Comfort beyond words. The eggcrate footbed is like walking on a cloud. Has a wide toebox with no seams (which is so hard to find). If you suffer from hammertoes or bunions, this is your dream shoe. Comfortable and yet stylish enough to look good with just about anything you wear. Order 1/2 size larger than you normally wear. They run small, however true to width. I normally wear a 8.5 medium to wide, however needed a 9 wide in this shoe. Roomy toebox, without falling off the heel.

These run true to size. I take an 11 1/2 and the size 12 is a tad roomy for me but they work with an extra pair of socks. Super comfortable...like slippers! No room for orthotics, however...not deep enough.

This is a very good-looking shoe, nicely made. The width feels good, but it seems to run small. I had 2 others, same brand, same size, but this one felt like it ran a little smaller. Is it just me, or does that waffle interior make the shoe fit tighter?

These shoes are super comfortable for daily wear. I found that after a couple of weeks, the leather around the big toe area got scuffed...and as time has gone on, the leather is very scuffed, almost sueded at the toes. I am not super hard on my shoes, and have never had another pair of shoes wear like this. I can't really wear them to work anymore, because they look rather ratty after a few months of normal wear. That said, they are so comfortable, I may just buy another pair.

Finally, a shoe that has a deep enough toe box to fit my bunion. The leather is very soft so the shoe is easy to put on, yet it is not the least bit loose on the sides. The inside is very comfy with a very cushy insole. I also appreciate the low heel and the great style.

It's nearly impossible to find a 10.5 in women's shoes in a brick and mortar store. These fit more like a 10 compared to Clarks. I had to return them because my toes were pushing up against the shoe. Tried to order an 11, and they're out of stock. Despite being too small, they were amazingly comfortable. Loved them. I wish they'd hurry up and get the 11s back in stock.

This was my work shoe of choice for years, had multiple pairs. I am a nurse and on my feet all day. Just bought a new pair, others are worn out. Something has changed in the cut of the shoe. I wear a wide, ordered and received same. Could not get my foot into the new ones. They are headed back. So disappointed. Am now on the hunt for a new work shoe.

The leather on this shoe is very soft and there is a ton of cushioning inside. But I could not get my foot into it and I wear a true 8, but the 8 was too small. Not sure how much arch support, since I couldn't really get my foot in.

BEST!!! The only way I can describe this shoe… it is like walking on a huge mattress. I'm a Flight Attendant and I read another's review, so I bought it for my in-flight shoe... WONDERFUL. I have purchased every black work shoe out there, from Dansko to Naturlizer's, and this shoe is now my favorite.

I love these shoes! I looked everywhere for something in my size (12W) that would work for my feet. I can't grip with my toes, so I needed something that came up far enough on the top of my foot so the shoe would stay on. These work and are so incredibly comfortable, I don't even take them off when I get home at night! Normally I walk in the door, take my shoes off and put my slippers on, but these are just as comfy as can be. I'll be ordering another pair in black for fall!

I am a nurse that works 12 hour shifts. No breaking in, comfortable for all 12 hours. Wish they carried them in Cognac on Zappos.

These are extremely comfortable shoes. I have a narrow foot, and these don't slip in the heel.

These shoes are really cute and comfortable! Had originally ordered my normal 8W but could barely get my feet in them because there is not a lot of extra stretch across the instep of these shoes. Returned that pair and ordered an 8WW, which fit my high instep foot just fine. I just love how well this pair fits. The sole is nice and cushiony, rather like walking on a cloud.

The perfect shoe for work - For those of us who are on our feet most of the day, this shoe is the perfect "fit". I have tried many other styles and materials. This shoe comes in all widths (I go barefoot a lot, and so take a WW width). The material is soft leather, so the shoe does not require the usual "break-in" discomfort period. Soft trim around top edges and especially front area is the best I have found. I have high arches, wide toe span, and narrow heels. This shoe is the best for any, or in my case, all of these. And the reason for the "SoftWalk" title-- these shoes all have the foot interior padding (molds to your particular foot shape) which is great for petite to heavy-weight wearers. And, stranger yet, this is one of the only brands/styles that is absolutely true to size...no having to purchase a half size larger for your toes to fit. Again, I buy it primarily for work and walking. This is an exceptional shoe for both. The shoe is high range (appr $100) but for this instant wearability and comfort, worth it.

I have gotten this brand in the past, and I plan to again in the future. This shoe was just not a great fit for my very hard to fit feet! That being said, as always, great quality and for the average foot, a great fit!

These shoes are very good for me. I need plain black shoes for work. They are true to size. The backs are little hard to break in but sometimes I am in shoes for 24 hours so I wear them around the house for a few days to break them in. Also there are no steel shanks so airport security. No problem. Yea! Could use a better arch support.

I love these shoes! I'm on my 4th pair. I'm an event photographer and can be on my feet for 14 hours. I'm still ready to go at the end of the day when ladies half my age are dying.

I've bought this shoe nine times in ten years and loved all the colors. It's comfortable from day one, no "breaking in" period. I've walked it all over two continents and will continue to buy it.

Although I have nearly 100 pairs of shoes, I live in these! Supreme comfort, low maintenance, good stability and attractive. I have both colors and a third pair in a wider size for heavy socks in winter. If these were available in other colors I would buy them, too.

I bought these shoes yesterday. Admittedly, I needed to purchase a full size larger that I have usually purchased for other shoes. However, these shoes are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever owned! Wearing these is really like walking in a cloud...and I walk on concrete floors all day at work. I will definitely buy (many) more.

Very comfortable. Fit well. Wonderful cushioned soles, but not great arch support.

I am an international Flight attendant. I have been wearing the Softwalk Adora for at least 15 years. The last pair was made differently and didn't last 6 months. The leather split on both shoes almost immediately. The inner material is no longer leather. The seam is in the worst place for wear. It also doesn't match their pictures of how the shoe is constructed. They have been the most comfortable shoes I have ever had, but the quality just isn't there anymore.

At first very comfortable, after walking on them a few days at work the padding seems to be fading fast.

I love the style of the shoe and the cushioning of the shoe. I can wear them with a skirt or slacks.

I have a big wide foot. These were plenty wide enough, however, there is no arch support. They are soft which is nice, but I need arch support.
