This is my second pair of Dansko Marcelle. They are wonderfully supportive and roomy enough for a wide/deep foot. If Dansko clogs rub the top of your foot, try these.

If you, like me, have neuroma issues, Dansko shoes are the best things you can wear. These mary jane style shoes are comfortable and versatile, and ensure I don\'t have that stabbing-needle-in-the-eye pain, which is a very good thing!

I am a restaurant manager and was looking for a pair of cute, long lasting, COMFORTABLE work shoes. These definitely fit the bill. I have wider feet, and I found them to be a little narrow toward the front of the shoe. I had them stretched and now they're great! Highly recommend them!

I'm a nurse and I'm on my feet all day and these keep me going! My feet and calves don't hurt at the end of the day, which is amazing! The Cordovan is such a gorgeous color, goes well with most colors.

As a Flight Attendant, these shoes are my dream come true! I LOVE being so comfortable in them. I love how sturdy and durable they are, and how much better they look with uniform dresses than the Professional Clogs that our Air Line no longer allows. They don’t scuff up while we use our brakes on our beverage carts and I feel safe in them, as they would be very practical in any emergency situation, which is the main purpose that Flight Attendants are trained to be onboard aircraft, and in our feet for hours at a time. Great job, Dansko!

As with all Dansko shoes this shoe rocks! Dresser spin on the original Dansko clog. You gotta remember, though, that Dansko shoes are clogs not regular shoes. Therefore, these shoes will be loose on your foot. It is a perfect fit if you can get a pencil between the back of your heel & the shoe.

I love these shoes. Love. I used to always wear the Dansko professionals, but the last pair I had was painfully tight over the top of my foot where the opening hit my foot (and I don't have wide feet). This was the case even after stretching them out. I couldn't wear them at all. Enter the Marcelle. These fit like a dream and are really cute, too. They provide excellent support, and I feel like I could stand in them all day. I intend to get the Marcelles in the other colors now, since they are pretty much all I wear to work these days.

Love these shoes. Took them to New York when they were new and walked many a mile with total comfort! I have wide feet and could move my toes in the toe box. Yeah.

Beautiful shoes, fits really well and is comfortable. I generally wear anywhere from an 8 to a 9.5 in woman's shoes (usually 8.5 or 9,) ordered these in a 39 and they fit great and just a bit roomy, and my heel can lift in the back, which is what Dansko describes as a good fit. Fit is also good because it allows me to wear them with tights, barefoot, or with warm socks in the winter. I got chicory, color is dark and rich. I want to get more pairs in the other colors! Also, Zappos was great as always. Shoes arrived way before they were scheduled to show up and thanks Zappos!

If you've not owned a pair of Danskos before, once you try them you'll be hooked! This is my second pair in the Marcelle style and I love them. They are versatile enough for pants and skirts/dresses, and good for all day, on your feet comfort. I'm a teacher, so I know! Danskos are also popular among nurses. Make sure you know what size you are in a Euro size, and if you have the chance to try on a pair in person, I think that's best, although with Zappos free shipping and easy returns, it's easy enough to send them back if they don't work. They fit differently than other shoes, and once you get used to that you're golden. They are looser all around, but you'll appreciate the toe room, and heel room. Although the heels are meant to move freely, you won't rub blisters. These shoes are completely worth what you pay for them. They really are the only shoes I wear.

Love these shoes. The color magically seems to go with everything: black, brown, some reds, purple, blue. And they are dressy when you wear them with a skirt and look just as cool with jeans. Very versatile, and comfortable, of course, for wearing all day because they're Danskos! I get lots of compliments on these shoes and find I have to make myself wear something different so I don't wear them out! Highly recommend.

It makes me so sad that this style is discontinued! I LOVE this style! Please bring it back!!!

Cute shoes, Dansko are sturdy and well built but these fit much smaller than ones I have bought in the past.

These are the best. Simply the best and most comfortable shoe in the universe. They are less hot than the typical Dansko clog and because you can wear a ‘no show’ sock, they make your feet even less sweaty. I’m super worried that the Marcelle style is going away, though! They have slowly reduced the line so that now only black is available. Dansko - please don’t get rid of this style!!!! - Doctor who is on her feet all day.

The bone structure on the top of my feet is too high to wear traditional Dansko clogs comfortably; the Marcelle is the perfect option! They have the same wonderful arch support and wide toe box as the clog, just in a cute Mary Jane style. I always wear an 8.5, and I got a 39 in these; they fit great. I work at a university, and walk all over campus all day; these provide excellent support for my plantar fasciitis.

I usually wear an 8.5-9 in most shoes. I ordered a 39, but it was a bit snug in the toes. I'm returning for a 40. It's very cute otherwise and looks to be well-made.

Marcelle has got to the most durable shoe ever. I have worn them every day except Sundays and each pair lasted me from 2-3 years at least. The next most durable may be Aravon Mia. Both have style and comfort. Now I can wait until Zappos gets Marcelle in my size in black patent leather. I had to cancel my order last time (bought too many shoes) but hope to get a pair by summer. Great work Zappos, as always!

Most comfortable shoes ever, with or without socks. I am a size 9-9.5 and 40 fits perfectly.

I love Danskos for the high arch support and the fact that heel doesn't have to fit (skinny-heel-syndrome here!). These are the cutest in my collection next to the leopard Dansko Rae clogs. I wear these with dresses, skirts, pants, jeans, cords, and they are just as comfortable as the Dansko Professional, but just a little bit cuter. I would not wear the Professional with skirts or dresses, but the mary jane style of the Marcelle looks great. They have the same great thick sole that is perfectly comfortable for walking or standing on hard surfaces.

Unfortunately Dansko doesn't make these in wides but if they did, these would be perfect. They're so cute and versatile. The front is a bit narrow though, so if you have wide feet you'll have to get them stretched. I've had them for a couple years and they never really worked for long-term wear until I got them stretched at the cobbler.

This is a great shoe. Runs a little large. Comfortable. I can walk all day and night in the shoes without wanting to take them off. Great color and sturdy.

Dansko has been my shoe of choice for nearly 20 years, this style is something new and adds a bit of style to this basic clog, it offers support and looks good, and as I start noticing more joint issues as I get older the clog still helps me maintain a confident mobility without looking dowdy. It goes with socks or tights, jeans or skirts, and holds up under the abuse I tend to give shoes. Dansko clogs can last a lifetime and prove a great investment.

This is my 3rd pair of Dansko marcelles! And I still wear all 3 pairs to work & out to dinner. I'm an art teacher & a potter, so I trash my shoes, but Marcelles hold up to the challenge. I love that they are kind of loose in the heel so they actually hold up so much better than other shoes that get all funky in the heel area.

If you need a comfort shoe...and a dressy one...and one you can dance in...then this is it! I am a wedding Dj, with a back and knee issue as of late, and these did the trick. Come summer, I have sandals, but for wintertime, these are perfect! It is so hard to find this type of shoe that does not have too much of a sticky bottom. These aren't slippery, but just right for dancing and staying on you're feet. I also love the added height with the comfortable platform!!!

These are excellent shoes for standing and walking. Just what a busy and stylish med student wanted for Christmas!
