Yes. Just got a pair of these shoes and I was able to remove the insole and put my orthotics in. Surprisingly comfortable. Still deciding if I will keep it, but so far so good:)

I am very disappointed that a wide width shoe is actually narrower than my current Clark’s ankle boots which are a 7 medium. What is up with these manufacturers not making a true wide width shoe? They are very cute which makes it more disappointing. I see this issue is very common among popular brands that previously produced wide width shoes that actually were sized properly. This brand was my podiatrist’s recommendation. So far I am 0/2 with Clark’s in a wide fit.
