These are some great inserts that provide some good cushion and because of their shape, they can reduce the size of the shoe ever so slightly. So if your Docs fit just a tad big, these can help. Some caution: fold them in near half to help you get them down to the footbed, especially on taller boots. Once the heel is in place, unfold the folded half forward until it meets the toes.

INSOLES MAKE MY DOCS FIT - Since Docs don't come in half sizes, I bought mine in a US 7 instead of 6-1/2. After a couple of wears, my feet were really sliding around inside my shoes. At that point I was feeling pretty ill about spending a fair amount of money for shoes that were too big. I was amazed to find that Doc Marten's sells insoles for their shoes. They are offered in sizes to fit their shoes and boots exactly no trimming needed. The insoles are sturdy, yet cushiony -- not the usual floppy, spongy insoles sold in drugstores. Best of all, my Docs now fit as though I'd bought my usual size 6-1/2. My only complaint is that, because the heel of the insole is a bit thick, the heel of my foot is elevated and slides out of my shoe a little when I walk. But, the strap of my mary janes prevents my foot from actually escaping. I'm very satisfied with these insoles and relieved that I can now wear my Docs comfortably.

A must-buy for Doc owners with 1/2-size feet - If you're like me and your Docs are a little too roomy because they don't come in half-sizes, just get these insoles. A perfect fit and they feel great. I had to trim about a 1/4 inch off the front of each insole since I think they run a little longer than the corresponding shoe size, but no big deal.

I bought these insoles to put in some Doc boots which do not have enough arch and heel support to fit me comfortably. These insoles transformed the boots! They provide enough support to coax my feet into the proper position, yet they're springy enough to be very easy on the feet. They're very well-designed and comfortable. They don't feel like they're forcing my feet into an unnatural position the way some corrective orthodics do. The insoles are made of substantial materials -not flimsy or cushy at all. They appear to be very well-made, and I expect that they will last for the life of the boots.

These saved my favorite shoes! Dr. Martens are practically indestructible, except for the insoles which disintegrate after a few years of wear. Other brands of insoles just didn't fit or correct the problem. These are perfect replacements for the originals, which is what I believe they were designed to be. I don't think they were intended to be an add-on insole like other available brands. I took out the old insoles, slipped these in, and my shoes feel just like they did when I bought them 5+ years ago! The availability of this product adds even more value to investing in a pair of Dr. Martens; thanks for offering it!

The insoles of my Doc Martens shoes were on their way out. Looking for replacements was frustrating until I happened to find Zappos.com online. Dr. Martens's Comfort Insole - They're larger than the shoe size they're prescribed for. Therefore, a bit of an annoying buldge is created when they're placed in the shoes, at the base of the toes. Other than that, they're fine. If you're a half size like me, they fill the shoes so that you can wear a half size larger comfortably. I think this is easier than squeezing your half size feet into shoes a half size too small. (Ex. 8.5 shoe size - go for 9s with the insoles rather than 8s.)

These insoles are wonderful! Since I am a women's 7 1/2, and Dr. Martens shoes only come in whole sizes, these insoles provided the support needed and helped with the shoe size issue. They are extremely comfortable and very easy to insert into the shoes. Aside from the insoles, let me just say that ordering from Zappos.com was one of the best online experiences! They ship promptly and everything arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend ordering from Zappos.

I ordered and received Dr Martens insoles for myself and my husband. We are both entirely satisfied with the product. The insoles make walking much more comfortable. The sizing is correct which makes a big difference in insoles.

I bought these for my boyfriend for Christmas along with a pair of Dr. Martens boots. He absolutely loves them! He states that although the Docs are pretty comfortable on their own, the insoles just add that enough extra cushion that he has no problem being on his feet all day. He wants more of the insoles for all of his other shoes! Great product, and we highly recommend it!

They are great! They fit right inside my shoes and gave me just enough arch support.

They fill up some of the empty space in these boots. Fit perfectly. They don't add any height, they just sort of cup your foot better.

If you ever need extra support for your boots these are the soles you need.

These insoles definitely added comfort/cushion to my steel toed Doc Martens. I would not be able to work a full day in my shoes without these insoles.

I had gotten these insoles to replace the original insoles in my Bostonian dress shoes, the Bostonians were only a few months old but the insoles that they came with stated to fall apart, the Dr. Marten Comfort insoles have been great, very comfortable and supportive with no sign of deterioration. A great buy!

These insoles actually fit the inner dimensions of the shoes without having space for insoles to float or move around. You can tell that these are made for the shoes and not some cheap pair of insoles off the shelf. These are the only insoles that are worth putting in a pair of Dr. Martens.

Sure value! As I tend to fit between sizes I use the Dr. Martens insoles to double under the original insoles for shoes that are about a 1/2 size too big. The result is very satisfactory. The shoes tend to fit well to my foot and give me added comfort that is far superior to the original insole supplied with the shoes. I will definitely re-order more when I buy additional shoes. (I hope you will re-stock as there are no more in my size UK12).

Feels like new shoes - I bought these insoles a couple of years ago to help extend the life of my favorite, well-worn walking shoes. I removed the old insoles, which were worn in places, and causing blisters. I replaced the old inserts with these Doc Martens and my shoes feel like new! And they're still going strong. I walk about 3 miles a day on average. This insole gives good firm overall cushioning.

So Comfortable... I actually purchased these because one of my feet is smaller than the other and one shoe is usually too snug or too loose. Now I find that I use both insoles, not just one, because they are so comfortable. I have always had a little pain in my feet after wearing boots. I had always just accepted that this was from wearing them for so long. Now I don't have to suffer with pain. These are the best.
