I normally wear a 8.5 in shoes but, sometimes get a 9.o in boots so I can wear thicker socks. I also have narrow feet but, most normal width shoes ft. I bought these in a 9.0 and they were VERY narrow - tight on my narrow foot and also short! That's a first :-( going back.

I sized up a 1/2 size and I’m pretty sure it is the right fit. I say pretty sure because while the front of the boot feels just right, my heel lifts up considerably. However, with my cowboy boots I learned you are supposed to have heel lift at first, because of the heavy stiff nature of the boot. Meaning, these are meant to be broken in. So while the leather on this boot is distressed and softened a bit, the footbed is like a brand new boot, which it should be. So with now toe pinch in front and the recognizable heel lift, I am anticipating after a break in period that these will fit perfectly. Appearance is super awesome, definitely a “cool boot”. Rocker chic.

I don't usually take the time to write a review, but seriously girls...Bed Stu boots are just the best of the best. This is my third pair - and my first pair of the shorter version. I got them today, and they were crazy comfortable right out of the box. They are so well made - I honestly don't think there are better boots out there. They are so comfortable that I felt like I was wearing tennis shoes. And talk about super stylish!! Love love love Bed Stu boots. Yes, they are expensive, but they are so worth it.

Bed Stu, what else is there to say... The quality of their shoes is undeniable. Are they pricey? Absolutely! But you also get what you pay for. I own about 7 pairs of Bed Stu and they NEVER go out of style, get compliments no matter which pair I wear, only wish I owned stock in the company! But seriously, I love Bed Stu and will continue to buy for years to comes.

I don't take the time to write many reviews but these boots are worth it. They are great quality and a great looking boot.
