy all sorts of accessories to go with them. Although my daughter loves her boots, they still seem like a funny choice for a New York winter...you can't wear them in the rain, even the dark colored boots become dirty quickly, and you shouldn't wear them in the snow.

Liked the product- Worked very well and cleaned most of my Uggs.

Cleaner fades the material - I was not happy with this product as it did not restore my Uggs back to good condition. In fact, it made it worse than before I had cleaned it. The material was not as soft and some of the colour was washed out, fading the material. I diluted the cleaner with water as directed... I even made adjustments for the next time so that there was more water than cleaner, only to get the same result.

Uggs sheepskin cleaner & conditioner - The Uggs that were ordered were returned as they were too tall. The cleaner arrived and was kept as hopefully the Uggs that my daughter would like to order will be restocked. The cleaner arrived leaking, the box that contained it was wet and a small amount of cleaner had leaked out.

Ugg Sheepskin Cleaner and Conditioner - I recommend this cleaner for light colored Ugg boots only (i.e. sand, white, willow, yellow, etc.) I use this cleaner on my white and sand Uggs, and it works great. However, I used this on my pink Uggs, and it discolored it. However, on light colored Uggs, the cleaner gets out any stain and dirt! I stress this: Great for *light colored* Uggs! :)

Make sure you wet and clean the whole shoe! I read both glowing and negative reviews for this product, but since I knew leather cleaners would not work, I decided to risk it and see. After the first washing the color on my purple Uggs seemed to have bled and there was this line or discoloration surrounding the ankle area. However, I realized that because I only washed the bottom half that was where the problem was. If you are washing your UGGS with this product make sure to wet and soap up the entire external area-evenly. That way you will avoid this discoloration people keep talking about. Also, if you do get that line- just rewash the whole shoe, focusing on the line- it will even out.

I followed the directions to the letter and this ruined my grey Uggs. I'm really angry about it...you spend so much on boots and the cleaner ruins them. I followed step-by-step directions and was shocked to see what it did to them. Never again! They should stop selling this awful product. The Waterproof spray is awesome, so just use that and clean your Uggs with something else! I am so upset and disappointed.

I followed the directions entirely and when my UGG boots dried they looked completely different... no longer soft and smooth... instead rough and faded ...

This ruined my beautiful Ugg boots! It turned the sheepskinn rough and grainy. Do not use!

I bought my pair of Uggs and was so excited because it looked nice with every outfit I wore. About 2 weeks after, my nephew threw his bottle on the floor and milk splattered on my left foot Ugg. I thought that it wouldn't be a problem and that when it dried up it wouldn't be there. Wrong! I had lines of milk stains and it looked horrible. So I searched online and saw the mixed reviews about it, but still ordered it. It was a disaster! It said to mix up half a cup of water with half a cup of the solution. Then to wet the entire surface of the Ugg with cold water and to take a sponge, add a little of the solution and gently scrub. I followed the directions from top to bottom. When my Uggs dried the next day they were white! (My Uggs were brown.) I was really upset because I bought them for quite a high price and it all went down the drain thanks to my nephew. Anyway, I put them in the washing machine with cold water on a gentle cycle. They came out good. I wear them all the time and try to be careful when my nephew's around. My suggestion? If your Uggs are messed up, take them to the cleaners.

I would not recommend this product. I used it to clean my chestnut Uggs and they faded a lot. I followed the directions exactly so I wasn't impressed with the cleaner. It didn't even remove most the stains.

Didn't work out as planned - My Uggs had some salt stains on them. I bought this thinking it would clean them up for sure! After carefully reading the directions, carefully cleaning my boots and allowing them to air dry... I was devastated. I'm not sure what happened, but I was left with crusty, dry, still stained boots. Might not have been the actual cleaner, but the mixture of the salt with the cleaner? I'm not sure, but in the end I just put my boots in the washing machine, with no soap at all, on a delicate cycle. They came out perfect!

BAD - Make sure you dilute it more than it says to! My boots faded and I was lucky enough that they let me return them.

Very disappointed - I ordered sand color Ugg boots for my daughter along with the Stain/Water Repellent and the Cleaner/Conditioner. Repellent worked great but the first or 2nd day she wore them, she got a black tire mark on them. I used the cleaner EXACTLY as directed and it discolored the boots. I wish I never used it. It did remove the black mark, but it would have been preferable to the green hue left on the boot. I wish I read previous reviews which said to use less cleaner than recommended. I have emailed Zappos and am waiting to hear back from them. Hopefully they will help.

Blah! I bought this Ugg cleaner for my Ugg's and followed the directions EXACTLY and I swear it ruined them. It left bald spots in the suede and they looked awful after only having them for a month. It made them look 3 years old. I was surprised & very disappointed. The best part of this lousy experience was Zappos. The customer service & care that I received was beyond exceptional. I commend Zappos for an outstanding job and will continue to buy from them as often as I can.

Horrible Cleaning Solution - This product actually discolored my Ugg boots almost 2 shades lighter then the orignal " Sand " color I had. I followed the directions and did exactly what it said on the bottle. Not recommended!

A product you can never go wrong with. Cleans all the Uggs up to the brand new look. It is amazing cleaner. If you own Uggs, you need this product!

This is a good shampoo! It will not ruin your boots. I like to clean my Uggs seasonally before I store them so they are fresh when I pull them out again, I use them for my sandals and my boots along with the water repellent and the Sherpa freshener and ugg boot brush. Don't be fooled a little goes a long way, mix a capful into a cup of hot water and do a scrub and dip method and your Uggs will thank you.

Great stuff! I should never have worn my light pink Cozy slippers while cooking. I thought they were ruined. While shopping for a new pair I found this cleaner. It did not remove 3 years of stains completely. They do not look brand new, but they look really really close to new! While cleaning the pink ones I dripped the foam into my new espresso ones, so they got a little bath too. I guess I was just conditioning the new ones. ;-)
