Sharp -- dressy, yet has a sporty feel - I love these shoes. They are perfect for my dressiest slacks yet just as sharp with jeans. Plus, they are so comfortable. However, because they are such a sharp shoe I usually don't wear them if I am going to be doing a lot of walking outside [live in the city]. If I'm going to the office I usually wear street shoes and use these once at the office.

Excellent Choice! I originally bought these at a retail store, but cannot find them there. They are REALLY comfortable and stylish. I already have them in espresso and I am considering Navy, Black stretch Nappa, and Black silk elastic. They're worth the price. Zappos has a great selection, too!

Great shoe, but not crazy about the stretch nappa - I have this shoe, or a recent model of it (AAA3) in the silk elastic and I love it. This one has the same great fit, but I think the stretch nappa looks and feels a bit rubbery. I can't convince myself to like it, even though it fits wonderfully. I hope Zappos can get another black silk elastic in my size (12M)!

Glad they had my size - I wear an 11AA and that size is getting harder to find. Even on Zappos!! Especially in a closed shoe. There's quite a few sandal-type shoes in that size & width but I can get by with a shoe that doesn't fit perfectly when it's a totally naked shoe like a sandal. When you need enclosure of your foot, is when you need a size that actually fits right! I have these shoes in black so I ordered them in Navy. It's the perfect shoe for slacks. These were a little brighter blue than I wanted but they'll be alright. I wish they had them in brown. They're dressy but casual and quite comfortable although they could use a bit more padding.

Donald Pliner AAA shoe - I have had this shoe before and loved it, so ordered a second pair, as I have difficulty finding shoes that are really comfortable and nice looking.

I love my Donald J Pliner's - I am very pleased with my Donald Pliner's. This is my first experience with his shoes. They are comfortable, true fit, and look great. It is difficult to find a show that is tastefully stylish and well constructed. Here it is!

Most comfortable shoes I own! This is my third pair of Pliner's flats and they are fantastic. Wore them right out of the box to the airport for a one day trip into and out of Logan airport. Not one blister or inflammation on either foot. I recommend these shoes to anyone who has a hard time finding comfortable shoes. In addition to comfort, they look great with slacks!

Problems - Although I love DP shoes and have multiple styles, I was disappointed that on this shoe, the silk fabric tore in several places. I have had the canvas styles and literally wore them daily, but this style wore out with very little wear.

I love DJP shoes and own many different styles. I have always found them very comfortable and true to size. This is the only shoe I had to exchange; they run 1/2 size shorter than marked. I ordered this shoe in 3 different colors and had to exchange all three.

As Expected - I love Donald Pliner's shoes. My only problem with this shoe is it's a little short - My toes hit the top and I thought it was going to be a problem but it's getting better.

Love these shoes! These shoes are a classic that go with everything from slacks to jeans! I'll have them for a long time. Very comfortable, excellent fit...just what I was looking for - a shoe that is as good looking as it is comfortable.

Beautiful and Comfortable - This shoe might be a little pricey. However, if you’re looking for comfort and style, you've bought the right shoe. I can't say enough goof things about this shoe. I'm on my feet all day (15 + hours) when I take them off, my feet feel the same as when I first put them on in the morning. I love the shoe-just wish it came in Navy.

I went through 4 pairs of this shoe in hits previous life several years ago . . . so glad DJP brought this one back. It's the perfect pant shoe!

Really Good Shoes - These are fine, comfortable, chic, everyday shoes. As always, these Donald Pliner shoes are true to size, shape and comfort. The leather is pliable and elastic so it has some give. The front of the shoe raises high toward the ankle but is still comfortable for my high arch. And they look equally good with jeans or trousers.

Fashion + Comfort - I really enjoyed this pair of shoes. They have a dressy look with a comfortable fit. I can wear them all day at work and my feet feel good. They look great with jeans or dressy with slacks.

Comfortable and good-looking shoe - I am very pleased with these shoes. They were comfortable right out of the box, and I love their clean look. The height of the heel is just right. Zappos customer service is outstanding, as always.

Excellent - This is a great shoe just as "Libby" was a great shoe. I also ordered Gibbs and am very disappointed in it - it is very uncomfortable and has very poor support.

As with other Donald Pilner shoes, this pair is well worth the money. The basic style goes well with most of my work clothes. It is hard to find stylish, but comfortable shoes, this fits the bill.

Donald Pliner Trouser Shoe - I had this DP shoe in black, and I wanted another pair in brown. I wanted a comfortable shoe that was attractive to wear to work. I love this shoe. It was a bit longer than the black pair. I put a shoe pad in it so that it would fit better. This shoe looks great with dress- pants as well as with jeans. GREAT SHOE !

Pliner scores again - I love that such a basic shoe is also so sophisticated and stylish. It has enough of a heel to distinguish it from a flat, and it tends to make the foot look petite and narrow (I'm an 8M). It's not quite as comfortable after several hours of wear as some of my other casual Pliners--I think it could use a little more padding in the ball of the foot, but this is easily fixed with an insert--but I'm really a nut when it comes to foot comfort! A wonderful shoe--I have it in black and brown elastic.

Wonderful Shoe - I have this shoe in the black stretch nappa. This is the nicest looking and most comfortable shoe I have found in years for wearing to work. I wear pant suits almost everyday, and these add the polish that I need with a nice suit. Plus the comfort is perfect right out of the box. This is the first shoe I may have ever found that I can wear to work that has good arch support and is also comfortable for my toes. I'll buy another pair in the stretch fabric this summer.

Donald J Pliner - I love these shoes. As is usual for DJP shoes, they are comfortable, stylish and well made.

Donald J Pliner AAA - This shoe looks smart and feels good. It's quite versatile and can easily transition from daytime at work (with pants) into the evening wearing a skirt or dress. I've worn a similar style to this shoe in the late nineties with a higher heel and literally wore them out! Pliner makes a great casual/dressy shoe and this type of slip-on is timeless.

Staple must have for the woman on the go! I purchased these shoes for the first time several years ago and fell in love with them. Unfortunately, when I had my children my shoe size changed and I couldn't find the same shoe in my size anywhere. That is until I came to Zappos.com. This shoe is perfect with a pant suit for work or even with a skirt. They are comfortable, sensible shoes that happen to be attractive as well. I now have them in black and blue, and I couldn't be happier with my selection.

Classy and comfy - Such an elegant and comfortable shoe. Have had plantar faciatis for years in my right foot and there is no question that this is the only shoe that I could wear without any discomfort. I love them and have gotten several pairs and in many different styles just in case they decided not to make them any more. Trust me, I could not go without them.
