Although I had a pair of Naot's in the past and absolutely loved them. Something has changed about the way they make their shoes. The quality is still there but the fit is different. They seem tighter length and width wise..

Great Shoe. This is a very comfortable shoe. The padded inner sole provides excellent support and easily conforms to your foot. The padding makes it much more comfortable than other cork bed shoes. I have two complaints, though. The sole is a little chunky looking and would be nicer if it were a little thinner (However, this might take away some support). Second, the shoe rides very high on the in-step. For those of us wearing larger sizes (I wear a 45), it just makes the shoe look huge. Even with these two faults, it's a very comfortable shoe. I just bought another pair.

Excellent Shoe! I've owned a pair and worn them every day for 2 years. They were comfortable on the first day, and I'm reluctant to get a new pair, but they are wearing out.

Most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. The leather holds up extremely well, even without polishing. Only negative is that the rubber sole split all the way across on both shoes after a year.

Ordered these 1/2 size smaller than usual, as previous reviews indicated they run a little large. Normally wear a 9 1/2, or 42.5 and find the 42 fits fine. Light weight, quality leather and good fit make them a great value for my needs. My first purchase of Naot products, and I will be looking at other offers.

I wore these shoes for four months. The uppers are made of cowhide. The soul is made of some kind of soft synthetic material. The soul wore down very quickly. The soul is very thin and unsupportive to the foot, especially under the ball on the foot. This is not a walking shoe.

Fit as expected and are very comfortable.

Love these shoes. My last pair lasted 18 years and hoping these new ones do the same.

Great quality, maybe not the most stylish but comfort matters more. Naot always makes a great shoe, the Eiger is no exception, good value.

The shoe fit perfectly. These are the second pair of NAOTs that I have bought, they are very comfortable shoes.

Have worn this style for years. Long lasting and great slip on. My feet are a little narrow and shoe slips a little but does not pose an issue.

I normally wear a size 10. or 10.5 - I read that these run small so I got a size 11. I’m looking for excuses to go walking in them while at work. “Need something from building J? I’ll go get it!” Nice and comfy.

Probably my favorite shoe right now. I have Naot Directors as well. They are nice too. These look much better in person than the photo. I like them because they feel somewhat rugged on, yet dress up well. Great for the winter with the heavy sole. Ended up having to order one size bigger than I normally wear.

I love these shoes, it is the second pair I purchase, the first one lasted over 9 years, without re-soling. I can't emphasize how well made these are. Totally worth the price.

These are fabulous shoes. I walked mikes in Egypt and Israel and my feet never hurt. I highly recommend them.

I bought these for a trip to Japan. They were the only shoes I packed for a five week visit. I wanted shoes that were comfortable for lots of walking yet easy to take on an off, as you do in Japan. These shoes were perfect! They are comfortable for walking and good enough to wear to a fancy restaurant. I just ordered a pair of Naot Clogs, because I liked these so much.

I've been searching a long time to find a shoe that looks and feels this nice. I returned my size 46 for a 47 and it fits just right. Nice and wide in the toe box and the comfort is incredible. I wear them to work everyday and my feet never get tired like they used to. I'll probably get another pair of Naots.

Naot Eigers are my husband's favorite shoes. He hasn't worn them for the past few years because he would break the outsole after wearing the pair daily for 6 months. But after wearing less than comfortable shoes for the past few years, we're giving the Eigers another try. After reading the other reviews, we purchased a size 41 (which is what he wears in Birkenstocks and his previous Naot pairs) and a size 42. The size 41 pair was too tight, with the size 42 only slightly loose but not in an uncomfortable way. We're keeping the size 42 pair, returning the size 41.

Thought it might be fun to look at another pair recently. I currently have a pair of brown shoes in this style but here's the funny part, I've owned them for 15 years and except for a bit of stretching on the elastic, they are in phenomenal shape. Wonderful shoes, nice wide toe box (I have a wide foot) and reasonably good arch support. Highly recommend them. Obviously, timeless.
