Absolutely amazing, in fact, I think I'd say "life-changin" I bought these boots in January 04, and I have beaten the hell out of them. They stand true to the quality and toughness Doc's have the reputation for. If I had to choose one boot for the rest of my life, I would choose these. Not only were they strong, but they also just look cool as hell.

Super Shoe For Work or Play - This shoe is great for the hours on your feet at work or for a night out on the town. They are the perfect height so as not to be ridiculous looking boots while still being super-supportive.

Get ‘em now before they’re gone! The price alone is reason enough to get these. These are made in England and are supposedly being discontinued (I think). A little screwy comfort-wise for the first couple of weeks wearing them, but feel great once you break them in. Love the black sole and capped steel-toe, only wish Doc Marten sold this or the 8761s with silver eyelets like they used to in the 90s.

A bit narrow - The first pair I had started coming apart so they sent me a new pair. This pair feels like they are not the same width, as they are a bit tight. Maybe they will loosen up with wear.

Incredible - These are possibly the most comfortable shoes I have ever put my foot in. And what a price! Go to the mall to shop for a pair of Docs and your bound to pay over 100$. It's amazing that a boot can look this good and be comfortable. My other pair of Wolverine boots that I purchased aren't near as great as these. Yah, they do take a while to break in, as with any boot. But it's worth it. However, be warned, these shoes are made in the UK. Their sizes over there run different from ours. Make sure to convert your size before you order. BOTTOM-LINE, Great Shoes, Great Price. Buy em'

GREAT SHOES - Dr. Martens, The best shoes ever. This is my third pair of DM'S. I wear them everyday and they are very comfortable, because they mold to your feet. They are great for tromping through snow, going to the mall, going to work, and the best thing about them is I don't have to shine them much because they do not scuff easily. I do not have enough good things to say about DM's in general. I would reccomend these shoes to anyone.

My second review - Finally I got a pair that is trully comfortable! I had to return two pairs of these boots before I got the right fit. My first pair was too big; the right boot of the second pair I tryed felt too tight. Then I ordered a third pair and finally it was OK. Now when I got the right fit, I can say that these boots feel great! I'm VERY PLEASED with Zappos service and returns!

Sweet shoes - This is my second pair of Docs and I have to say these are some great shoes. I recommend this pair if you want something to wear outside of the work environment. I wear these as my weekend pair.

Doc martens - These shoes are awesome. tTe best pair of shoes I've ever owned. They are the most comfortable thing I ever put on my feet. They are like nothing else. The sole of the shoes feel like water when your walking on them. This is a high quality shoe that I reccomend to anyone.

A good deal - lightweight functional verisitile good looks. It took me four tries to get the fit right, but it was worth it. Zappos service was outstanding, good price, I can wear these boots seven days a week. Good with jeans Dockers, I'm a priest and can wear them Sundays with vestments. My first pair of Docs, but not my last.

The only shoes I own. Literally. I bought a pair of these Docs at a local headshop before it went out of business years ago, and they are the only shoes I own, besides 1 pair of flip-flops and a pair of Doc Marten Mary Janes for dress-up time. Versatile, the perfect height on my ankle, and a wonderful lightweight pair of s**t-kicking boots, if ever I found one. I heart these boots.

Fast service, fantastic boots - They're just plain beautiful boots, my first experience with Doc Marten's. I plan to buy lots more of his boots when I'm rich. Be Warned: I read the reviews before mine and knew that the boot would be slightly larger than most others. I wear a US 10 1/2, so selected the US 10. It fit with 3/4 of an inch to spare. I ordered my Docs on a Saturday and had them by the following Tuesday! That was great. Especially since the shipping happens to be free.

Incredible! These are not my first pair of Docs, but I'm impressed with Zappos.com!! First of all the price was amazing! I've paid over $100 for the other pairs of Docs that I have, and don't mind paying that much because I know they'll last for a long while. However this price for Docs is a great price and to add to it Zappos got them to me quickly. Thanks, Zappos!

They look good..... I love these boots. Took a few weeks to really break in, but they are sweet. I normally don't like steel toes because I have fat feet, but these feel great. Great comfort and awesome style. 6 eye boots are so much more comfortable than 8eye boots, I wish they made evey boot in 6 eye, but buy these boots! They are perfect! These are my second favorite pair of docs in my collection (8pair).

Great shoes - Awesome quality and look, my first Docs, however, the size felt a little larger than marked. I had size 9 (US) and it felt like 9.5-10. But that's not a problem, just make sure you try them somewhere before you buy them online. It's a pity they don't come in half sizes.

WOW! I love these boots. Of course, like all Dr. Martens, it takes a while to break them in. These are only the second pair of Doc's I own, but I can tell, these are very good ones. Too bad they don't make these in other colors. That would be even better!

These are the ones! I've been wearing various styles of DMs for almost 20 years and these are without a doubt the most comfortable pair I've tried. Runs a bit larger than most Docs. Good looking boot. Wish they made this one with an industrial steel toe for work.

Worth every penny! These are some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned, and the six-eyelet is the perfect height. The last pair of steeltoe boots I owned had their inside lining ripped to shreads within weeks of purchase. I look forward to wearing my Docs for years to come. I don't ever want to take them off!

Best boots - Excellent boots. Came without insoles. Added insoles and wear with thick socks. Fit is now perfect. Broke in much faster than both Chippewa and H & H.
