Bought these to wear to a wedding as a bridesmaid. They run big. I’m usually size 10.5 to 11 in tennis shoes (I never wear dressy shoes) and the 10’s were too big. Exchanged for 9.5 which is still a little big but they fit. Wish the strap was adjustable because that’s also big but I’ll make it work hopefully.

One shoe was maybe a half size smaller and a bit higher on my left heel. It’s a pretty shoe but the fit was not right for me.

Everything was good except for the width. They were too narrow for my feet.

The upper strap was way too big.

look nice but just a little too narrow for my foot.

I just didn't like the way the triple strap looked on my foot.

Adorable heels

I don't know. I bought them for a wedding next year. I will probably wear them only once and that is all. They match my dress.

Fit is way to small for an 8

I'm very sorry to have to return these shoes. They are one size too large & do not come smaller than a size 6. It fits like a size 7. Otherwise, it looks to be well made, very good arch support & attractive for casual or dress. It would be great if it came in a size 5.

I would love to keep these, however the material was listed as "leather" but inside it says man made. I really don't want synthetic leather, it's so much more sweaty. I'm disappointed that the listing isn't accurate.

Very uncomfortable. Stiff fabric and stitching over the top of the foot with no give. Also didn't look that cute on either.

The width was very narrow and tight, and I could not fit into the shoes. I bought two of different colors that I will not wear.

I’ve been looking for strappy pink sandals with a reasonable heel and a comfortableble fit! These are it. Normally the straps are too tight and hurt my pinkie toe. FINALLY I found the perfect shoe that I can wear with dresses to church or when I’m dressed casual for a day of shopping.

So comfortable and stylish! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the shoe by this, new to me, brand Journee.

Super comfortable and very cute but terrible quality. One of the straps broke and came completely loose on my third use, and now I can't even get a refund. Would not recommend.

Somewhat overly long in the toe area. Heavier, stiffer sole than I wanted.

I made the mistake of wearing these the first day I got them because they were nice looking. About 90 minutes into my day, my feet and legs were aching from top to bottom. There is not only zero arch support but there is a complete lack of cushion in the heel. I made the mistake of wearing them without really trying them so I can't return them. Don't make the same mistake I did!

These arrived quickly and although I had read the description when I ordered, I should have realized this is a plastic shoe. When I walked in the shoes, they cut into the top of my foot, so they are going back.

Cute but very larger - at least a size larger than a typical size 6.5.
