Really it looks like an excellent shoe but not for my feet, leather and all the staff look good but they are narrow in the size I have to return it, the upper leather in the front is not flat enough.

The second pair was fine - I first ordered 10B, my usual size. They seemed too tight, although this was my first experience with formal patent leather shoes. Customer assistance suggested trying a larger size. I exchanged the first pair for 10 1/2 B. They fit fine. I was able to return the first pair at no charge. Now I am happy. Very good service!

These are class - Great shoes for the money and they fit great.

Great Pair of Formal Shoes - These shoes are great. Look good and feel great. I found them about a half size off, not a full size, so I returned the first pair and quickly got my correct size. Thanks for the great shoes and service.

Narrow sizing - This brand sizes their shoes smaller/narrower than normal.

"What a Great Looking Shoe!" . . . Wife Approved! Nuff' Said - This shoe has an elegant look and a comfortable feel. I ordered a half-size larger and the fit is perfect. What a sharp addition this will be with my TUX. I now have the right combination for a night out with the Royal! Zappos! This service is fast. I made my order Wednesday morning and it was at my door Thursday afternoon! The Sandro Moscoloni Royal had my wife applauding what a fine choice I had made. Great shoe, Great Service - Customer Service and delivery was EXCELLENT. Shoe was a full size SMALLER than my normal size. I ordered a 12 EEE, and had to return for a 13 EEE. No hassle return.

This shoe was everything that I had hoped for. This is an excellent shoe for formal wear as well as the not so formal occasions.

Formal shoes - It is very difficult to find patent leather formal shoes in a wide fit. I have a wide foot, and my old shoes were hurting me badly as they were medium width. I decided to search Zappos, and I found a wide width. The shoes are perfect. Thank you!

great shoe for narrow heels - The other reviewers are right. The shoe runs a little narrow, which is great if you have narrow heels. The shoe looks great and my husband had no complaints about the comfort of the shoe. Buy a pair and forget renting.

Really Nice Tuxedo shoes for a good price! We've been looking FOREVER for narrow Tuxedo shoes. We finally found these just in time for my sister's wedding, and got them in 2 days! My husband suggests wearing them around the house a bit to "break them in" before wearing them to an event. They felt a little snug at the beginning of the night, but stretched out slightly and were perfect by the end of the evening.

Great Shoe! For this price, it can't be beat. Great shoe I will be wearing for a wedding coming up soon. Shoe is sharp and classical tuxedo shoes like this are hard to find. I like it.

These are what Tuxedo Shoes are all about! These shoes are incredible. The size does tend to run small and narrow so if you have slim feet they should not be a problem, just go slightly larger in size. I bought a EEE width that was really a standard D width in the US. For the price, why would you ever rent a pair of tuxedo shoes when you can own a pair of shoes that will make you look like a king? The shoes finished off my look with class and the black silk strap across the front was a perfect match to the black silk stripe on my tuxedo pants. Everyone else in the room looked like they RENTED. I can't say enough good things about Zappos' customer service; when I called them and told them that the first pair they sent were simply too small and not true to size and that my event was in 3 days, they sent me the next larger size the next day. I am a very happy customer. 'Nuff said...

Beutiful loafer, well priced. I bought these for my husband for his tuxedo. I did not want to spend too much as he only goes "black tie" twice a year at most. These are nice quality and he said they were quite comfortable.

Great Shoe! I received my shoes in two (2) days. Great customer service. I took the suggestion of other consumers and ordered my pair of shoes 1/2 size larger (6). I'm glad I did as the other reviews were correct in stating Italian shoes usually run small.

Elegant look and cofortable shoe - This tuxedo shoe looks and feels great! Very good value for the money. The shoe is cut a little narrow so beware. I took notice of other comments and thanks to those comments I ordered correctly and was very satisfied. The Zappos service is UNBELIEVABLE. Don't be afraid to order from these guys, they know what they are doing.

Completely satisfied. The fit and comfort were superb. Exceeded my expectations after reading other reviews.

Dress shoes - I order these for my husband, and we did order a size wider than he usually wears and they were perfect. He wore them all evening and said they were very comfortable, especially for brand new shoes.

Disappointed - The shoe was exactly what I wanted and still need. I need the return authorization on the second pair I received in place of these that I wanted. I required a 905 but a widwer width and you did not have it. I would still very much like to order it from you. The service I received was the best ever and I AM NOT AT ALL disappointed in you guys at all. You are the best. I hope to do more business with you in the future but for now I have to fix this mess. I have two pairs of shoes to return to you. Thanks.

Ouch! Beautiful shoes, but badly mis-sized. Seemed a full-size too long and about three widths too narrow. I had to return them!
