Eligibility:

The Zappos x SOREL NYC Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is open only to those who are, as of the date of entry, legal residents of and residing in the United States, and are at least eighteen (18) years of age (hereafter “Entrant”). Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Zappos.com LLC (“Sponsor”), Columbia Sportswear Company and its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively, with Sponsor, “Released Parties”), and their immediate family members (regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry submission constitutes your unconditional acceptance to these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

How to Enter:

The Promotion begins on August 21, 2023 at 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends September 17, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, you may participate in the Promotion via the entry method listed below (“Entry”):

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or in association with, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. Entries must comply with applicable social media platform’s terms & conditions.

Entries are treated pursuant to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy; www.zappos.com/privacy-policy.

Conditions:

Multiple entries are permitted during the Promotion Period and will increase your chances of winning. Incomplete Entries or Entries submitted by Entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be void. Each Entry must be manually entered by the individual Entrant; use of automated technology or similar devices are prohibited. All Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Information collected from Entrant on the Website will be used by Sponsor to notify you if you are a winner. By participating, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, garbled, damaged, illegible, inaccurate or undelivered entries; or for any other mechanical, technical or human error of any type whatsoever. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any Entries or Entrants and disqualify such Entrants whom Sponsor believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Promotion and/or who are in violation of these Official Rules.

Selection & Notification of Potential Winner:

The potential winner(s) will be selected at a reasonable time after the Promotion Period in a random drawing from all eligible Entries received by Sponsor (“Potential Winner(s)”). Entrants need not be present to win. Sponsor will e-mail the Potential Winners to notify them that they are a Potential Winner and provide contact instructions. Each Potential Winner must then contact Sponsor using the provided contact instructions within three (3) days of notification. Potential Winners are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Each Potential Winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, which includes releases of liability and publicity, within three (3) days of issuance of notification. Each Potential Winner may be required to provide a valid, government-issued form of identification that matches the name under which the Potential Winner entered. If a dispute arises over entitlement to a prize, the winner is the person to whom the applicable email address the Entrant used to enter is assigned. Noncompliance with the foregoing or with these Official Rules, or any notification not being successful or being returned as non-deliverable, may result in disqualification of the Potential Winner and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate Potential Winner will be selected. Accepting the Prize (as defined below) constitutes permission to use a Prize Winner’s (as defined below) name, likeness, and other biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation or notice to the extent permitted by law.

Prize(s):

Sponsor will award one (1) grand prize (“Prize”) consisting of: a trip for one (1) person to attend the SOREL Brooklyn Pop-Up event scheduled to take place on October 13, 2023 (“Event”). The trip includes the following: (a) one (1) round-trip air transportation ticket (Oct. 12-14, 2023) (“Airfare”) from Prize Winner’s U.S. local airport to JFK airport in NYC, NY, Airfare approximate retail value (“ARV”) is up to $800.00; (b) a two (2) night hotel stay (one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room) (Oct.12-14, 2023) (breakfast included) at a 4-star hotel in Brooklyn, NY (“Hotel”), Hotel ARV is up to $2,000.00 for the entire stay (the ARV of the Hotel is for the Hotel room only and does not include incidental expenses (e.g., mini bar, waters, room service, in-room movies, etc.); (c) one (1) $500.00 prepaid Visa gift card (“Prepaid Card”) that Prize Winner can use for any out-of-pocket expenses, such as ground transportation, meals, and/or any other out-of-pocket incidental expenses., ARV of Prepaid Card is $500.00; (d) one (1) $500.00 Zappos Gift Card (“Gift Card”); Gift Card ARV is $500.00; and (e) one (1) pair of Sorel boots custom painted by Chloe Bailey (Prize Winner may choose size, subject to availability) (“Boots”), ARV of Boots is $250.00. Prize will be allocated as follows, one (1) Prize for the winning Entrant (“Prize Winner”). Total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded in the Promotion is up to: $4,050.00. Prize Winner will be solely responsible for any out-of-pocket expenses, that exceed the value of the Prepaid Card. The Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Prize they receive. No cash redemption or Prize substitution allowed, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute cash value or another prize it believes is of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable and will be awarded. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of Event, or Prize Winners failure to attend the Event or any portion thereof, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Acceptance of Prize constitutes Prize Winner’s acceptance of the Terms and Conditions for gift cards and e-gift cards set forth online at: http://www.zappos.com/zappos-gift-cards. Winners understand that attendance at the Event is subject to any rules and regulations set forth by Event organizers.

Miscellaneous:

The Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by Entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Promotion (or portion thereof) for any reason, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY INDIVIDUAL THAT ATTEMPTS TO UNDERMINE THE LEGIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION AND RESERVES ALL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES PERMITTED BY LAW.

Arbitration & Choice of Law:

As a condition of participating in this Promotion, Entrant agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the Streamlined Rules of JAMS and held in Clark County, Nevada. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of Nevada. Promotion is subject to all other applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Requests must be received no later than sixty (60) days after the close of the Promotion Period.
