So comfortable, like walking on clouds! I had to size up 1/2 size based on reviews from the Allbirds website and so glad I did!

The description of these sneakers does not mention that the soles have an odd arch support. It feels like a speed bump on the middle of the foot. The bump is very uncomfortable, and it seems like it would hurt the bottom of the foot when doing a lot of walking and cause muscle cramps.

I've had shoes with arch support in the past, and it can hurt the bottom of the foot and cause muscle cramps. Regardless, I found it very uncomfortable. Also, the soles stick out at the bottom of the shoes, and I didn't care for the aesthetic.

The fit is perfect, the comfort amazing, the fabric is soft and not tight or pinching in any area. I'm planning on ordering another pair of Allbirds. These are great shoes.

Love the comfort and style, but my gripe with these after having 3 pairs is they are not very durable. I got them in November and basically wear them every day including walking on roads and sidewalks a few times a week. It's now April and the sole is getting very thin to the point that I sometimes feel a little wetness on the bottom if it's raining. I get that I wear them a lot but I guess I expect a bit more durability for that high price point.

This is my third pair of Allbirds (because I want multiple colors). Love the look, the fit and the support. They do run small. I typically wear an 8.5. Ordered both a 9 and a 9.5. Kept the 9.5.

Fits great! I love that it is lightweight and stays on my foot! Good looking, too.

These shoes have good support and are comfortable but I felt they looked too boxy on my feet. I recommend if you are deciding between sizes you size up.

This shoe was very difficult to get my foot into. I have a 6.5 medium size foot and have a mildly high instep. I bought the size 7 because I always wear moderate weight socks with my shoes. The cut of this shoe could barely accommodate my foot. I had to pull up all the laces and use a shoehorn to force my foot inside. A complication was that the tongue is constructed of a very thin, supple material that is attached to the inside of the sidewalls by wide elastic bands. My guess is that this particular design was to avoid the problem of a tongue that doesn't stay under the laced section. But this meant I had to hold the tongue away from my foot at the same time that I was maneuvering my foot into the shoe with the shoehorn. Once on my foot, the shoes were moderately comfortable. On the plus side, the toe box is roomy, the arch support was adequate, the heel section fit well and I liked the color. However, I did not want to have to struggle to get the shoes on every time, so I returned the shoes to Zappos. I was disappointed because I had hoped to take these shoes on an upcoming trip.

Absolutely love these shoes. Very comfortable to stand in for long periods of time. They don't hurt my bunions. Very light and flexible.

Extremely difficult to get on my foot: very tight through the instep, I had to pull up all the lacing, pull back the tongue and I still needed a shoehorn to get my foot in. Once in, the structure of the shoe was very narrow in the instep and felt very tight. The toe box was good and the heel felt just right. The sole was moderately cushy. But the width was uncomfortably tight and even after walking in them at home for two hours, the shoes never got more comfortable.

Wish it came in a wide. I sized up (like Allbirds suggests) but still not great for wide feet. In all other ways, a truly excellent shoe.

I like the style. But I'm a size 11 and it felt half a size small.

I ordered a men’s 10.5 cuz I wear a woman’s size 12N. The fur and look are great. I did add my or. Arch support since I have fallen arches but the arch support fits fine.

These shoes are very comfortable and look good with lots of different clothing options- highly recommend them

I really wanted to love these! I normally wear an 8.5 wide. I got these as a 9 wide. They were still too narrow and tight over the arch and mid-foot , even when I loosened the laces to the maximum. (However, my toes had plenty of room). Sadly, returning....

Besides being very pleased with the appearance of these, they are very, very comfortable. I have four pairs of them in different colors. The last pair I bought was the wool version in navy blue. That pair, however, was the only one I had to go up a size, as most reviewers suggested.

Too small

The problem with the shoe is getting your foot in when you have a sock on it’s very tight with a thin sock. It felt pretty comfortable but kind of annoying so I returned them.

These shoes are so comfortable and cute to boot! Cold feet have always been a problem for me in the winter but these shoes keep my feet the perfect temperature. All day wearable for sure. I wore them to a museum the other day and after we were there all day, I felt like my feet could've lasted a lot longer.

The tongue was flimsy and folded in on itself causing discomfort to the top of the foot.
