I would like to return or exchange my item. What do I do?
- A:
You can create a pre-paid return label using this link and signing into your Zappos.com account. Locate the item you’re looking to return from your order history, and then click “RETURN ITEM” and follow the steps in selecting how you’d like to receive your return label. Items being returned must be unworn and in the original packaging. Additional details on our return policy can be found here.

- Q:
When will my subsidy be reissued?
- A:
Once your return is generated, your subsidy credit will be automatically reissued to your account.* You will receive a refund confirmation on the return page once the return is created, as well as an email confirmation to the email address on your Zappos account. While this process should be immediate, please allow up to 2 hours for the subsidy credit and email confirmation.
*There are certain situations in which your subsidy credit will not be reissued. Please continue down this page if your subsidy is not reapplying.

I’ve received my subsidy reissue confirmation. Now what?
- A:
Feel free to proceed to your employee portal to select a new item. Amazon Associates, click here to return to your Zappos at Work portal. For all other partners, please visit the URL that was provided by your employer for the Zappos at Work program. Once your approved item is in your shopping cart, you will see your subsidy automatically apply.

- Q:
I am receiving a refund error message when I process my return. What do I do?
- A:
Please be advised that if your order had multiple items, or if your partner subsidy has expired, your subsidy will not be automatically reissued, and you will see a refund error message. If you have received a refund error message, or if your subsidy has not been reissued to your account, please call us at 877-927-2332, or email your partner email address for further assistance.

My subsidy was not reissued. Now what?
- A:
There are two instances where your subsidy may not be automatically recredited. 1. You are trying to return or exchange an order that utilized your subsidy credit from a previous year. Please contact us at 877-927-2332 or email your Zappos at Work partner domain for assistance (i.e., amazon@zappos.com, delta@zappos.com, zaw@zappos.com) 2. Your order contained more than one item. Subsidy credits will not automatically reissue on multi-item orders. Please contact us at at 877-927-2332 or email your Zappos at Work partner domain for assistance. (i.e., amazon@zappos.com, delta@zappos.com, zaw@zappos.com)
