Nice shoe, but the style I really was looking for.

The foot box fit well, but the heel was too wide. The leather folds under the shoe laces. It seems like the shoe isn't cut quite correctly.

Nice shoes, but too heavy!

Shoes are tight across the front. I didn't get an incorrect width. The back of the shoe and heel are correct. The front is cut tight.

My shoes developed faded bleached-like spots likely from acne medicine I was applying to my son's face. Never had this happen before! This appears permanent and I can't find anything to re-color the spots on my shoes. Very dissapointed that they faded like this!

It was not the shade of brown I was hoping, or what I thought I had ordered. Returned it yesterday.

Really like the color and the look. They seem to be very well made. But they're super heavy and, frankly, after wearing them all day one day, I ended up with shin splints...which I haven't had since high school (and I'm in my 40s now). I am returning these, unfortunately.

These felt comfortable and fit well. However after walking to the office, about 30 minutes, they had rubbed blisters into the ankles. I was able to return them but was informed that in future, once shoes are worn outdoors, returns cannot be made. I recommend wearing them for several hours indoors before committing to them.

Oder P02753179. I waited over a month to review because I was trying to break them in. This is my 5th pair of Rockport's. This pair is quality material (for the price). They are fairly comfortable to stand in, but not for walking. I have to take these things off to give my feet a rest after about 6 hours at work. My feet hurt for a couple of days after wearing them. I compared these to my other Rockport pairs and the inside seems the same, but the sole is the difference. This sole is like a hard wooden board with little flex and give. I can't recommend these for walking a lot. I'm just going to donate them to charity since they are still in good shape.

My husband loved the look of the shoe; however, the size was too big for him. He has bunions and finding a shoe to fit is always a challenge. Will check later to see if the 9.5 is back in stock.

I'm not a fan of these shoes. At first I thought maybe they hadn’t been broken in. I hated wearing them. I tried to love them because they look really nice, but I just can’t. I will be replacing these with something else.

I have this exact same shoe in 11 1/2 narrow brown and they fit perfectly. I bought the exact same shoe in black and I can't even get them on my foot.

These shoes are really heavy in a 15! Too clunky for me. Beware, they are not comfortable either.

This is cheaply-made pair of shoes. Flimsy insole is useless. The leather looks strange, probably won't take a shine. There is no arch support and heel is attached by a visible pop rivet. The shoe fits well and its design is very good, including blucher lacing and strong laces. I don't like the one-piece sole and heel. If this was a better-made shoe, with quality like like other Rockports I have owned, I would have kept it. Rockport used to produce quality, comfortable and long-wearing shoes. This shoe certainly does not meet that standard.

These are very comfortable shoes. I've worn them every day to work for slightly more than a year, and am about to replace them. They would have been perfect shoes, except for one thing: the join of the leather to the sole on the front right side of the right shoe split in less than five months, leaving a hole. Unable to afford new shoes at the time, I fixed this with some shoe goo (a rubbery, clear glue), which is noticable if you look, but I felt I could get away with. I suspect this was a one-off defect and not indicative of a problem one would see throughout all shoes in the brand -- and there were no other problems with them. Nevertheless, I must give my overall rating as "poor," because I expect a pair of shoes to last longer than that without breaking. In all other aspects, these were good shoes. But I will be buying another brand as I now seek to replace these Rockports.

Inside back lining fell off just around of wearing the shoe for a year and a half. Cannot be repaired. The warranty is for one year which stinks because I've always trusted Rockport about making a quality shoe. A very comfortable shoe, but not worth it having to replace it every year.

Shoe design seemed fine. However, I measured my feet with a Brannock device and ordered the indicated size and width, and the shoes did not fit-- length was marginal and width too tight. The color was also darker than expected. Returned for a different model and larger size.

I normally wear a 10 1/2 and these were very small and toes were cramped.

OK - these may be the ugliest shoes I have ever put on my feet. Full Herman Munster. The size if a bit too small. I were 10.5 EEE in Allen Edmunds and 10.5 4E in New Balance. These are 10.5 4E and they are hard to put on and too snug in the width (did I say 4E was to snug in the width?). And, make no mistake, the picture does no do the show justice. The semi squared off toe is really hard to look at. They are being returned.

A very good looking shoe, however it runs a little tight, I sent them back for a wider size, lets see how they fit.

These are my second pair of Rockports and my last. Both pairs are comfortable and stylish, but both raise a painful blister on my left heel, unless I remember to stick on some mole skin before wearing them. They are the only shoes I own (or have ever owned) that does this. Curious, but too much trouble to deal with.
