The size was right but the heel slippage was too much.... maybe because of the stiffer sole? I'm not sure. But I'm very disappointed. It is a beautiful well made boot.

This brand can sometimes run a half a size large in a sandal. I am a 7.5 and purchased the 7.0 the length was fine however the heel strap was too long for my narrow heel. Comfortable shoe if it works for you

Love this shoe. Looks great with shorts, pants and dresses. Very comfortable and true to size.

I wear a 7.5 - 8. The 7.5 fit perfectly but the cork edges cut in to my foot. If a shoe fits when you get it out of the box, it's not for me. But...very cute!

I'm usually an 8.5. The 8.5 in these was too big; they slipped off my heels. The 8 stayed on my foot great, but were a touch too narrow because the widest part of my foot was probably hitting at the wrong part of the shoe. If you have a narrow foot, size down a half size and you'd probably be fine.

The design was poor. The strap across the instep didn't hold my foot securely on the sandal.

I am a size 10. Not a 9.5 and not a 10.5 and these just didn’t work. Waaaaaay too loose in the heel. To the point that they flopped down and made a sound like flip flops. I don’t have narrow feet but my heel may be slightly narrower than normal. They are super cute and I would have kept them if I could have kept them on while walking. If your heel is not narrow or even slightly narrow, go for it. They are really nice looking.

LDP continues to be incredibly comfy and these Neyna boots are, surprisingly, very lightweight (you know how a lot of boots with a lugsole are heavy? not these). The footbed is supportive yet soft, and the inside of their shoes (including these boots) beautifully finished -- no sharp seams or rough edges. These boots are really cool looking without looking (for me as a 53 year-old) ridiculous or as if I'm trying too hard. I love their edge but that they aren't over the top (like Ganni, which I love the look but, uh, not on me). Easy to slip on (I'm looking at you, All Saints, which were impossible to get on) but not huge in the ankle; true to size and width, supportive.

Straps that should have supported my ankles didn't support them. They were too loose, too long and couldn't be tightened enough to keep my ankles stable while walking. My foot would keep slipping off to the side as I walked. They are very attractive sandals and of good quality.

The ankle strap is secured by a Velcro fastener. The strap is too long and barely fastens. Because of this there is no ankle stability when one walks. Sadly, will return them. I thought the style was attractive.

These appear to be beautifully made shoes. The leather lining was so soft and the footbed felt great. They seemed a bit too long for my foot, however, and not wide enough that I'd want to size down.

Had to return. The ankle strap was too high on my feet and rubbed on my ankle bones. The whole shoe was a little stiff but very good quality.

I absolutely adore this shoe. I ordered them in the taupe and loved them so much, I ordered a second pair in the same color. Looks great with white jeans

Only complaint is that the straps are on the long side if you have small ankles.
