A First Time at Zappos - I wish I had ordered a 71/2 AA and an 8 AAA to try on for size. I may have decided on the 8.

Good sandals! Beware, the sandal takes about a week or more to break into. I suffered with blisters and band-aids for some time because of it. Otherwise, it's a very nice sandal. It runs small and narrow, so order a 1/2 size up from your regular sandal size. I wear it with skirts (walking to work), pants, shorts and it looks fine. It's great for warm weather, sandal season.

The Bass Sharon sandals keep with the long standing Bass reputation for comfort and style. After buying the cinnamon pair I also purchased the tan and black pairs because they were so comfortable. Even with the sturdiness, the inside is soft and feels good to the foot. This was the first pair of sandals with strap between the toes that I had purchased in years. I thought there would be a "breaking in" period but that wasn't a problem at all. I know these shoes will hold up well for years the same as other Bass products I have bought.

The Bass's Sharon was marked as wide width but is narrow where the normal foot is wide. Uncomfortable and not good for any type of long walking.

Could feel better - I love the style of the sandal but the leather around the toe area is quite stiff and has given me blisters. It's going to take a while to break them in.

Narrow fit - This is a really nice sandal. However, it runs extremely narrow. I would suggest ordering a size wider than you would normally use.

Bass Sharon - I like the look of the sandal. The side strap is just a little bit too tight making the sandal very uncomfortable.

Not quite right - I had to return the sandals. They just were not made quite right. One of the straps were cut a little longer then it should have been.

These shoes did not fit my feet. I ended up returning them because the toe area was too flat to get my foot in. Sad because I really like them. They are very nice shoes however, and if you need a sandal I would give them a try.

I wore them out of the house and wish I hadn't. They are ok in both length and width I just don't like how unsecure they feel. Every time I walk it feels like the shoe is about to fall off. I should have realized it before I wore them out. In the photo the straps look like they go far enough back on your feet but if you have a long foot (11WW) it really only secures the front 1/3 where I would like the straps to come at least 1/2 down my foot. If you like those shoes that have very little straps (basically just at toe level) then you will probably like these.

The sole itself is perfect for a narrow foot, however, the straps were too loose on my skinny foot. This sandal has some weight to it as well. So, if you have a narrow but not a skinny foot, I think you would like this sandal!

I really love the sandals, hate the toe "thingy" - the shoes are really nice, but oooh, do my toes hurt when I put them on. I wanted to wear them on vacation, but I don't want to risk messing up my feet. Very disappointed in that toe bar.

I was disappointed with these despite the good reviews. I have a very wide foot and in no way were these a WW for me. I couldn't get them on my foot. Had to return.

The sandal has really comfortable padding and is very soft. The unfortunate part I didn't figure out till I wore them for a day is that the part that goes between your toes is much thicker than most flip flop style sandals. It feels like I've left the toe separators in from getting my pedicure. They also look cuter off than on. They remind me of sandals my mom wears. Not very stylish in my opinion.

Definitely order the wide width. I did, and I feel like I probably should have ordered the double wide version. I usually just wear regular width (M) shoes. While the footbed is soft and cushiony, the leather strap that does between the toes is stiff and bothersome. It is nowhere near as comfortable as the Gizeh thong strap on my Birkenstocks. That being said, these sandals have a very cool retro vibe, sure to make a comeback soon. I just do not have the patience or tolerance for pain to break them in if it is going to cause rubbing between my toes. I guess I am not that dedicated! I am returning them and ordering my usual Birkenstocks. They are more expensive but more practical and comfortable (for me anyway).

I wear a wide and this shoe comes in wide. It fit well for the first few hours then stretched out and was actually too wide. Also at this point the ball of my foot started feeling a lump in the sole of the shoe making it unpleasant to walk. If I hadn't worn them all day I would have returned them for overall discomfort. I like the color of red, it's not too bright.

Way too narrow, even though they're marked wide. Couldn't even get them in. Disappointed because they're otherwise perfect.

These shoes have great cushioning and they seemed very comfortable. However, they did not run true to width or size. I ordered a 6½WW and my toes were hanging off the top as well as the sides of these sandals.

I wear a 7AAAA/AAAAA shoe. The length was accurate for a size 7. However, the straps were too loose over the toe areas.

These are very cute sandals, unfortunately not narrow enough for my narrow foot. It's frustrating to order narrow shoes only to find that they are too wide.

I had (& loved) these sandals in the '90s, even though I was a teenager and my mom wore them, too! Unfortunately, the straps on the new sandals feel cheap and don't hold my feet in well. I had ordered a Medium width, but the straps were way too big. I went down to Narrow, and that seemed to fit great. The straps weren't too loose, and the foot-bed basically matched my footprint (and that of the Medium shoes). However, after a few wears, my feet slide off the sides. (Maybe the '90s shoes did that, and I simply forgot, though!) These sandals are a bit hard on my heels: not as soft as I expected, or have grown accustomed to with other brands. Kind of a bummer.

I have a narrow foot and the straps were not tight enough. The main problem was that the leather was uncomfortable between my toes.

These shoes run very narrow. They are cute but I would definitely recommend a wide width to accommodate for the narrowness. The cushion is excellent as well. I did not have them on long enough to be able to judge the support though.

Like other reviewers, I wore this sandal in the '70s and '80s and loved them! They were (and are) a cool looking sandal that I wore everywhere! Unfortunately, for me, this was not quite the same sandal as in the past. The footbed felt the same, nice and soft but the straps were too loose to keep the sandal on my foot, and I am afraid that they will get even looser with continued wear. And a minor detail, these sandals do NOT have the Bass logo imprinted on the rubber footbed at the side of the shoe. Not a big deal, but I remember that imprinted logo indicated that the shoe was a "real" Bass Sandal and not a cheap knock off!! Would have loved to keep these sandals - I love the style, but just did not want to take a chance. Maybe I will try another pair later.

I purchased this shoe in a EE width and it seemed narrow for the labeled width. I usually wear a regular wide (E) width. The straps on this seemed loose enough to be wide but the footbed was too narrow and too long for the designated size.
